The clip highlights impressive early stats—225 pages published, 132,000 impressions, and 1,200 clicks—framing Copilot as a proven timesaver. He explains how the Claude agent SDK underpins the “managed agents” approach, which he believes is a million-dollar opportunity for the right clients. A core demo shows generating multiple articles at once from a pasted spreadsheet, a feature that replaces manual, one-by-one article generation. The presenter also introduces Free Form Mode, which constrains output to exact client instructions and assets like images. Pricing is pitched at €29 per month for 25 articles, with a founder price of €35, underscoring affordability for agencies. Just watch how easy it is for me to turn a spreadsheet just like the one on your screen, which is a messy spreadsheet from a client into some of the best SEO blog content you have ever seen. Let's jump into things. I've been working my ass off improving Harbor, guys. So, I'm just going to show you guys what it's now capable of. Previously, you would have to kind of jangle around with the these things for quite a long time to get them the content that you're looking for, right? But now, instead, you can use Harbor Copilot.
I just released Harbor Copilot. I'm super proud of it, guys. Just an FYI, you can get a free trial of Harbor. Um, and yeah, I mean, it's doing incredibly well. I'm really, really happy with the results here. 225 pages published, 132,000 impressions, 1,200 clicks. I think that speaks for itself. Go and get free trial, guys. Go and lock in the pricing before I release harbor build because I will likely have to put the pricing up when Harbor Build is here. Now, just going back to Copilot. First thing I'm going to do is just I'm going to say, "What can you do for me?" So that you guys can understand what we're looking at.
So, basically, this is a way to interact with Harbor, but through the chat, right? So instead of going on the right going on the writer putting a keyword pressing generate instead what we're going to do is we're going to use the co-pilot system that I have created. Now just so you guys know for full reference I'm just going to go to edit here and we're going to go to continue and I'm just going to show you this. So these are the special instructions. Now this is a client who has extremely specific instructions. They do not want harbor style articles.
They want their own style articles. But obviously as an agency we don't have time to go and generate or write articles ourselves. So we need a way to generate all of this content very very quickly. Also just one more thing I have input the brand color here. So if you guys follow this process this is the result that you can uh expect right. So yeah as saying as I was saying you can see that these are all of the things that you can do with copilot. So you can add your websites here you can do anything but just watch what this does.
Okay. So, I'm just going to say please generate all of these articles. I'm going to say use free form mode, which I'll talk about in just a second, and ignore we transfer links. And then all I'm going to do is I'm just going to paste this spreadsheet. Right? So, I just clicked here, scrolled down to the bottom one, pressed or held shift, and then clicked to the bottom, and then Ctrl + C to copy. And then, watch this. So instead of me having to individually go into the writer and generate an article one by one, instead I can now generate all of this art all of these articles at once using this co-pilot, right?
Super super nice stuff. So guys, there's a link for Harbor in the description and in the pinned comment. Do go and check out Harbor. It's the best way that you can support me as a creator, right? Go and check out Harbor. Go get a free trial and let me know what you think as well. Not only let me know what you think, give me feedback, right? Any feedback that is sent to my email that I've been implementing almost immediately. Okay. So, what is free form? Because this is another new feature. So, this is what free form looks like.
Basically, it takes your instructions and puts them here. If you add any images or anything like that here, uh which the co-pilot will do for me automatically, then uh it will only use these images, right? So, just to clarify. So you're kind of guiding the exact shape of the articles with free form, right? So same thing, you put your uh site URL or sitemap URL followed by a keyword, right? Which you can use our discovery tab for. And then basically I found a competitor which was creating content the way that my client wanted. I took a screenshot of that content and I asked Chat GBT to describe the content to me.
Right? That's how I got these instructions. And then just while I was chatting there, this was still running. This uses the Claude agent SDK, by the way, inside managed agents, which I will not stop talking about. I'm telling you guys, the these agents, managed agents are a milliondoll opportunity for anyone that can understand them and anyone that can find clients to implement them for. It is a million-doll opportunity. Okay, so after a little bit of time, because obviously it had to process, there's a lot of information to process. It has to like put these images or sorry these products inside the product links very it's a very very complicated client guys.
They're being really specific with what they want which is fine. Obviously this is the old client that I used to work for in Italy. So yeah basically what I'm doing is I'm generating all of this content at once. Um but I just want to show you how specific the actually the actual output is. Okay. Okay, so the way hub works is right, I can jump through the various things to see the content. So I can go to the writer for example and I can see the content here. So this is an example of the content.
Uh this isn't one that's just finished. This is one that I did last night while I was trying to get this process down basically. So there is still a slight problem with images being too large sometimes, right? So I'm just going to find a different example to show you guys. This is the library where everything sits. the I've kind of become obsessed with product management guys. Like originally I was just obsessed with dev but now I'm obsessed with dev plus product management right so we actually work with a product manager like a product owner who you know has really really got me into these things and I cannot stress this enough product management is the missing piece in everyone's workflow there there are three pieces to creating a successful software there's the dev there's distribution which are the two things that people think about the most Right.
So dev is just the creation, the stack, etc. You know, vibe coding, whatever. Distribution is obviously, you know, the marketing and things. So a lot of people do SEO, a lot of people do this, a lot of people do that, etc. But the real kind of important thing that people barely even think about is product management, right? How can you make a tool that people want to use instead of you know they come maybe once they use it maybe once and then they never come back and you know that's that client lost instead how do you get a client to stay or you know a user to stay and continue using your tool.
So yeah, so from the library right you can just click any article that is generated or generating. You can also link the published URL if you want to track it. You can copy it like this or I can just click on this and um you know this is the quality of the output. This is specific to their instructions. Right? So this does look different to how a normal harbor article will look. A normal harbor article is just like a base article. You you know you're welcome to do whatever you want with them of course. But now with this new free form mode, you can really really start to lock in and make articles look exactly as you want them.
Right? So this looks nothing. This has none of the hallmarks of a harbor article. There's no infographic because the client doesn't want infographics. There's these scrollable boxes, right? Because that's what the client wanted. It's only using the links that they sent us, right? So this is their links here. It's using the exact instructions to a tea of how they want their content to look. And I'm generating 15 of these while I'm talking to you guys, right? And all of this is literally €29 a month, right? For 20 for 25 articles. Mine says 35 because I'm a founder.
I might bring the founder back for like a week or so soon. Um just in case, you know, there's a few more people that want to sign up. Even for 29 a month for 25 articles, that's such good value, right? You can do one of these clients in 5 minutes using this tool. We have more things coming as well. I have agency coming very, very soon. But I basically just wanted to make a quick video about Copilot to show you guys, you know, the ins and outs of Copilot. So, you can add clients like this.
So, let's say you get a new client. You can come here and you can say add a new site to Harbor for me for and then I have no idea. Let's just say Gucci.com. So, instead of me having to go up here, press plus, you know, add the thing. Instead, it's going to run a little sitemap discovery. Okay. So, let's see here. Um, there we go. Gucci.com. It just added Gucci.com. Um, let's see. Yeah, okay, that's fine. So, you can do loads and loads of different things with C-pilot. Another really, really cool thing which um you can do, right, is let's say you're on the discovery tab or whatever and you want to quickly get to co-pilot without removing this uh page, right?
You can do control K or um command K and actually open up the co-pilot floating above. This will have more uses soon, right? But right now, this is more for um yeah, just basically helping you get organized on Harbor. So yeah, this tool is helping us run the agency. Of course, that's kind of the main reason I even made Harbor in the first place was to help me get all the work done I have to do in the agency. So you're if you're in the space, if you're in digital marketing, freelance agency, a team, if you have a few ecom websites, you know, if you have a few projects floating around, this that and the other, I'm telling you guys, Harbor will be the project for you.
It's super cheap. It's super affordable. It does pretty much everything that Search Atlas does, but well, okay, I think Search Atlas are doing too much to be honest with you. They're trying to do ads and this and that and everything. We do the basics that Search Atlas does for much cheaper per website. Go and check out Harbor right now. harbor seo.ai. There is a link in the description and in the pin comment. Thank you so much for supporting me, guys. As usual, if you are watching all the way to the end of the video, you're an absolute legend.
But I'm going to leave this one there. Thank you so much for watching and I'll see you very, very soon with some more content. Peace out.
