Overview of why many creators want to start faceless YouTube channels and the appeal of automated content.

Shane Hummus breaks down five utterly scalable faceless niches that actually print money, from kids’ rhymes to train footage, plus the hybrid personal-brand approach that makes them sustainable.

Summary

Shane Hummus spills practical examples of faceless YouTube channels that monetize well, emphasizing that the right niche and monetization strategy beat mere clicks. He highlights Kids Berry Nursery Rhymes as a top child-education/entertainment channel with earnings estimates up to $194k/month, noting its resemblance to Coco Melon and its high resale value. The video then covers Scary Interesting and contrasts it with Mr. Ballin, explaining why the latter’s broader branding and multiple channels boost revenue beyond AdSense alone. Shane argues for a hybrid personal-brand model—using an avatar or cartoon to maintain a personal connection without exposing the creator—citing Whiz of Ecom as a success story that later reveals his face after reaching seven figures. Virtual Rail Fan showcases an ultra-niche, fully automated channel made of train footage with $20k–$59k/month in earnings, proving automation can scale if the niche has devoted fans. Five Mad Movie Makers demonstrates the miniature/Hot Wheels niche, where a single viral video like Hot Wheels Water Ride can pull hundreds of thousands of dollars in ad revenue. Throughout, Shane stresses that smart monetization and positioning matter as much as views, and he invites viewers to join a live workshop to learn the “Niche Validator Pro 2.4” and the hybrid personal-brand framework. He also teases one-on-one coaching as a way to accelerate results, promising real-world strategy and faster outcomes for serious students.

Seems like everybody wants to start a faceless YouTube channel. Everybody wants to do YouTube automation, but a lot of people are going into the wrong niches. And so, in today's video, I'm going to be talking about the faceless YouTube automation niches that actually print money. And a lot of these are a lot simpler, a lot weirder, and a lot more boring than you might think. So, with that being said, if you appreciate this video, let me know by gently tapping that like button. And a quick disclaimer, this video is going to be inspirational, motivational, and most importantly, educational. And most people who try to start a YouTube channel, try to make money from YouTube, fail just like any other business out there. And that is why I provide this education. I show you what works and what doesn't work. But more than that, I go a step further. I actually do completely free live events. to completely free live workshops and I'm doing one this week called the greatest business to start in 2026. So click the link in the description and the pin comment below to attend it. People absolutely love these live workshops. In fact, we get messages from people that say that they started a fully functional YouTube channel that makes a full-time income just from the live workshop alone, like Isaiah. Now, everyone who shows up live gets access to a special GPT. And this GPT is designed to help you lock in the idea or the niche of your channel. the Niche Validator Pro 2.4. Okay, so do not miss out on it. Right, attend the live workshop by clicking the link in the description, the pin comment below, and I look forward to seeing you there. All right, the first channel I'm going to talk about is Kids Berry Nursery Rhymes. Now, this is one of the absolute best niches to go into, especially for faceless or, you know, YouTube automation type content. And you'll probably notice that this channel looks a little bit like another channel called Coco Melon. And that channel sold for $3 billion. So yeah, this is a pretty good niche to go into. And it's basically exactly what it sounds like. It is videos that are designed for children. It's designed for kids. Usually these videos are a little bit educational, but mostly entertaining. And this channel is making $65 to $194,000 a month. And that is according to Vid IQ. And according to view stats, their highest viewed video was this one. Head Shoulders in ABCD, Nursery Rhymes. It got 88 million views and made $56,000. So, yeah, these types of channels are highly profitable. They're probably also mindnumbingly boring for grown-ups, or at least most grown-ups to make, but it's highly profitable and it's a sellable channel as well. All right, the next channel is Scary Interesting. This channel makes 17 to $50,000 a month and it's basically scary and interesting stories from around the world. Now, this is a very solid and evergreen niche because crazy stories are never going to go away. There's just going to be more and more crazy stories as we go through time. And it's kind of like whack-a-ole where you hit one mole and two moles pop up, right? So, this is just an evergreen niche that's never going to go away. In this video right here, cave exploring gone wrong. The cave is so deep that it takes over four days and thousands of feet of rope to descend. Got 8 million views and made over $40,000. Now, this channel makes 17 to $50,000 a month, and that is amazing. But it is nothing compared to Mr. Balin, who makes $69 to $28,000 a month. Today's story is going to easily rank in the top five most distressing I have ever covered. Mr. Ballin does essentially the exact same thing as this channel. channel. He talks about scary and interesting stories. He also started around the same time as this channel, too. And yet, he's got almost 10 times as many subscribers and he makes way more money. And this isn't his only channel. He's expanded to a lot of different stuff. Plus, he makes a lot of money outside of AdSense alone. And he's even advertising it right here with the graphic stories, right? So, he started an entire brand, not just a channel. So, he's probably making 10 times as much or more from this channel. So, you might be asking, Shane, what kind of point are you trying to make? you just said this is a faceless channel. Like why are you trying to show me a channel that's not faceless? Well, there's a very specific way of making faceless channels that I recommend. And this channel is messing that up. You see, the way that I recommend for faceless channels, even if you don't want to show your face, is to have some sort of avatar that represents you. Even if it's just a fake avatar, like just an animated one or a cartoon or anything like that, but an avatar that represents you. And the reason for that is because it makes it feel like it's a personal brand. This is the hybrid personal brand method that I talk about. And this is something that we're going to get really deep into in the live training that I'm doing this week. So, click that link in the description in the pin comment below. It's going to be all about picking your niche and positioning yourself in the right way to set yourself up for long-term success. So, don't miss out on it. Now, let me give you an example of a faceless channel that used this method from one of my clients. So Whiz of Ecom when he first started his channel he had a cartoon that represented him. He was completely anonymous. Nobody knew who he was. And the channel was called Whiz of Ecom. And it was just this, you know, cartoon character that represented him. He got this channel and his personal brand in general to seven figures. He absolutely crushed it with this channel. And then finally, he did a face reveal. He revealed his face. That's what he looks like right there. And his name, of course, Moo. Let's cut the suspense. Hello. Hello, everybody. My name is Moo. So before he ever did a face reveal, he made it to $150,000 a month anonymously, which is epic. And this is despite the fact that he was using a channel that didn't have that many views. Now, the reason he was able to monetize with such a small channel is because he had a very specific niche. He chose the niche correctly. He was very careful about choosing his target demographic as well. And then he monetized correctly, right? The way you monetize your channel is incredibly important. [snorts] And so he didn't need to get a lot of views to make a lot of money. And again, that's something I'll talk about in the live training. So, click the link in the description in the pin comment below. And once he did a face reveal, he he's now making like a lot more than $150,000 a month. But the reason he was able to make this work with the channel is because he positioned himself as a hybrid personal brand, even though he was technically anonymous. This is a really important thing. Now, there's more to it than this, like how you position yourself, but one of the most important things is that you use a cartoon character or a animated avatar or an avatar of some sort that represents you. People will feel like they're still interacting with another human being and it'll make it way more likely for them to know, like, and trust you. All right, this next channel is absolutely diabolically genius and it is called Virtual Rail Fan. And this is a channel that literally just takes videos of trains, trains, and different railroad spots and then he posts them online. And he also live streams trains as well. So, this is basically a channel that tapped into a niche of people that like 99% of people probably don't care about trains at all. I mean, maybe 99.9%, but there's that 0.1% of people out there that love trains. They're just obsessed with trains. And this channel tapped into that psychology. And guess what? It's just videos of trains. And guess what else? It's all automated. Okay? So, totally anonymous channel, does not need to reveal himself at all, making 20 to $59,000 a month just posting videos of trains. Now, if that wasn't crazy enough, how about we talk about miniature trains? The channel Five Mad Movie Makers, most of the stuff that they post is either Hot Wheels or miniature trains, and they have miniature cameras on these miniature trains, and they're making 74 to $223,000 a month. Absolutely insane. Their most viewed video, guys, is Hot Wheels Water Ride. And like I just want you to watch a few seconds of this video just to demonstrate how unbelievably simple this is. And that video got 164 million views and they made $821,000 from it. Absolutely insane. Now, that channel may or may not be monetizing those views well, but they're definitely making a lot of money from AdSense. But I don't want you to just rely on AdSense. That's the mistake that so many faceless creators or people that just want to start on YouTube in general make. And I remember when I first started on YouTube, I tried a faceless channel as well and then another one and I failed over and over again. It's because I was making these same mistakes that I'm going to be going over in the live training that I'm doing this week. Click the link in the description and the pin comment below to attend. Now, additionally to that, if you are someone who is very serious about growing and making money on YouTube and you want to learn all these things and get one-on-one coaching, which 99% of you will not get, but if you want to learn it as fast as possible and save yourself a massive amount of time, effort, and money, and also headache and heartache, then go ahead and apply for one-on-one coaching by clicking the link in the description and the pinned comment below.
