The creator explains they are recording a quick demo focused on creating a pillar pages feature and using Codeex with the Superpower plugin.

Using Codeex with the Superpowers plugin to push Claude Code to a two-hour run, Harbor integration, and real-time product-building insights.

Summary

Income stream surfers’ host tests Claude Code against a free Codeex setup, boosted by the Superpowers plugin. The creator walks through how the plugin prompts for detailed scoping questions, turning Claude Code into a high-detail assistant rather than a basic generator. He highlights that the combination of Codeex, Claude Code, and the Superpowers plugin produces a depth of scaffolding—things like feature discovery, product management questions, and UI/workflow considerations—that he hasn’t seen elsewhere. Across the session, he notes the run time, the ability to log into different free accounts without breaking the workflow, and the project’s ongoing risk and mitigation in terms of uptime and reliability. Harbor SEO AI is featured both as a sponsor and as a live-testing target, illustrating how pillar content and topical authority might be generated. By the end, he reports a roughly two-and-a-half-hour run producing a near-complete codebase and topical authority clusters, with caveats about visual polish and integration consistency. He concludes that, for now, Codeex plus the Superpowers plugin represents a strong alternative when Claude Code is down, and teases finishing the project in subsequent videos. The overarching theme is practical, hands-on AI-assisted coding with attention to process, prompts, and product outcomes rather than a mere demonstration of a single model.

Key Takeaways

  • Codeex combined with the Superpowers plugin can solicit highly detailed, product-management level questions that guide the build (e.g., 'Where should this live?').
  • Two-and-a-half hours of uninterrupted Run Time were achieved, which the creator calls among the longest for AI coding sessions.
  • Harbor SEO AI is used as a live testing ground for pillar pages and topical authority features, showing practical content-generation workflows.
  • Even when Claude Code is down, the creator finds Claude Code alternatives preferable to many options, thanks to the plugin-enhanced prompts and workflow.
  • The end result includes an authority cluster and a near-complete system, though some UI/UX and branding consistency still need polish.
  • Log-in/session sharding across free accounts helps sustain longer runs without losing context or progress.
  • The reviewer notes that the back-end quality can rival Claude Code, particularly when augmented with the Superpowers plugin, though visual parity with Harbor may require adjustments.

Who Is This For?

Essential viewing for AI developers and SaaS founders who want to see a practical, hands-on workflow for long-running AI coding sessions, especially when Claude Code is inaccessible. It’s also valuable for teams exploring alternatives to Claude Code and evaluating plugins that enhance code-generation prompts.

Hey guys, welcome to this very quick recording. I don't know if this is going to be a full video or what, but I I need people to see this. I've been running now Codeex CLI with GT 5.4 high for 40 minutes straight now. Everyone is obsessed with this number here. I'm only on task three of eight tasks, right? And the really cool thing about this is it asked me so many questions to get started. Honestly, this is some of the most impressive spec AI coding/ aentic coding I've ever seen and I think people would be very very interested in this. Now, first of all, just so everyone knows, this is using the super power plugin. Look at this conversation. This is absolutely insane. Honestly, this is using the superpower plugin, which I'll leave a link to in the description. I gave it quite a simple prompt, right? So, I just said basically, I want to make a new feature. So I want to make a new feature about pillar pages that I was done by earlier and it said I'm resuming the foundation pages feature discussion. First step is to recheck the current pillar discovery blah blah blah. Okay, do it. So it does activate brainstorming. This is actually from the superpower plugin. So this is from the superpower plugin, right? And the cool thing is it asks all of these qualifying questions that if you just run claude code without this plugin, it will never ask you these questions and it'll just build what it thinks you want. But look at the detail that it came out with here, right? It asked me all of these different questions. So, next question, where should this live? Product management question. And then I like, you know, it gave me some names. And I I said I like authority, but it doesn't really fit with my sidebar options. So, this is just more product management, product management. And then more um code questions like how should this actually work? You know, what are the limits of this? How should the scans actually work, etc. This is absurd, guys. You don't get this level of quality from any other coding tool that I've seen. Remember, this is Codeex mixed with the Superpowers plugin, and it only just started coding like here, and it's still running. This is complete madness, right? Previously, I think the longest I've ever seen a system run for is an hour. Now, I know that Replet can run for 3 hours. Claude Code, Opus 4.6, 6 the day it was released ran for an hour straight. This is pretty mad. This is a free codeex account as well. Remember, so this is completely free to use as of today. And if I run out of context or if I run out of usage, I can log out and log into another free account and it will continue. Right? It's checking all of the work itself. It's all on work trees, so it shouldn't affect my main code. And honestly guys, this is seems like it might be the way forward. Now, this reminds me a lot of context engineering. Uh I haven't really I never really was into context engineering to be honest with you, but like if you can get a system that will code for one to five hours for you that that's absolutely crazy. Now, by the end of this guys, I'm going to see if this actually worked and whether you know it actually created the system. But it looks like everything it's doing is correct so far. I've been reading most of what it's doing, right? And it seems to be pushing stuff and then coming back and then pushing stuff and coming back and checking it, etc., etc. Now, for some reason, that just reset to 14 seconds, even though it was on 40 minutes. So, we'll see what the end result is here. We'll see how long this actually runs for, but I just thought I'd start recording because this just seems super interesting. Now, I'm using GBC 5.4 High, as you can see here, and this is inside Harbor. Now, just a quick mention about Harbor, guys, and a quick word from our sponsor, me. This is harbor seo.ai, which is a project that I've been working on for a pretty long time now, and that I'm trying to make even better. You can see here that you can lock in founder pricing at the top here, beta founding offer. This will be available for a little bit longer, guys. It says March the 23rd. I just realized that needs changing, but it's available for a little bit longer, guys. go and lock in the founder pricing now because you get more articles per month than future users. We've just improved the writer so that the writing quality is even better. And now we have a new feature called spy. And I'm currently working on a new feature called foundations which will help you build pillar content and pillar pages that will help you rank on Google for your primary keywords. Go and check out Harbor in the description and in the pin comment. Let's go back to the video. Okay guys, so this is kind of what it came out with. I have to say this is phenomenally well built. It ran for about two and a half hours in total, which is probably one of the most complete runs of anything I've ever seen. It's definitely like 90% there. Like it's missing a few things, a few UI UX issues, but it's pretty much given us this authority score right here. So I can open cluster. This is the topical authority cluster. So mastering near polit kit on suits and blazers kit on luxury blazers and suits and we can just see that yeah I mean this entire thing has basically been built which I was not expecting. Now it does look very GPT generated I have to say like it doesn't look like the rest of Harbor. If I click on write or dashboard or whatever and then I go back on foundations you can kind of instantly see that this is being built by GBT and not by Claude. But honestly, the actual quality of the backend code here, I would say, is on par with, if not better than Claude Code. And it's mainly because of the Superpowers plug-in and all of the questions that it asked me beforehand. So, obviously, we could do this with Claw Code as well. I'm not saying, you know, you got to go and use this over Clawed Code. But what I will say is that this is a genuinely good option to use over Clawed Code when Claude is having issues, right? So apparently there's been massive issues today. Yeah, it's still down. This is actually why I started using codeex today because yeah, it's just been down pretty much the entire day. It's basically unusable. Um, this is probably going to mean that they've massively nerfed the model. They can't burn all that cash anymore that they were burning. So, I had to basically jump on over to Harbor, sorry, to GBT to Codeex to see if I could get something going, right? Cuz I don't want to just sit idle the entire night. Like, I wanted to actually be coding something. So, I switched on over to Codeex and honestly, the end result, I'm very, very happy with her. I genuinely don't think that Claude Code could have done a better job. maybe with the superpowers plugin, but out of the box definitely not, right? 100% not. I've done so many of these kind of tests with uh with this, right? With all models, all things. This is like next level, honestly. This is next level. But yeah, now I'm just kind of going through trying to get it live, trying to just get everything fixed. Um I would like to do a design pass because I don't think it looks correct designwise. But basically the reason I build this is so that people who don't have any content on their website can kind of understand what they should be building for their business. So like I said guys, you can still get the founder pricing. So definitely go and check out Harbor in the description and in the pin comment. This feature will likely be live by the time I release this video. Let's see if that fixed. So I still can't generate content here, but that's okay. So this is the main page anchor, right? So I put like https. Where is this? Mr. Portolmore. Yeah, Mr. Portol.com/colctions/kiton. Right. And then you attach that main URL. That becomes the main URL. That is the URL that we're trying to boost up. Right? That doesn't look like it's working. One thing, guys, is just the quality of these models is just getting absurd now. Like I used these models back when claude code first came out and I tried to build the backlink uh the bait fil uh feature that you can see here. Okay. And there it is. So now you can just click build page write article and you can start building topic authority to the page that you put here. Let's see if this works now. How is it? Mr. Kiton. Okay, we get an issue. That's fine. But yeah, overall guys, honestly, it it's it's pretty mad. Okay, beautiful. That looked like it actually worked and it attached the There we go. Perfect. So, this is pretty much what I'm envisioning, guys, or what my product manager envisioned envisioned, I should say. So, now you can see the score is going up because we're doing various things to kind of get the score to go up. And overall, this is an absolutely fantastic build by Codeex. It might not be the final product. I'm not sure yet. I'm not sure what I'm going to do with it. But I mean, this is such a good start for me to just come tomorrow and finish this off maybe with Claude Code. Um, I'm not sure yet. I think, yeah, it just doesn't quite look like the rest of Harbor and I need to make sure all the prompts and things are good, but like overall this just seems phenomenal, I have to say. So, yeah guys, I think I'll finish the video there. Thank you so much for watching. If you are watching the way to the end of the video, you're not legend. Go and check out harbor seo.ai I and I'll see you very soon with some more content.
