The host introduces the video and states the goal of giving an unbiased, critical review of Grok 4.3.

Grok 4.3 performs poorly with repeated errors and flaky UI, despite decent price claims and speed, while the creator pushes HarborSEO.ai as a strong alternative.

Summary

Income stream surfers’ reviewer digs into Grok 4.3 and walks away unimpressed. The video starts with a blunt note that the reviewer intends an unbiased take, then dives into Grok’s pricing: 1.25 per million input tokens and 2.50 per million output tokens, with higher rates for tokens beyond 200k. The quick test shows an initially basic home page, followed by persistent errors (including multiple 404s) that undermine any speed advantages Grok might have. The creator flatly compares Grok unfavorably to open-source models like Qwen 3.6 27B and asserts he’ll test a forthcoming coding CLI later. Despite acknowledging decent visuals, he argues the technical build is not up to par and questions Grok’s overall value. He casually notes some praise for the contact page, but it doesn’t salvage the experience. Throughout, the reviewer rails against hype on X and Elon Musk’s influence, emphasizing that the product’s execution matters more than sentiment. The sponsor shout-out shifts to HarborSEO.ai, highlighting a thriving pilot and a “co-pilot” feature that can generate hundreds of articles. He proudly shares his own metrics (322 pages, 140k impressions, 1.3k clicks) and demonstrates improved scraping quality. The video ends with a strong verdict: Grok is a no for me and a reminder to verify tooling against real-world results rather than hype.

Key Takeaways

  • The creator plans to test Grok’s upcoming coding CLI after observing the current instability and expresses skepticism about ongoing hype on X.
  • HarborSEO.ai is pitched as a productive alternative, with a claimed co-pilot feature that can generate hundreds of articles and a demonstrably solid set of publishing metrics.
  • The video includes a frank cost critique, ending with a highlighted spend around $10 to run the Grok test, framing it as a poor ROI in practice.

Okay, guys. Welcome to this video. This is going to be a very quick video on Grok 4.3. A quick message to all of the Elon copers out there. I will be giving an unbiased review. And I guarantee people will say that the next Grok model or the next Grok model will be the one that blows everyone away. But repeatedly, I've seen that Grok has just not been up to standard at all. I decided to use this inside open code. I was curious to see how it would do. I know that Grok is working on their own coding CLI, which I will test when it comes out because I like to test things. And basically, I have run the test already. This is the home page that it came out with basically. Uh very very basic home page. So, let's just have a little look at the pricing. So, it's $1.25 per million input tokens, $2.50 per million output tokens. So, this is a pretty reasonable model for things like writing, maybe scraping if it's good. Uh it says here long document analysis deep research and multi-turn agent tasks. Pricing is tiered. Requests exceeding 200k tokens are billed at a higher rate. Doesn't say what the higher rate is. It's a fairly fast model. I have to say I'm pretty impressed with the speed. This is what it looks like. This is the home page. Let's just click around a little bit. Just error after error, honestly. It's embarrassing. Even open source models do a better job than Grok. This is 404, which is just even worse. Like Yeah, I mean that this should not be happening. This is 404 as well. Um yeah, this is really bad. Okay, so it's fixed that error and now there's another error. Honestly, this is just embarrassing. Um ChatGPT 40 will do a better job. I've just completely lost faith in Grok at this point. This is honestly embarrassing. Um To be beaten by an open source model is just I don't I don't know how how they're so bad. I I just don't understand it. They they have Twitter to, you know, read because they have you know, they own Twitter. I I just don't get it. Like it doesn't look bad. I have to say like the the look and feel is okay here, but the technical build is worse than something like Qwen 3.6 27B, which is just it's honestly just embarrassing from from Grok. Now, there's always people giving me hate for hating on Grok. I'm going to continue to hate on Grok until they fix it. This is nice. The contact page is very nice, okay? I'll give Grok that. They it's done a good job here with the contact page. However, none of these buttons work. Okay, that button works. Okay, the look and feel here is really nice. I I want to like this. I want to I want this to work. It's just the technical build just doesn't work properly and it's very very frustrating. I wouldn't give this much time, guys. Honestly, uh there's going to be a lot of hype on X because people are begging Elon Musk to retweet them. Basically, that is why people just glaze his models all day even though they're just complete trash. Um they're just hoping for a retweet. That's literally all they're doing and you know, Elon for some reason retweets these people who just, you know, have no idea what they're talking about just because they say that Grok is king or whatever. That's literally how you get to grow on X. Just say Grok is king all day long. With all that being said, guys, just a quick word from our sponsor, me. This is harborseo.ai. There's a link for it in the description of the video and in the pinned comment. This is a project that I've been working on for a while now. I'm very very proud of what we've built. People absolutely love this tool. They're staying with us for a very very long time as well. Well, you now have 322 pages published, 140,000 total impressions, and 1.3 thousand clicks. These numbers are really really good for blog content, right? We just released the co-pilot feature, which allows you to basically create hundreds of articles at the same time, which is what I did yesterday. If I just show you quickly what this is actually capable of. So, I wrote all of these articles here. I didn't check a single one. I then got Claude code to post them. And yeah, you can see the quality of these articles right here. It's the 1st of May. I didn't even realize. I thought there was 31 days in April. So, yeah, this is what it produces. Like these are just insanely nice articles. This is the free form mode where you give your own prompt to Harbor and it will write this insanely high quality content. I also just increased the quality of the scraper. So, there should be no more broken images inside people's articles. So, look at this. The quality is just absurd. Beautiful beautiful beautiful. You're basically now able to create the type of content and the quality of content that you want while using Harbor co-pilot and Harbor scraping system to scrape and find everything that you need for the article. I'll leave the video there, guys. There's a link for Harbor in the description. You can go get free trial of Harbor today. You'll support me. You'll support the channel and I appreciate you guys. Thank you so much for watching. Grok is a no for me. Basically, a waste of open router tokens if anything. Like I literally Let's see how much I blew through. There's no way. Nah. $8.50. Wait. Wait wait wait wait wait. I need to see that. So, apparently this cost an absolute metric ton of money, which I was not expecting. Yeah, what the what the hell? It cost $10 and $0.03 to run this. That is absolutely insane. What a waste of money. RIP $10, guys. Leave a comment in uh in Yeah, just leave a comment saying RIP $10. Thank you so much for watching, guys. If you are watching all the way to the end of the video, you're an absolute legend. Go and check out harborseo.ai and I'll see you very very soon with some more content. Peace out.
