Introduction to how the Flows Agent can generate prompts, assets, and connect them into a complete creative pipeline from a simple prompt.

ElevenLabs' Flows Agent lets you describe a complete ad and automatically builds prompts, visuals, audio, and video in one cohesive pipeline.

Summary

ElevenLabs showcases Flows Agent as a hands-off creator that turns a single description into a full ad. Tasha explains that Flows Agent generates prompts, images, videos, music, and voiceover, then links everything through a node-based composition. The workflow starts with a simple prompt, such as a 10-second perfume ad with a moody, cinematic tone, and the agent begins assembling the project automatically. Users retain creative control, steering tone, voice options, and visuals while the AI fills in the rest. The tool analyzes voice tone options, previews multiple voices, and helps pick a match for the desired vibe. Visual planning unfolds from product photos to hero and end frames, then into a finished video, with a history panel showing real-time progress. Before building, users can tweak the plan or prompts, and adjust settings like auto-run versus capped credit thresholds to manage costs. Finally, templates let you reuse flows for multiple products, turning a single polished pipeline into a scalable automation for ads or other AI-generated content.

Key Takeaways

  • Flows Agent can generate an entire 10-second ad from a single descriptive prompt, including prompts, images, video, music, and voiceover.
  • Creative control remains with the user: tone, voice previews, and visuals can be refined before final generation.
  • Key settings include a credit threshold (default 300) and the option to auto-run or require confirmation for expensive models like Kling 3 Pro or Sea Dance 2.
  • The system builds a node-based pipeline (start frame, end frame, voiceover, music, composition) and shows real-time history of generations.
  • Templates enable mass production: turn a finished flow into a reusable template to create multiple ads by swapping inputs (product photo, voiceover, music).
  • The interface supports tweaking specific nodes after generation (e.g., brightness of end frame or music mood) without recreating the entire project.
  • Preview features allow listening to the voiceover and adjusting volumes within the final composition for cohesive output.

Who Is This For?

Essential viewing for marketers and AI video-creation teams who want to speed up ad production while keeping control over tone, visuals, and audio. Great for teams scaling multiple product ads with consistent branding.

Today, you're going to learn how to go from a single line of text to a finished ad with the 11 Labs Flows Agent. Flows Agent will create all the prompts, images, videos, music, and the voiceover, and then connect everything together through nodes. You simply have to describe what you want, and the AI builds out the entire creative pipeline for you that you can fully customize and then reuse as many times as you need to. Let me show you how it works. Inside 11 Labs, to use the Flows Agent, we simply want to go ahead and click on Flows. [music] Then, we want to go ahead and click on new flow. Inside of Flows, we have access to all of the tools we need. At the bottom, we can see image generation, video generation, text-to-speech, sound effects, and so on. But, with the Flows Agent, we can simply describe what we want to create, and it will build it all for us. So, as you can see here, we've got this little prompt box, and I can simply type out what I want to create. So, here for the prompt, I'm going to go and type a 10-second ad for a summer perfume, moody and cinematic, with a voiceover and background music. [music] So, I'm simply describing what I would like to create. So, instead of creating each node manually and then chaining everything together, the Flows Agent is going to do it for [music] me. So, now if I click send, as you can see, the Flows Agent opens up on the right, and it begins building. First of all, it asks me for the product photo. And so, here you simply want to click on attach, and I'm going to attach the product shot. Here, I've already got the product photo, so I'm going to go ahead and select it, but we could also ask the Flows Agent to create one for us. Once we've uploaded the product photo, the Flows Agent then starts to think about the rest of the ad. So, for example here, for the voiceover, it's asking us what it should feel like, what type of tone should it have. And so, the great thing is that we're still having creative control despite the fact that the Flows Agent is building it for us. And so, throughout the entire process, you'll notice at multiple different times the Flows Agent will give us the lead on creative control, but suggest options as to what we can create, making the creation process very seamless. [music] So, here for the perfume ad, I feel like it should be breezy and intimate. So, I'm going to go ahead and select this one. Now, it's going to find some voices that match this tone that I'm going for. So, here it's suggested a few different voices, and I can go ahead and preview some. So, let's listen to this one right here. whole It's okay. Not a huge fan. Let's see if this one will match. Come closer. I want to tell you something. Oh, I like the whispery. It might fit the vibe of the ad that I want to create. What about this one, Luna? Oh, hi there. I was hoping you'd find me. I think this one could match the ad quite nicely. So, let me select this. Now, it's going to go ahead and think about the rest of the ad, more specifically the visuals. And first, it's going to start thinking about the images and then later on turn the images into videos. [music] So, here, as you can see, it's built out an entire plan of how it thinks it should create the ad. So, as you can see here, it's going to use the product reference image. It's then going to create the hero image, and it's also going to create the end frame. That way, it will generate these two images, and once we're happy with the two images, it will then generate the video that transitions from the start frame [music] to the end frame. What's great about the Flows Agent is that it suggests the plan, and we can then tweak the plan before it actually goes ahead and builds it. So, here for example, I can say yes, go ahead and build it, or we can ask it to tweak something before. And I can actually type in exactly what I would like it to tweak. Here, I think this looks pretty good. I quite like the idea of the moody orchestral electronic music [music] behind the voiceover. I want it to be a 10-second video ad, so it's going to generate a 10-second shot with Clean 3 Pro, which I think is a great model for this type of thing. But before I tell the Flows Agent to go ahead and build it by clicking on yes, build it, I do want to mention this very important setting down here at the bottom. Now, obviously, when you're building out creative pipelines and workflows, you want to generate a lot of images, and you want to generate a lot of videos. And sometimes, when you're generating a start frame and an end frame, you want to make sure that you're happy with both of those before you generate the video that goes through them. Because if Flows Agent creates and generates the entire creative pipeline, that's a lot of generations, therefore meaning some credits that you might not actually want to spend. So, by default, the agent's permissions are set to auto under threshold, and that threshold is set to 300 credits. This means that any generation that costs more than 300 credits, the Flows agent will stop and ask you if you're okay with generating it, and you'll have to confirm. Here, we can set it to confirm edits, or we can select auto run, which means that it will go and automatically generate every single generation it needs to build out the entire pipeline. So, for example, if we go back to the auto under threshold, setting it to 300 is great because it means that it will generate voices automatically, music, and some of the cheap image models. But, when it comes to an expensive model like Sea Dance 2 or Kling 3 Pro, it will pause and ask you if you're okay with generating it before it goes ahead and generates it. For fun, here I'm going to set this to auto run, but remember, this will use up your credits a lot faster. So, here, if I simply click save changes, now what I'm going to do is I'm going to click on yes, build [music] it. And now, as you can see, the agent is building out the flow. It started off with the product image, and then it's generating the image nodes where it's going to create different shots of my product. And after that, we should see some more nodes, one for the voiceover, and then one for the music. As you can see here, we have the voiceover. It's added in audio tags for 11 V3. It's also written out the script for the voiceover, and then it's connecting everything together here through nodes. So, we've got two images that have been generated. That's then being piled into a video generation node with Kling 3.0. And then, we've got the voiceover, and we've also got the music. And that's all being pulled in to a composition node, which means that once everything has finished generating, it will then be chucked together in this composition node, allowing us to watch the whole thing back with the music, the voiceover, and the actual video. And if we take a look on the right, we can actually see the history of everything that's being built in real time. [music] And we can see the two images that are currently being generated, the start frame and the end frame. And now, as you can see, both frames have been generated, and it's telling me this. [music] It's telling me to take a look. And if we're happy with them, we can go ahead and then kick off the generation with Kling 3 and so I could simply just say, "Go." [music] Now I click send, and it should start generating the video right here. As you can see, run the video. I can actually click on thinking to see the thinking, and then it's going to bring everything into this composition node. And it will also run the voice-overs, and so we can go ahead and preview the voice-over. Some summers, you never really leave. Sunkissed, the scent of gold. I quite like that, but we could go and tweak this, which is what I love about Flows Agent. Everything is built we can go and tweak, but then once the video's finished generating, it will pull the voice-over in with this music. And that sounds like it will match the tone of the video I want to create perfectly. And as you can see, we now have the final ad. And so here, if I go and unmute it, Sunkissed, [snorts] Now here, we can't quite hear the background music, so I'm just going to go ahead and actually adjust the track volume here. Sunkissed, [music] As you can see, we've now created a short ad for this perfume with a video, a voice-over, and music that all match the same [music] theme. And we did that from one single sentence. And once again, the cool part is that I can go ahead and customize [music] any of this. So let's say we didn't quite like the end frame. Well, what I could do back in the Flows Agent chat, [music] button right here to reference a specific node. So for example, I can go ahead here and find [music] the end frame node, and then I can ask it to change it. I might want to change the environment, the location, the lighting, anything about [music] it. And so I could say, "I would like this frame to [music] be brighter," right? Because it's currently too dark. And then I could basically click send, [music] and then the Flows Agent is going to go ahead and modify the prompt of this generation and then you'll be able to rerun the entire thing. Or for an example, if we didn't like the background music, instead of going in and tweaking the prompt myself, I could actually then go and select this node and say, [music] "Make the music a little more upbeat." The cool thing here is I'm being very vague [music] with my prompts, but the Flows agent knows that it needs to match the theme and the aesthetic [music] of the overall perfume ad. And so although this for example I had multiple of these bottles that I wanted to place into the same ad, when instead [music] of opening up the flow and having to change them every single time and then tweak the voice over, well, I could do all of this by making it a template. And so here I could select three inputs. So I want to select the product photo as the input. I could select the voice over as an input. And if I wanted to, I could also select the music as the input. So we could change the music every time. But if we wanted the same music on all of the ads, well, I could leave it as is. So now I've got two inputs, the product photo and then it will regenerate this video with the new end frame and also redo the composition now. And now as you can see we have the final ad again with [music] the new end frame. Now everything we create inside of the Flows agent and inside of Flows, we can turn it into a template to make the creation after that even easier. So for example, if I just close the agent here, I click on create template. Now let's say we want to automate this entire process of creating more ads with different products within the same range. For example, if I had multiple of these bottles that I wanted to place into the same ad, when instead of opening up the flow and having to change them every single time and then tweak the voice over, well, I could do all of this by making it a template. And so here I could select three inputs. So I want to select the product photo as the input. I could select the voice over as an input. And if I wanted to, I could also select the music as the input. So we could change the music every time. But if we wanted the same music on all of the ads, well, I could leave it as is. So, now I've got two inputs, the product photo and the voiceover. And I could actually go ahead and name these accordingly, so I know exactly what input is needed when. Now, I can go ahead and select the output, and for the output, the output we want to get would be the full composition node, and so I could select the output. Here, we can just call this final ad, then I click continue, and now we could call this something along the lines of Sunkist perfume collection ads, so I know that it's going to be all the ads related to this collection. And we could then simply open up the template, and now to create the next ad within the same collection, instead of going into the flow, I can just open up this template and upload a product photo of the next perfume bottle within the collection, and then also add the next voiceover that I want to use with that next bottle. But, we don't have to choose the voiceover as an input. If we go back to the inputs, we could just use the product photo, and then we could simply click generate to generate it without even opening up the flow. And so, that's how to use the Flow's Agent to create ads within minutes, and then turn those creative workflows into templates to automate the creation process of your ads or any other content that you need to create with AI.
