ALWAYS THE HARD WAY | Baby Steps - Part 3

Hello everybody. My name is Markiplier and welcome back to Baby Steps. I'm going to skip ahead a little bit because I got to get out of this pit. Oh god, do I have to go a long way around? Oh no. Either I go this way and I kind of go straight up the mountain or I kind of try to circumvent. There's a Oh, I want to go to that. It's a big old diving board over there. Of course, I want to go there. Oh boy. Should I go up this? No. Man, I was worried about the mud so much before, but really it's not that bad. It's like, yeah, if you start sliding, you will keep sliding for a very long time, but other than that, it's really not too terrible, huh? I could keep going up that. Oh, yeah. I see you. I don't know if like I'm super accomplished at this game or I'm just like really incredible at it, but it feels like I am. It feels like I'm doing really good and everyone's very impressed with me. And it might be the frog hat. Who knows? I'm going to attribute it to the lucky frog hat. I think that's a great way to look at life. It's only the things that we can wear on our body that actually give us ANY KIND OF NO, we're fine. Unfuck that. Oh crap. Unfuck. Well, don't don't do that. All right. Where was this? Some kind of a bell tower up there with the the the alert tower of Minister or whatever it is. I don't know. My Lord of the Rings. You know, the one they lit on fire, the signal of Gondor or whatever it was. I'm kind of just going away from it now. Oh, there's stairs over here. Okay, this has got to mean something. I don't know why. Even if I was like, "Oh, the game play is kind of rewarding and, you know, it's an experience where you're just kind of, you know, going upwards." I don't know. I actually find the mechanics of movement satisfying and fun, which is very strange for me to say. Trying to make my way to that tree. I think I'm way above where the tree was, though. Oops. You know, this would be a lot better. I'd be more willing to go into this if there wasn't this thing where the foot just didn't grab the thing. Sometimes, even though it's on it, it'll do that and it'll slide off. And I don't know why. Why would it do that? This would actually be achievable if it was able to in any way be reliable, but it's not. It's not reliable. Why is it not reliable? I don't actually know. Forget it. This is going to melt and I'm going to I mean, it's basically done. I wanted to like maybe practice it and be be able to see like, okay, this will just take some effort, but no, this is actually impossible. There's no way. Yeah, there's no way. All right. Well, I'm going to preemptively go down to this guy again because obviously I'm about to lose this ice cream because it's going to melt and there's nothing I can do about Okay.
