[music] We will definitely take it for a drive and I will show you the driving characteristics. Furthermore, it has a night two package, Formula 1 technology aerodynamic optimized rims. [music] Hello guys. Welcome to Mercedes Benz King. In front of me, we have the Mercedes AMG GT 63 4-door coupe e performance. And this is the AMG's world's most powerful and aggressive sports car. It has 843 horsepower and more than 1400 Newton meters of torque. And in this video, I will show you why this hybrid, as you can see from the rear charging point, has amazing features and characteristics.
And to show you all this, we will definitely take it for a drive and I will show you the driving characteristics. We will also try the electric range because in total it can drive fully electric 12 kilometers. And this is actually Formula 1 technology. So, let's first check out the exterior. And as you unlock the GT 63, you can already see the illumination of the AMG logo on the ground. On the side, it says V8 biturbo e performance and I really love the silhouette and the shape of the GT, especially here in the rear. In this way, you can see it is a very long vehicle, definitely more than 5 meters.
And yes, the e performance GT has new aerodynamic optimized rims with the round shape circles and these are actually 21 inch. It has a beautiful design with relief, so deepness effect in matte. And I really love the color of these ceramic brakes. It also looks yellowish when you have the light spot on. So, now let's turn to the rear where you can really see the aggressiveness because it has the all new spoiler which is fixed and you can only manually remove it. But why would you because this is fully glossy carbon fiber. Furthermore, it has a night two package.
So, the logos are in darkened chrome, the AMG Mercedes star and the GT 63S on the other side in a red tint. So, on the right side, you can actually see it has an extra gap and this is for the charging point with fast charging. Furthermore, amazing quad flow style exhaust pipes. So, let's move over into the other side and we'll check out the interior. So, let's start here with the rear. Soft closing doors, of course. And here you can see that I'm sitting very comfortable in the interior, in the rear seats. I have enough of leg space.
Head space is also very decent given that it has a dual panoramic roof. Amazing. Just look at the quality, fully nappa leather. And in the interior, it has this matte carbon fiber, which I also have in my GLE. But amazing to see it now in the production of Mercedes AMG. Also matte carbon fiber here at the door side with seat heating as an option and a beautiful Burmester surround sound system. And I really love the backside of these AMG sport cup seats. This is by the way part of the executive line. So, it has this center console that extends from the front all the way to the rear.
Here you have some extra storage space just like the one in the front. And if you press the button over here, it says AMG and you can actually control the full interior. Cup holders which you can heat or cool. Amazing. Just check out the patterns with an Affalterbach AMG emblem. Amazing. So, now it is time to take the GT 63S for a drive. And before we do that, we definitely want to see what is under the bonnet. So, I will just open the door. The beautiful jungle green ambient lighting and I will pull the release.
Soft closing doors, of course. So, I will pull another release over here for security. And there you can see an amazing V8 biturbo which now produces over 843 horsepower and 1400 Newton meters of torque. And this all in combination with the Formula 1 technology, so the hybrid electric motor in the back. 0 to 100 kilometers an hour, definitely below 3.2 seconds. So, now let's take it for a drive. We will start fully electric and then [music] change it to sport plus. So, let's buckle up and there you have a beautiful invitation screen. And as I mentioned, we will start with fully electric.
But before I start the engine, let's start it in the emotion start sport plus by holding the downshift and pressing the button. Amazing crackles at start. Okay, let's switch to fully electric first and we will take off. And there it says the electric program is not available because the battery is simply not filled. And you can fill the battery by driving actually in a more aggressive way. But I will show you that during this video. So, let's get out our parking garage. And we are ready to drive. I will hit the home button to change the style and display because I want to have it in classic so that we can see the full Cuz now on the left side, you have the speed, on the right side, the RPM.
And on the right bottom side, you see the battery, how much it is filled. So, I will now switch it to electric. I will show you the characteristics because you can drive up to 12 kilometers in full electric mode. And and to fill up the battery, you can either charge it or drive in sport plus mode. Because in high RPM, the battery actually charges. There you can hear the pops and bangs. But because we are in the city, we will try the comfort mode and I'm changing the driving characteristics here with the dynamic select switch.
You can also change it here in the center console with this V-shaped style. So, you can push it up or down. There is also an exhaust sound button which used to be the exhaust sound, but now it is more like a performance sound as it says right there. This is combined with the electric motor. In comfort mode, what is all different is that it now also drives fully electric. But if you give a little bit more gas, it will switch to the combustion engine which is a V8 biturbo. Watch me for the cyclist. Let's take a left turn.
We are past the GLC 63. So, let's go to the highway, the Swiss Autobahn. And we will talk a little bit about the interior because it has a special edition package as it says right here, AMG special edition. And this includes complete matte carbon fiber. I already mentioned it, we also have it on our GLE Mercedes Benz King edition. And it is nice to see it in these production vehicles of AMG. It is very soft material and not that shiny in light. So, now we are entering the Autobahn. I already have it on sport plus, but now let's switch it to race mode because we really want to feel the full 843 horsepower.
So, let's go on a straighter line. There's a lot of traffic ahead. And this is perfect now for the electric And as you can see, the electric battery has been charged to more than a half. And now it says we can drive 3 km fully electric. And I really love the ambient lighting in green and jungle. It really matches the exterior color. Hey Mercedes. How can I help? Change the ambient lighting to blue. Okay, I'm changing the color. Nice. By the way, it also has beautiful yellow seat belts. So guys, I hope you like the video with the GT 63 S 4-Door E Performance.
And I hope to see you guys next time. Bye-bye.
