It’s Now or Never| 2026 Is Your Last Chance To Win| No More Excuses- Andrew Tate Motivation Jim Rohn
Chapters5
Introduces the central theme of absolute impatience and the need to act now rather than wait for perfect conditions.
A razor-sharp call to action from Andrew Tate-style messaging urging absolute impatience and no excuses to win in 2026.
Summary
The Man Code presents a high-intensity motivation piece centered on Andrew Tate-inspired rhetoric urging viewers to action now, not later. The host pushes back against excuses, insisting that only impatient, relentlessly dedicated individuals will survive the pressures of 2026. Concrete examples—such as comparing dating markets, pursuing wealth, and abandoning traditional career paths—are used to provoke a shift toward immediate, brutal discipline. The video emphasizes physical fitness (do push-ups immediately) and mental toughness, calling for a mindset that treats failure as a learning tool rather than a setback. Throughout, the speaker casts traditional paths (university degrees, home ownership, steady jobs) as futile tickets to wealth, while glorifying rapid, uncompromising progress. The tone is combative, with vivid metaphors about planes in free fall and the need for a parachute now, not tomorrow. The creator directs viewers to type “Hypnotize yourself” and pledge instant action, framing 2026 as the ultimate battlefield where only the most aggressive, undeterred participants will prevail. It closes with a stark warning that delay will permanently close doors to prosperity, making now the decisive moment to act.
Key Takeaways
- Impatience is framed as the primary weapon for 2026; viewers are urged to act immediately rather than wait for a future breakthrough.
- Traditional routes to wealth (university degrees, first homes, conventional jobs) are portrayed as insufficient for success in 2026, according to the speaker.
- Failure is reframed as a learning tool; the speaker argues that not failing means you aren’t learning the hard lessons needed to win.
- Morale and mental toughness are highlighted as critical differentiators in battle-style comparisons, with the general emphasizing unwavering dedication over motivation.

Bro, I hate men. Passport bros who go to South America. Well, the women in Colombia are so feminine. Bro, you're broke. If you're rich and you're a passport bro, you're in Moscow or Dubai with a Ukrainian Barbie doll. There is no way on God's green earth any straight man believes that Latinos are more attractive than Ukrainian Barbies. Blue eyes, blonde hair, perfect bodies. Listen, that's impossible to believe Latinos are better. You're just broke. You can't go and catch a Ukrainian 10 cuz you need to be a multi-millionaire. You can't go to Moscow and get a Russian 10.
You can't compete in the dating market in Dubai cuz you haven't got a Bugatti. You're broke. So you go toing Karacus Median in pick up some [ __ ] [music] with her flat feet and [ __ ] boy hands. Hasn't even got a manicure. No Dior stinks like [ __ ] [ __ ] nose. Chili Kong Carney taco and you walk around, hey, I got a girlfriend in Colombia. You're a [ __ ] loser. I'm trying to hypnotize all of you. I'm trying to hypnotize you into the most important decision you're going to make before 2026. And that decision is absolute impatience. If you're thinking about going to the gym, go as soon as this broadcast finishes.
Drop and do push-ups as soon as this ends. Absolute monumental impatience. Hypnotize yourself. Tell the universe. Tell the world. Tell the cosmos. Tell the simulation. You're an impatient person. You don't want money tomorrow. You want it today. Tomorrow it's harder to make. The mountain is growing. You want it now. Type I'm impatient in the chat. That is what I want everybody who watches this stream to understand about themselves for 2026. Cuz the days of waiting, the days of thinking it's going to get better, the days of thinking someone's coming to save us, the days of believing in politics, the days in believing if you sit down and you work hard and you save up, it's all going to be okay.
All of those doors, all of those doors to a life worth living are permanently shut. They are closed and they are locked. They are never coming back. You're never going to save your way to owning a house which goes up 10x in value. You're never going to get a promotion at your job that makes your life worth living. Your city's never going to get better. They are all closed. It is done. The plane is crashing. You need a parachute. You have to get out or you're going to smash into the ground. YOU ARE IMPATIENT. AS THE plane plummets towards the earth, you need to find a parachute now.
You can't find a parachute in 20 minutes. You need one now before you die. If you truly understand what I'm saying to you, type the words. Hypnotize yourself. Promise it to the universe that you're an impatient instant action taker cuz those are the only ones who are going to survive. You do not stand a chance of escaping the matrix with any of the traditional pre-trodden paths. You're never going to get rich if you get a university degree from traditional education. You're never going to get rich by buying your first home. You're never going to get rich by getting a job.
If you're sitting there debating, maybe I should do it for real, but that sounds hard. [music] You are born to lose. And that is why, and I state this [music] with absolute arrogance, that is why I love laughing at Brokies, cuz you deserve it. That is why I drive around in my Pagani making fun of all of you. That's why I eat lobstering ravioli with caviar on top. I don't even like it. That's why it doesn't even taste good. Because it costs more than you can afford. That is why I eat it. because I have worked to get here and I deserve everything I have and everybody who has nothing deserves only nothing.
The universe is extremely giving for all of you impatient people. I need you in my army. We need to win this fight. I need impatient people on my side. I'm a general. I need soldiers. I will motivate you. I will give you the instructions. I will tell you how we win the battle. I am the general and we're going to win this fight. But I need impatient soldiers who are galvanized and motivated, high morale, who are ready to charge AT THE GUNFIRE. I DO NOT NEED PATIENT SOLDIERS. I do not need soldiers who sit and say, "We'll fight tomorrow.
Maybe I feel like fighting next week. How do I struggle with motivation? I don't feel like fighting right now." The enemy is at the gates. You [music] don't get to decide when you want to fight. You don't get to decide when you feel motivated. You don't It's not up to you. God is not so n to you. The world is getting harder and harder and you must fight and resist instantly. I only want impatient soldiers. [music] We are waiting for you inside of the heroes year. We're going to attack 2026. Everyone else is going to doom.
Everyone else is going to gloom. Everyone else is going to fail. Everyone else is going to be waiting for handouts. Everyone else is going to quit. Everyone else is going to cry and moan and [ __ ] And we're going to win. That's what we're going to do. Irregardless of how difficult the game gets. Irregardless of how high the mountain is, we will reach the peak because we are impatient. We do not rest. We do not quit. We do not need salvation or quarter. We fight to the absolute end. Those are the people I want on my team.
But your time is up. And the reason we're doing this emergency meeting, just before this, I was talking to somebody who had grand plans for 2026. [music] And they're talking to me about February, March, what they're going to do in November. THERE'S NO TIME FOR any of that. November doesn't exist. It doesn't exist. And you're not even going to make it unless you get your act together. If you don't get your act together, there is no November. There is no tomorrow. It is today. Only today. You can take action right now and start building a future worth living.
Or you can sit, wait, procrastinate, hoping for some handout for a magical unicorn to come from the sky and [ __ ] out a pot of gold and sit there waiting to be crushed by the oppressive forces of darkness, waiting for the last hope and slither of morale that's in your heart to be extinguished by the devil himself. It is now or absolutely never. It is a time for the impatient to act and for everyone else to fail. If you are demoralized, if the devil has infiltrated your soul and removed the fire from your eyes, then you stand precisely zero chance of escape.
Another reason you're demotivated is because everyone around you is demotivated. I said it gets harder with the doom and gloom. You need to find the positive enclave. You need to find the oasis. You need to find the air pocket. Do you understand? The ship has sunk. You're underground in the water. You're drowning and you're floating from deck to deck. You need to find the air pocket of optimists. Those people all exist inside of the real world. You cannot let the devil demoralize you. Demoralization is what they want. They want you to quit. They want you to give up.
And the good thing for the winners is that the more people who quit, the more people who give up, the less true competition you have. You cannot, like I said earlier, talk to me about childish notions like it feels difficult to get rich. It feels hard. I lack motivation. You need to get rid of all of this. You must galvanize your iron mind. You must cement a mentality of only brutal victory. You must sit here and say, "I understand that everyone else has [music] quit. I understand everyone else is doom and gloom and black pill, but not me.
I am going to escape. I do not believe that an administration is going to help me. I don't believe the world's going to get any better. I don't believe it's going to be easy. I don't care. I'm going to escape anyway. When I hear people say, "Oh, it's hard. I don't have time, etc., etc." All you're doing is telling me you're a loser. Every single winner feels the same as you do. The difference is they do not quit. They do not give up. They do not make excuses. They stay on the highway. It's amazing what you can achieve [music] if you never give up.
My saying, unmatched perspacity and sheer indatigability. That point is important. [music] Sheer inde fatiguability. The inability to become fatigued. If you never quit, if you never give up, if you never give in, you're going to get exactly what you wanted. All you had to do is not be aing coward [music] and you still failed. I don't want to hear any excuses. I don't care about excuses. God doesn't care about excuses. And the winners who went through the exact same things you're going through, who didn't quit, don't care about excuses. [music] There are winners and losers in the world.
You are either a winner who dedicates himself, never gives up, continues to learn, does everything he knows he needs to do regardless of how he feels, or you're a loser who makes excuses, and [music] you stay invisible for the rest of human time. Make a choice. Do you know what the greatest differentiator between [music] battle success and battle failure has been throughout human history? Morale. The morale of the army. That's why generals are so important. Yes, the tactics are better. Yes, the strategy is better. But a good general inspires [music] morale. If you have 10,000 people battling against 10,000 other people and one team is 1% less likely to flee, to cower, [music] to run away, to not swing when they're tired.
The team with the morale wins. Impatience [music] and morale are super super important. So yes, you could sit there and look at the situation, be like, "Oh, it's hard. How [music] do I stay inspired?" Don't be inspired. That's fine. You could just die while the other people kill you because the world is a battle for resources. You don't make money, you [music] take money. Every dollar that you want, somebody else wants and they will go out there and work harder than you by just 1% or 2% trying [music] to take that same dollar and they will get it and you will not.
So I actually this year I'm not going to respond to any questions about motivation. When people ask me, "Hey, I'm not motivated. Hey, it's hard. Hey, how do I stay inspired?" I'm going to reply, "Don't. It's fine. Don't. I don't care. And nobody else on my team cares. And nobody else who wants to win cares. [music] You can just be erased to the pages of history that never get written about all the losers who [music] lost the battle. Have you given up yet? You were all excited and motivated and you promised you're going to be dedicated and do all these amazing things, but New Year's is over now and all the hype is over and you've told everyone your resolutions and no one cares anymore.
You're still kind of doing them. You're still going to the gym [music] because you said you would. But are you really training or are you slowly fizzling out? By like the 15th, [music] 16th, you would have quit by then, wouldn't you? Because you were excited, but you're not excited anymore. And you can only do things that are hard when you're excited about them, which is why your life sucks. [music] You need to do things that are hard because they must be done. That is the difference between dedication and motivation. So I ask you, be honest.
Have you lost some of your gumption? If you lost some of your excitement towards those goals, towards those dreams you were trying to achieve. If you've lost 1% motivation towards the things you promised you would achieve in 2026, then you are guaranteed to quit this year. [music] That's the best thing about being dedicated. You don't need motivation. As your moods change, as the weather changes up and down, nothing [music] changes because things must be done and they get done. So ask yourself if you are motivated or dedicated. If you're motivated, you don't stand a chance.
If you're dedicated, you're going to get it done irregardless of how terrible you feel. I'm never motivated, but I am dedicated. I hate [music] training, but I don't miss it. Get up. Fail time and time again. You need to keep failing. When I was learning how to box, I got knocked out. I failed. When I was learning how to make this business and make money, my old business failed. I lost everything and had to start all over again. The reason they talk about failure is because failure is the only way you learn a lesson. This word failure basically means lesson.
Because if you didn't fail, what did you learn? If you went to the boxing gym and you didn't get knocked out, you didn't learn to keep your hands up. If you started a business and you didn't fail, if you didn't lose all of your money, you didn't learn how important cash flow was. Failure is the lesson. So when anyone says, "Oh yeah, I failed." What they're saying is they learn. It's the only way to learn. And if you're in a situation where you should get knocked out and you don't get knocked out, then you're not going to learn your lesson and you're going to keep doing it.
If you don't fail, you'll never learn. If you're sparring against somebody who's not good enough to hit you when your hands are down, you're never going to put them up. And if you have a business and you keep making a mistake and you're getting away with it, you're not going to realize it's a mistake until one day it all goes wrong. Failing is learning. You're going to be 17 years old and everybody who ever treated you badly is going to be glad they did because they're going to think of you as a [ __ ] [music] scumbag.
They're going to think, "I'm glad I don't talk to him anymore. I'm glad I left that guy. I'm glad I never believed in him." And they're going to be right. And you don't have motivation to go try. So they feel some regret. You want to just be the laughing stalk of everybody who's ever interacted with you ever. And you lack motivation somehow. You don't have a six-pack, big arms, bunch of money, a Lambo. You have none of those things. And all the people who ever said you were a [ __ ] loser were right. That's how you're going to live your life as a man.
[music] If you don't feel the urgency, you're in trouble. It's the great lock in of 2026. [music] Listen to my words. Store this tweet. Asset prices are going to go through the roof. [music] The dollar will continue to lose value. It's going to be harder and harder for you to own anything of significance. AI is going to take more and more jobs. There's going to be less and less opportunities. It is the great lock in of 2026. If you don't make it this year, you ain't going to make it. [music] That's how it feels to me, and I know more than you.
You need to start waking up and saying, "Uhoh, it is now or absolutely never." The great lock in. The work must begin. You must be motivated and dedicated. [music] You must believe in yourself. You have to try 100% this year because soon the [music] gates to prosperity are going to close forever. They will close forever and your chance will be gone. Your entire bloodline will remain poor forever because of you. The great lock in 2026. It's now or never.
