How refunds work for rewiz subscriptions and charges.
This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for Rewiz ("Rewiz," "we," "us," or "our") and our Service at rewiz.app.

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. We do not store full payment details (such as card numbers) in our systems. Lemon Squeezy’s terms and policies apply to your payment information.
Unless required by applicable law, refunds are not guaranteed and are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you believe a charge was made in error or you are dissatisfied with the Service, please contact us and we will review your request.
Email [email protected] with the email address on your account, the date of the charge, and a brief reason for the request. We may ask for additional information to verify your account or the charge.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically trigger a refund for fees already paid, unless required by law or approved as described above.
