Introduces the clip of Allan Richton and how viewers recall or misremember it as a TV meme.
Asmongold weighs in on allegedly justified street confrontation filmed with Reacher star Allan Richton, arguing the driver’s behavior provoked the incident and defending Richton’s response.
Summary
Asmongold breaks down a viral street confrontation involving actor Allan Richton (from the Reacher series) after a neighbor filming a tense exchange. He critiques the perceived provocation, contending Richton’s actions were a justified response to aggressive driving and confrontation in the road. He reels through multiple angles of the footage, noting discrepancies in speed, behavior, and the reactions of bystanders, including Richton’s kids. Throughout, Asmongold emphasizes the social dynamics around big, recognizable figures who face ego-driven threats, and he shares anecdotes about how larger individuals often encounter provocation. He also toys with the idea that some clips are edited or misattributed, laying out the confusion around authenticity before concluding Richton’s actions were warranted in context. The discussion touches on how speed (notably around 19-23 mph in the clip) and public aggression can escalate quickly, and it reflects on the broader issue of people reacting differently when a famous person is involved. Concluding, Asmongold reiterates his stance that Richton did nothing wrong in the situation, framing it as a classic case of a dangerous, entitled driver meeting appropriate pushback on camera.

Reacher star Allan Richton's body cam footage with his bloody fight with his neighbor. Wait, what? I remember seeing this, but I thought it was a meme from the TV show. I did. I thought this was from the TV show Charlie made a video about. Wait, what? Let me see it. It's fake. It's not him. It's real. Okay. Somebody says it's fake. Somebody else says it's real. We're at a bit of an impass here. The neighbor stopped and I'm in the middle of the road. Well, let me let me watch it. It's not fake. It's real.
creepy, dude. Your time. Are you [ __ ] kidding me, bro? Come on. Come on. Come on. Stand in front of a again, dude. What? Come on. You threatened my safety, bro. Are you kidding me? I should not be fine now. Go ahead. Go now. Go. Go ahead. I've called the BPD. I've called them already cuz you be driving up this neighborhood like a lunatic party. There's kids partying around here. Go ahead. Go ahead. drunk right now, bro. Go ahead. Are you drinking? Go ahead. Are you drinking? Call the police. Uhoh. It's a crash out, huh? Look at the speedometer.
Unbelievable, dude. Let me see. All right. Is it Is it 58? Let me see what the speedometer says. I don't think he's going that He doesn't look like he's going that fast. 19 miles an hour. He's going 19 [ __ ] miles. The [ __ ] is this? I should have run you over, dude. I should have run you over. True. Driving like a lunatic. 19 m an hour. You could have killed somebody. Uh-oh. What does he want? Five. I don't know. Guy seems like a [ __ ] Karen has a lowass voice. Sometimes Karens are like that. So he's he's still antagonizing him.
out of your goddamn mind. Stay down. Just beats the [ __ ] out of this guy with two with two kids watching. Bro, imagine you get to watch Jack Reacher beat the [ __ ] out of somebody in real life. OH my god, bro. The kids are loving it. Yeah, I bet it's his sons. Oh, is it? They're his kids. Oh god. That's his salt. Yeah, I bet it is. Let me see if there's another version of this. And the reacher was always speeding down the road. That's why he finally confronted him. Yeah. So he find So they they found out that he was speeding down the road.
So instead of contacting the police, he decided to just walk out in front of the road. You're assaulting me is all on camera. Yeah. I don't know, man. Like he's showing the kids not to be a [ __ ] Well, I I'll look at the other at the other angle cuz I remember seeing this. I never really talked about it because I assumed that it was just like [ __ ] but let me go and Okay, so just drove away. All right. Well, let's move on. So, this is the other one. Uh, fight. So, where is it? This is the one.
Yeah. Yeah, here it is. Okay. Unable to control his temper and motorcycle reacher star Alan Richton tries to punch the life out of some dude before going full whiskey throttle and sending his bike into a neighbor's lawn. Okay, now let's see it from the other angle. Okay, here we go. The [ __ ] out of the Yeah. That's kind of embarrassing, you know, like it's not like the prop bikes they have on set, you know, like these are this is like totally different. And uh get them 100% deserve. Yeah, sure. That was Yeah, not not great. Yeah, adrenaline.
Yeah, mistakes happen. So, I'm going to be real. I think he's totally justified. I do. I think he's completely justified in doing this. This person got in the middle of the street. He tried to block him. He was physically confronting him. He was getting up close to him, etc. Like, what are you doing? And also, by the way, it would be one thing if he was driving really fast, but he's going at 23 m an hour. There's no 20 m an hour. Here we go. And it was even below that. So, what's really going on here?
And I think this is what happens is that some guy goes out there and he wants to get an ego because this is and I I do think it's a factor. I do. I think, you know, uh you know, Allan Richton's a he's a big guy. He's like 6'4 or something like that. And obviously he works out. He's big because, you know, he plays these roles in movies. So you have some guy that wants to go out there and peacock around and size this dude up and try to put him in a position because a lot of like I have a lot of friends that are, you know, bigger guys and many of them have had situations where they have had smaller guys or other guys try to start a start a confrontation with them for really no [ __ ] reason.
For no reason at all. Bigger than you? Well, it's not hard to do. I mean, you you usually I mean, honestly, there a lot of them are shorter than I am, but they're a lot wider than I am, too. Like, I'm a I'm a pretty tall guy, but, you know, either way, uh these are people that are, you know, like bodybuilders, stuff like that that I know that are like, you know, they're like 2 200 250 lbs, right? They're big guys. And so, uh people all the time try to like antagonize them or put them in some kind of a situation.
So, it's weird, man. Alan Richen is Jack Reacher in the Richard series. Yeah, I I we we know that. It says it right here. And also, I've seen the I've seen it. So, yeah. And uh anyway, I think some people just hate fun, I guess. So, and uh I'm 6'4 275. Uh we call it Napoleon syndrome. Exactly. Yes. And so, you have these guys and and I get I get the the way that it happens, right? But I think that's what happens is that a lot of guys that are, you know, like rich and well-known, they will have people like, for example, like you watch Floyd Mayweather or Mike Tyson walk around and they have six bodyguards around them.
That's not for Mike Tyson. That's for you. That No, no, no, no. You You might have this a little bit confused here. So, you thought that he was to protect himself. Uh, not necessarily. Right. And uh, no, he's being a [ __ ] [ __ ] He is. He's standing in front of the road causing problems and that's it. So, I don't know what else to say. And uh, and he was filmed on Earth. Yeah, I guess so. No, I'm glad to see this. And uh, Iran. Yeah. And he did nothing wrong. Absolutely nothing
