Claude Fable 5 Just Changed EVERYTHING (Surprise Release)

Okay, guys. So, I released a video earlier about Methos. Apparently, it's here. Apparently, it's called Fable. We're still waiting on the official update. I'm guessing that the official update will come during this video. Again, I cannot confirm this, but I put I basically used this command here, right? Claude. And then from here, you can do model Claude Fable 5. And then I'm going to say hi. Let's see if this works. Okay, so apparently I am using Mythos, which is kind of crazy. Um, it's not official just yet, as far as I know. Okay, guys. So, I can confirm it is actually here. Claude Fable 5. Crazy. I don't think this is coming from my uh Claude code stuff. I think this is just genuinely using Claude Fable 5. This is pretty exciting times, guys. I have to say I am pretty goddamn excited for this. I am testing this right now. It does seem to be working totally fine. Um, let's just see if we can get, you know, actual proof that I'm using Claude Fable 5. I did not think I would be saying that for a long time. I know I made a video earlier about not being particularly excited about this model, but like at the same time um you know it it's exciting stuff when a new kind of level of models is released. Yes, I know that is the marketing. Yes, I understand that. But there's a lot of stuff here that people have been talking about for a very very long time and saying that mythos is you know absolutely crazy etc etc. Let's see if we can see models on the left here. There's still been no official word just yet from Anthropic it seems. I'm refreshing this. It's now It's about to hit 6 p.m. I I expect them to drop this at 6 p.m. properly like they always do. Let's see if it's on their model page. Um Fable is not on their model page. Okay. But it does seem to be on console.anthropic.com, which does mean that it's probably going to drop now or any second now. I am using it apparently. Um not really sure how that's even working to be honest with you. Uh, but I am apparently using the new Fable model. Okay, just so you guys know, I'm put I'm not putting massive stocks in this actually being My Methos. It does say it's Mythos. Um, not I keep saying Mythos Fable. Uh, I'm pretty sure it's Fable. Um, it does seem pretty slow, which makes sense, but yeah, I'm I'm not convinced that I'm actually using the new model right here. Does have very interesting amounts of comments, which does kind of look new. So, okay guys, I've actually found something. This looks like it's officially from Anthropic. This is from their CDN. So, it looks like system card, Claude Fable 5, and Claude Mythos 5. Executive summary system card describes this. I'll leave a link to the CDN. This is just done from some smart Googling. To be honest with you, I had a feeling that something like this would show up. Let's just Oh, it's complicated. Let's just see benchmarks if there are any easy benchmarks to look through. Um, let's have a little look. No, it doesn't look like it. Yeah, I'm not really the best person to be going through this and telling you um you know what's what to be frank. Like I I've never claimed to be like any kind of expert on this stuff. But this is the system card. This is official then like any second now. Okay, we have an update. Oh no, not yet. That just changed to there. So Oh, right. Here it is. Announcing Fable 5. Here it is, guys. Holy That is crazy. I'm excited. We're all excited. I don't have an update for my cloud desktop just yet. Okay, so I'm still using it through my own command, but yeah, this is it, guys. So, today we're launching Claude Fable 5, a mythos class model that we've made, say for general use. Fables 5 capabilities exceed those of any model we've ever made generally available. It is state-of-the-art on nearly all tested benchmarks of AI capability. I love their hype. I believe it to a certain extent. They will nerf this model. Guys, if you're watching this video, get the off YouTube and go and build stuff. Stop pissing around. Stop listening to idiots like me and go and build something. Stop watching videos and go and build something. Fable 5 and Mythos. Okay, so these are the benchmarks. This is what everyone's been waiting for, right? Magenta code 80%. That is absolutely absurd compared to some of these, right? It's like six times better than GBC 5.5. Um, yeah. I don't really know what to say, guys. I probably I I'll think about streaming after this video. So, if you do see me live, come and say hello. Um, I just I just don't know what to think here. Um, this is definitely going to be some exciting times. Uh, I've got a lot of stuff to do. I need to go and build quite a lot of different things because, yeah, this is the time to build. Like, today is the time to build. Apparently, it's going to be using your usage credits very, very soon. So, even on that, it's like worth going to build right now. Claude Fable 5 beats Pokémon Fire Red. Okay. I mean, crazy, but sure. Lord Fable 5 simulates the solar system and predicts a solar eclipse. Okay. Sure. Yeah. Honestly guys, to a certain extent, this is kind of scary, but also to a certain extent, this stuff is so expensive right now that like it's not actually going to be necessarily cheaper than, you know, potentially hiring someone or whatever. So, offensive cyber evaluations called me plus 5 was 88 and then Fable is zero. So, basically what they've done is they've made it so it won't do, you know, pen testing and things like that. It'll just refuse to, which is totally fine. I understand why they've done that. So yeah, it's basically a safe release of Fable as soon as we could, even at the cost of our overly broad safeguards. Therefore, for the time being, we've arranged for Fable to fall back to overus 4.8 on most requests related to biology and chemistry. Right, I know what that's about. I don't know if other people know what that's about, but um yeah, just bear that in mind. Availability Claude 5 is available for every available everywhere today. Claude Mthos 5 is restricted to glasswing partners. Okay. pricing model for both is $10 per million input, 50 per million output. That's not even that bad honestly. Like I would pay that for sure. Um we expect demand for fable to be very high and difficult to predict on the cloud API and consumption based enterprise. It's fully available from today for subscription plans. We'd rather give access sooner rather than later. So we're rolling out more service stages from today through the 22nd. Fable 5 is included on pro max and sebased enterprise plans. On June 23rd, we'll remove Fable 5 from those plans. Using it after that will require usage credits. If capacity allows, we'll extend the included window. Crazy. So, it's actually going to be using tokens, your credits, and not your usage. That will get very expensive very quickly and will mean this is not worth it for most people who are just kind of doing things for fun. Overall, guys, I'm sat here. I'm waiting to get access to the model inside here so that I know that I 100% have access to it. There are other ways to do it, of course. But what I will say, guys, is I did this test before and I set the model to Claude Fable 5 and it said model does not work. And then I did it again after the release and now it does seem to actually be using the brand new Claude 5 class of models, which is an extremely exciting time for all of us. Again, I'm 99% sure this is the new model, but I don't want you to base everything on the fact that, you know, this is good or bad or whatever because it it might not be the new model. It also hasn't finished. Like, I still have sub agents building here. I was just curious to see like how much it had done, etc., and what it looked like. And I have to say the look and feel of this speaks for itself. I think most people would agree this is very very premium like extremely well done. There are some problems but like I said it is still generating the code but yeah as soon as this is available inside the claude code app I will probably make another video doing another test. I am very close to my weekly usage limit but obviously I can just buy more. It's not it's a huge problem. And then yeah this is just another look into the model. So, I just use Claude Fables to generate these uh thumbnails based off my previously winning thumbnails. I'm probably going to go with this one, but it's done a very very good job of recreating my thumbnails, like specifically my thumbnails. So, the way this works is it uses Nano Banana and it generates its own prompt based on what's worked for me in the past. And I have to say this is very, very well done. Like, I have to say this is super super well done. It was also extremely fast. Like that was super super fast. I literally just started prompting that 2 seconds ago. So, yeah. I mean, overall, this looks like it might be a pretty mad release. Like, it does seem very, very good so far, but like I said in the video that I uploaded earlier, which is now doing pretty well because Mythos has just been released off course. I'm guessing this is doing well in YouTube search. There we go. Um, what I talked about in this video was the fact that I'm not actually that like I'm not I'm not sat here waiting for Mythos to be released because in my opinion, we have everything to build already, right? And yeah, guys, I think I'll leave the video there. That is the official release of the new model. It's now confirmed Mythos has been released. It's called Claude Fable Mythos. They're still hiding away from us, but I do kind of understand that because we don't want something that can help people do terrible things uh both on the internet and off the internet uh generally available. So, I do think that this is smart by them. And yeah, this is another page that it's created. You can just see insane amounts of quality, insane amounts of attention to detail. It's followed the prompt exactly, guys. This is probably one of the best I've ever seen, if not the best. It's extremely well done. It's extremely um yeah, it's just amazing.
