Another reason you're demotivated is because everyone around you is demotivated. I said it gets harder with the doom and gloom. You need to find the positive enclave. You need to find the oasis. You need to find the air pocket of optimists. Those people all exist inside of the real world. You cannot let the devil demoralize you. Demoralization is what they want. They want you to quit. They want you to give up. And the good thing for the winners is that the more people who quit, the more people who give up, the less true competition you have. You cannot, like I said earlier, talk to me about childish notions like it feels difficult to get rich. It feels hard. I lack motivation. You need to get rid of all of this. I don't have time, etc., etc." All you're doing is telling me you're a loser. Every single winner feels the same as you do. The difference is they do not quit. They do not give up. You are either a winner who dedicates himself, never gives up, continues to learn, does everything he knows he needs to do regardless of how he feels, or you're a loser who makes excuses, and [music] you stay invisible for the rest of human time. Make a choice. Do you know what the greatest differentiator between [music] battle success and battle failure has been throughout human history? Morale. The morale of the army. That's why generals are so important. Yes, the tactics are better. Yes, the strategy is better. But a good general inspires [music] morale. If you have 10,000 people battling against 10,000 other people and one team is 1% less likely to flee, to cower, [music] to run away, to not swing when they're tired. The team with the morale wins. Impatience [music] and morale are super super important. So yes, you could sit there and look at the situation, be like, "Oh, it's hard. How [music] do I stay inspired?" Don't be inspired. That's fine. You could just die while the other people kill you because the world is a battle for resources. You don't make money, you [music] take money. Every dollar that you want, somebody else wants and they will go out there and work harder than you by just 1% or 2% trying [music] to take that same dollar and they will get it and you will not. So I actually this year I'm not going to respond to any questions about motivation. When people ask me, "Hey, I'm not motivated. Hey, it's hard. Hey, how do I stay inspired?" I'm going to reply, "Don't. It's fine. Don't. I don't care. And nobody else on my team cares. And nobody else who wants to win cares. [music] You can just be erased to the pages of history that never get written about all the losers who [music] lost the battle. Have you given up yet? You were all excited and motivated and you promised you're going to be dedicated and do all these amazing things, but New Year's is over now and all the hype is over and you've told everyone your resolutions and no one cares anymore. You're still kind of doing them. You're still going to the gym [music] because you said you would. But are you really training or are you slowly fizzling out? By like the 15th, [music] 16th, you would have quit by then, wouldn't you? Because you were excited, but you're not excited anymore. And you can only do things that are hard when you're excited about them, which is why your life sucks. [music] You need to do things that are hard because they must be done. That is the difference between dedication and motivation. So I ask you, be honest. Have you lost some of your gumption? If you lost some of your excitement towards those goals, towards those dreams you were trying to achieve. If you've lost 1% motivation towards the things you promised you would achieve in 2026, then you are guaranteed to quit this year. [music] That's the best thing about being dedicated. You don't need motivation. As your moods change, as the weather changes up and down, nothing [music] changes because things must be done and they get done. So ask yourself if you are motivated or dedicated. If you're motivated, you don't stand a chance. If you're dedicated, you're going to get it done irregardless of how terrible you feel. I'm never motivated, but I am dedicated. I hate [music] training, but I don't miss it. Get up. Fail time and time again. You need to keep failing. When I was learning how to box, I got knocked out. I failed. When I was learning how to make this business and make money, my old business failed. I lost everything and had to start all over again. The reason they talk about failure is because failure is the only way you learn a lesson. This word failure basically means lesson. Because if you didn't fail, what did you learn? If you went to the boxing gym and you didn't get knocked out, you didn't learn to keep your hands up. If you started a business and you didn't fail, if you didn't lose all of your money, you didn't learn how important cash flow was. Failure is the lesson. So when anyone says, "Oh yeah, I failed." What they're saying is they learn. It's the only way to learn. And if you're in a situation where you should get knocked out and you don't get knocked out, then you're not going to learn your lesson and you're going to keep doing it. If you don't fail, you'll never learn. If you're sparring against somebody who's not good enough to hit you when your hands are down, you're never going to put them up. And if you have a business and you keep making a mistake and you're getting away with it, you're not going to realize it's a mistake until one day it all goes wrong. Failing is learning. You're going to be 17 years old and everybody who ever treated you badly is going to be glad they did because they're going to think of you as a [ __ ] [music] scumbag. They're going to think, "I'm glad I don't talk to him anymore. I'm glad I left that guy. I'm glad I never believed in him." And they're going to be right. And you don't have motivation to go try. So they feel some regret. You want to just be the laughing stalk of everybody who's ever interacted with you ever. And you lack motivation somehow. You don't have a six-pack, big arms, bunch of money, a Lambo. You have none of those things. And all the people who ever said you were a [ __ ] loser were right.
