This Year Everything Changes| 2026 Separates Winners From Losers — Andrew Tate Motivation - Jim Rohn
Chapters12
Being around goal-oriented, hopeful people boosts your own motivation and progress.
A fiery call to build a “Heroes Year” in 2026 by embracing hope, wealth-building, and relentless experimentation.
Summary
The Man Code’s video channels Andrew Tate-inspired motivation through a hard-hitting 2026 playbook. The speaker argues that hope, paired with being around ambitious people, is the essential fuel for success in gym, money, and personal growth. He contrasts “hopeful” groups with doomers, likening the latter to crabs in a bucket and insisting that commitment to a clear promise from the cosmos drives real results. Practical emphasis centers on starting immediately, not waiting for a New Year’s resolution, and treating money as a vehicle for more opportunities rather than a destination. He extols the power of leverage: money allows more attempts, which statistically increases chances of success, and explains how modern finance makes building wealth easier in some ways—and harder in others. Examples span from Bitcoin and crypto narratives to the idea of growing wealth with minimal work through intelligent investments. The underlying message is relentless consistency: train belief, act instantly on motivation, and let the universe rearrange itself to reward persistence. The video blends audacious, polarizing rhetoric with practical assertions about compounding effort and opportunity in 2026.
Key Takeaways
- Hope, not motivation, is presented as the universal driver for 2026, especially when built within a group of high-achievers.
- Money multiplies opportunities: with liquidity, you can try more business ideas and scale faster than a penniless competitor.
- Today’s wealth creation is easier in principle (digital assets, scalable opportunities) but harder to access without capital, stressing the need to save and invest.
- Immediate action is emphasized: wake up, set a money-focused goal, and execute rather than wait for inspiration.
- Repeated trying turns beginners into experts; the guaranteed improvement comes from persistence, not talent alone.
- The universe metaphor is used to frame promises and commitment as self-fulfilling engines of success.
- The video warns against procrastination and doomers, urging viewers to associate with hopeful, productive people.
Who Is This For?
Essential viewing for ambitious men and aspiring entrepreneurs who respond to ultra-motivational, wealth-focused guidance and are willing to embrace high-stakes risk and rapid execution to 2026 goals.

Don't you want to start 2026 around hopeful people? Don't you want to escape the doom and the gloom? The alos are trying to beat you down. They're trying to demotivate you. They're trying to wreck your soul. Get rid of all that. Get in a group of people who are dedicated to winning, who are guaranteed to make it out because they have promised the universe that they are going to win. That is the place to be for 2026. That place is called the heroes year. I have hope. I know that it's going to be the best year of my life.
And it's down to you to believe the same. 2026 will be completely different to 2025. Hope is the universal sauce. Hope is the thing you can apply to anything. If you have hope, you can apply it to the gym. You can apply it to making money. You can apply it from escaping in the cave. You know, when you're in the cave and you're stuck and you think you're going to drown cuz it started raining outside because you thought it was a good idea to explore the devil's [ __ ] But if you have hope, all of a sudden you feel better.
Hope is the universal sauce. And a lot of people don't have hope anymore. The easiest way to have hope is to be around other people who are achieving the things you want to achieve. To [music] be around other hopeful people. When you're around doomers and gloomers, of course you're going to give up. Everyone else has given up. They're all trying to drag you down. It's crabs in a bucket. But when you're around hopeful people who say, "No matter how bad it gets, I'm still going to win. No matter how hard it was, look what I've achieved." When you're in a group of hopefuls, you become hopeful.
And then not only do you feel better on the journey, not only do you feel better before you reach the destination, but all of a sudden these things like dedication, motivation, that no longer becomes a problem. It's all about hope. It's not about dedication and motivation. It's about hope. It's about belief. What limits you and the reason people who begin to make money always make so much more. And people who never start never make any money is because you do not believe. The loss disappears, but the win stays forever. Let me give you an example.
You try and start a business and you win. You become a millionaire. You save your bloodline from eternal slavery. You try and start a business and you lose. You lose all your money. You get pissed off and upset. A few weeks later, you try again. So, when you understand that wins are eternal and losses are temporary, how can you not flip the coin? How can you not roll the dice? The number one thing you should be trying to do right now, every single day, as you wake up, is not waiting for New Year's Eve, not waiting for a New Year's resolution, not waiting for motivation, not waiting until you feel like it.
You should wake up every single day and say, "I need to get some money today because I know that money is going to become more money tomorrow." If you can dedicate one year of your life to making and saving as much money as possible, you know exactly [music] how to grow it. And that money will grow for the rest of human time, for the rest of your life for you, for your children, for your bloodline. You can grow that money with basically zero [music] work. You don't have to dedicate yourself to opening a whole string of factories or butchers or bakeries.
You can simply take that money, park it, and profit from it. If you understand [music] this, you understand why it's so important to make money now. Because this wealth gap, this is the true gap we're experiencing. This is the divide that's going to continue to grow. The people who have money to invest in all of the emerging opportunities and the people who don't. You at home right now, all of you understand Bitcoin's going to a million, but you can't afford to buy Bitcoin. So, what can you do about it? You know, Bitcoin is going to a million.
You know, you're going to 10x your money, but you have no money. It's quite a frustrating place to be. The universe will conspire to help you. The universe will literally break its own rules, break [music] the laws of physics, and the molecules and atoms around you will all get into perfect alignment and conspire for you to pull off some enormous near impossible victory if you dedicate yourself to something. The universe will not give up on you if you do not give up on the universe. The problem is you keep saying you're going to do something.
[music] You keep promising the world and yourself and your family and karma and the fabric of the simulation that you're going to get something done [music] and then you quit. A few days later, you don't do it. And you think that nobody notices. But the truth is, the universe notices. And like the boy who cried, "Woke, next time you promise you're going to get something done, the universe doesn't see why it should rearrange itself, why it should break the laws of physics to help [music] you win. When every other time you promised you were going to get something done, you gave up a few days later." [music] When you make a commitment to something with all of your heart and it is impossible for you to quit [music] and you promise the world, you promise the cosmos it's going to get done, there is mass conspiracy [music] amongst the atoms, amongst the fabric of the simulation to help you, to not work against you, but to help you.
And for 2026, do not make some New Year's resolutions in [music] passing. Do not say them and then half stick to them and not mean them. [music] Make a promise to the cosmos that you mean. Dedicate 100% of your being towards that promise and you will see the entire universe rearrange to ensure that that promise goes through. It is true that it is harder to become rich than ever before because you can't simply open a small business and rely on consumer capitalism. [music] But it is also true that if you find some money and you allocate it correctly, it is easier to become rich than ever before because it's [music] guaranteed to grow.
Two things can be true at once. The reason it's harder is because in the 1980s or 1990s, it was [music] basic consumer capitalism. For you to get rich, you had to sell a product. You'd open a butcher store or you'd open a bakery or you'd open a factory that sells teacups and enough people would buy your product and before you know it, you'd be [music] rich. Very simple. But in the world we live in today, there are no mom and pop shops. There are no small businesses because everything has become globalized and monopolized. It's extremely difficult for you to compete [music] with Amazon.
How you going to open a little phone store and sell phone chargers for 20 each when somebody can buy them on Amazon for 99? It [music] makes it very difficult for you to have a small business. However, it is also easier to become rich than [music] ever before because now you can grow capital with basically no work. In the 1980s, at the same time where it was easy for you to open up lots of little stores and make money with consumer capitalism, if I said to you, "Here's $10 million, grow it," [music] you'd have to really think outside the box of how you're going to do that.
Probably you'd have to open up a whole bunch more stores or open a factory. And that means you now need a whole bunch of staff and you need a HR department and you have to monitor them, make sure to do their work and make sure nothing is stolen and find some land and build all these things, etc. [music] Nowadays, if I give you 10 million and say grow it, you know exactly what to do. Even without professional training, even with no research, you simply buy Bitcoin, you buy ETH or you invest in the stock market and you sit and wait for your money to go up.
So, it is easy to turn money into more money. [music] But it is very difficult to get money in the first place. And that is why the game [music] is truly unfair. Because as a rich person, it is so ridiculously easy to make more and more money. But as a poor person, even you at home watching this understand [music] all you need is 3 or 4 million. If you had three or four million liquid, you wouldn't have to buy a Ferrari or a Lamborghini or an Aston Martin or a McLaren. You wouldn't do that. You'd invest it and you'd be rich for life.
But how do you get the 3 or 4 million? So, in this new game we're playing, in many ways, although it's disadvantageous to the people who are poor, I would argue it's a huge opportunity for anybody who's prepared to [music] knuckle down and dedicate themselves and get some money quickly. If you look at people living a certain way and you believe you want it, your choices are either to go and get it or end up depressed by delaying and procrastinating. [music] The second you feel motivation, you should act on it instantly. Because not doing that not only ensures you fail, even worse, not acting upon your motivation instantly [music] is ensuring you're going to feel terrible a few days later.
Pretending you're not at war in the middle of a war doesn't change the reality. It doesn't make the violence go away. It just makes you more likely to die. You're denying reality because you're [music] afraid. And when you're afraid of fighting, you want to pretend there's not going to be a fight. You know that guy gets in your face, he's going to swing. Oh, maybe if I just don't hit him and I just stay here nicely, he won't hit me. [music] Not a movie, unfortunately. It's not the way the world works. You are a loser and you deserve to lose.
Your ancestors hate you. I hate you. Everyone hates you. Because it turns out you're actually living in a period of time where it's easier to succeed and it's better to be a man than it's ever been. You should show some respect to the men who did amazing things, whether they died in a ditch, [music] in some forgotten war, or dug out this entire salt mine by hand to feed their families. And the easiest way to show them some respect [music] is to dedicate yourself and make some money. If you're broke and you meet a Britty girl somewhere, god [music] knows where, you have one chance.
You have to meet that girl. You have to go up to her even though your hair is not done [music] and you're dressed like crap. Even though you smell from the gym, you have to go up to her and you have to try and get her number and you have one chance to impress her and make her like you. That's your shot to get a pretty girl. But if you have [music] money, you're around pretty girls all the time cuz you're in Sanrope or Dubai where the pretty girls are. So you get more than one chance at a pretty [music] girl.
You're not in Minnesota. You're in Dubai where all the pretty girls are. So you get to try again and again. You can go try with a girl and she can say no. And then you can try with another girl and she can say no. And you can try with the third girl and she can say yes. and everyone will say, "Wow, how'd you get such a hot girl?" Because there's a chance of everything happening. There's a chance of you getting struck by lightning. And [music] the more times you flip the coin, the more likely it is to happen.
When you have money, it's exactly the same with starting a business. If you're broke, you get one chance. You get a loan and [music] you try that company and if it doesn't work, you're done. But if you have money, you try that business, doesn't work. Try that business, doesn't work. Try that business, works a bit. try another business, make hundreds of millions. [music] Money allows you to try again and again and again. [music] That's why once you have money, it is so easy to win at anything because you get to play the game more than everyone else.
[music] Roll a six. You get one roll. I get 10 rolls. What's the odds I get a six? Well, they're higher than yours. [music] So, that's actually one of the most unfair advantages of money that no one talks [music] about. It's not just that you perform better because you do. People talk about this. If you're rich, you get girls. Yes, if I go up to a girl and I get out my Ferrari and I'm famous and I have the best [music] clothes on and I'm clearly oozing wealth. I have a higher chance with her. Yes, that is true.
Yes, if I have money and people know I have money, when I start a business, I'm more likely to get investors because people trust in me because I have money. So, I'm clearly [music] competent. Yes, that is true. People talk about this. People talk about how having money gives you a competitive advantage [music] when you attempt something. True. But they do not talk about the fact that you get more attempts. Forget the competitive advantage. That's compounding. That makes it worse. But when you take that away, it's the fact that even [music] on an even playing field, even on a completely level playing field, I get to try more than a poor [music] person does.
So, how can I fail? How can I lose? If you're broke, get a job. Got a job. [snorts] I'd like to buy a house and a car. Well, I can't afford them yet, [music] so I will save for them. The idea of savings. Yeah. You can't save enough money to buy a car or a house. Have it used to be one one hour of my work plus an hour of my work is 2 hours of my work. And if I store enough hours of my work, I get things. [music] But every time you put hours of work in the bank, you get wrecked by taxes.
Inflation. You're getting wrecked. If you're a young man in your 20s watching this, [music] one day you're going to blink and you're going to be 40 like I am. What are you going to do with the next two decades? You're scared of starting a business or going up to a girl or getting in the ring. You're scared of making a name for yourself. You're scared of the world knowing who you are. You're scared of going in the UFC. You're scared of getting up there and taking a risk in case peopleing laugh at you. You're going to soon.
One day you're going to be old wishing you did it when you're young. What are you waiting for? Time to go backwards. If you 100% knew that the results were going to come, if you knew the juice was going to be worth the squeeze, if you knew in a year from now your life would be completely different, it would be extremely easy for you to dedicate yourself and try every single day. If you had the guaranteed results waiting for you at the end, the life you were waiting to live 2026 to be completely different to 2025, you could join the heroes year and do the work every single day.
You just have to know the results are [music] coming. So the trick to life is to self hypnotize. The trick to life is to look in the mirror and say, "Yes, in a year from now, I'm going to have everything I've ever dreamed of. I'm going to be rich. I'm going to be wellknown. I'm going to have everything I've ever aspired to have in 365 days from now if I do all of the work. You can decide that [music] the results are waiting for you. You can decide that you have 100% chance of success. And once that's done, you don't have to struggle with motivation.
And you don't have to struggle with being dedicated. You're not going to worry about how hard the work is because you know it's going to pay off in [music] the end. Is full of beautiful guarantees. You know, the first time you do anything, you're going to suck at it. That's how life works. The first time you try something, you're going to suck. And that's where most people quit. But if you continue to try it over and over again, [music] you will get better. That's the guarantee. That's the magic. Every time you try something repeatedly, you get better at it.
guarantee. That is a guarantee. You could take it to the bank. [music] So, when you know that, how can you struggle to find the motivation or the discipline to try at something? Because you know for a fact you're going to get better. If you train, you're going to get stronger. Guaranteed. If you hopcotch, you're going to get better at mother hopscotching. If you want to learn how to make money, you dedicate yourself. You keep doing what you're supposed to do, and you'll get better at making money. We'll teach [music] you how to do exactly that inside of the real world.
We will teach you for $50 how to make money. Repeat, repeat, repeat. Get paid. Get paid. Get paid. It is a guarantee that if you continue to try something, you'll improve. So, imagine how shortsighted you must be. [music] Imagine how empty your pot ofqi. Imagine how weak your consciousness to understand that guaranteed results come from applied effort and still not finding the gumption to apply yourself. [music] I am promising you a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. The universe [music] has promised you endless riches and fame and significance. The universe itself is promising you everything you have ever desired if you continue to try.
[music] And knowing that if you still can't force yourself to try over and over again, then you deserve to lose.
