Day 1: Vibe Coding To Save A Million Dollar Business (Shopify, SEO)
Chapters9
Host announces the live stream and sets the goal to migrate a Magento site to Shopify using AI tools.
A hands-on, high-energy Day 1 where I reimagine a Magento store as a Shopify, AI-ready powerhouse, showing real-time setup, SEO groundwork, and bold plans to automate product metadata and collections.
Summary
Income stream surfers' host walks you through a live, no-holds-barred rebuild of a failing Italian fashion site from Magento to Shopify. The mission is to save a million-dollar business by leveraging Shopify’s AI toolkit, and Klaude-coded automation to create metadata, collections, and filters at scale. The streamer emphasizes practical constraints: keeping Google-powerful pages intact, migrating slowly but surely, and ensuring a robust SEO foundation before chasing front-end polish. He explains why Shopify’s AI toolkit and agent capabilities matter now—not just as gimmicks, but as systems to accelerate product discovery and ranking. Throughout, he tests how meta fields, breadcrumbs, and filters can be generated or automated, using Gemini-powered prompts and Claude-based workflows. The vibe is unapologetically hands-on: from cloning environments and setting dev stores to live-editing themes and pushing changes to Shopify admin, while juggling Runescape interruptions and thumbnail worries. By the end of Day 1, the core architecture is in place: meta fields for products, brand definitions, Auto-generated collections, and a path toward an agentic shopper experience that could scale to 10,000 clicks per day. If you’re curious how e-commerce SEO and AI tooling collide in a real-world rescue project, this stream is your playground.
Key Takeaways
- Shopify AI toolkit (dev kit) is a practical, live tool for creating collections and metadata driven by AI prompts, not just an idea.
- Meta fields and Gemini-powered prompts can automate brand pages, vendors, and editorial descriptions, streamlining large inventories.
- Breadcrumbs, filters, and on-page schema (JSON-LD) are actively implemented to boost SEO and future AI-readiness of product pages.
- Daily live coding with Claude/Claude Code demonstrates how to scaffold an agentic shopping experience—focusing on how products appear and are discovered, not just how they look.
- The project prioritizes SEO groundwork (indexing, site structure, and page signals) before aggressive frontend polish or product expansion.
- There is a conscious warning against blindly trusting AI for security and architecture; the host stresses careful, tested deployment and ongoing human oversight.
- The workflow shows a clear path from a Magento site to Shopify with automated data enrichment, reducing risk while expanding capability.

Okay guys, I should be live streaming. I'm going to assume that I'm live streaming and I'm going to talk and then if I'm not uh then I'll come back to this. Let me just double check that out after. Okay, so I am live. Nice. How's it all going, guys? It's been a while. Yes, I shaved my head just so everyone knows. Um don't ask. I just it just got too long one day and I just decided to shave it all off. Shave it all off myself. Uh that's why I haven't been on video because it looked absolutely ridiculous.
Now, what is this live stream going to be? I'm going to be basically showing you guys just how powerful Shopify is in the age of AI. We're going to basically be making a website, but it's it's the the website already exists. It's some of you may or may not remember this website from uh from a long time ago on my channel. Um, how's it going everyone? And basically the idea is to save this business because the this business has a fundamental problem. Uh it's on a bad system. It's on Magento which is open source. It's just not working anymore.
And the owner has asked me to basically move it over to Shopify. And I'm going to show you guys that entire process and we're going to track the entire process of this. I'm going to put my heart and soul into this guys and we're going to see if we can actually save this business because it's it's not doing very well at the moment. And uh yeah, the Ono wants it to be doing much better. Let me know if in the chat you can hear me and everything. Um how's it how's it going, guys? It's been a while since I've streamed.
So, let's just have a little look at kind of the issues with this website if we can. So, let's just go here. Let's go to HelloCraft Agency. Let's go to ISU. So, basically what's been happening recently is um yeah, the website's just been getting decimated by Google. As you can see, it's been a while since I talked about Google on the channel as well and Search Console and things like that. This is actually kind of my passion, guys. I'm not going to lie. So, um, this should be fun. Okay, so yeah, you can kind of see this website's just an absolute mess.
Like, it's got way too many pages. Like, I think we can get this number down significantly. Index 222,000. So, just think about how much of a process this is actually going to be and how careful I have to be while doing this, right? Um, because this is a website that already has a lot of power on Google. So, you know, taking this project on, it's not going to be the easiest of projects, but yeah, the idea is to basically use claude code to transfer this over to Shopify vibe coding everything. So, let's just get started with this.
So, let's just make a new folder here. I did do a little bit of this yesterday, but I'll start from scratch uh for for you guys for the sake of everyone um just because I think that's better. Uh I did get myself a little prompt um from yesterday, right, which I am going to use because basically it will uh help me out a little bit with what I'm doing. So let me just I just accidentally close that. Okay, let's get this prompt. So let's just have a little look. Basically just it's all of the things that went wrong yesterday.
Um so we can vibe code this entire thing a little bit more quickly. So, I'm just going to paste this in and say like I want to start from scratch on this project. Um, I suit V2. Let's get cooking. So, I did do all of this yesterday myself like I said before, but um in this case, yeah, I just um What is this? Remote controllers active include CLI. Okay, interesting. Let me know if and if if you're in the chat, guys, if you can hear me and stuff, that'd be kind of useful for me. I'm not really a big fan of the thumbnail of this live stream, but I didn't really know what else to do.
I'm so bad with thumbnails, honestly. I might just send it to my thumbnail maker, actually, and just get it to try and make a better one. I do have a thumbnail maker here. So, I'll show you guys that system quickly. So CT YouTube master cla dash dangerously skip permissions. Oops. Dangerously. So, this is something I've been wanting to talk about for a while is like SEO and stuff again. Can you make this thumbnail amazing instead of [ __ ] Thanks. Should have done this before the stream, but yeah, it is what it is. Okay, so let's see.
Um, wait. How is this? What is this? Oh, right. Okay. Sorry. That's the other conversation I just started. Say two things to memory. Stream equals follow along mode and the ICU project context. Okay. Locked in. Okay. I'm at step zero. Let's get it started. Give me all the commands, etc. So, you can open up terminal. This is the Claude app, guys. I love the Claude app. I've been living in this thing recently. It's probably the best way to do any kind of coding to be honest with you. So definitely go and check out the Claude app if you're struggling with claw code for example in the terminal.
Is Grove still a thing or you focusing on harbor now? Grove is still a thing but it's um it it needs some updates for sure. I did rebuild it but it needs um it needs some love for sure. Grove is still a thing though. Yeah, we still have like five paying customers. Okay, environment is good. Let's do this. Directory IU already exists. Okay, I suit directory. Oh, wait. I can just change it here. I v2. Okay. Okay, so this clones this to our system. Let's get clawed selected here. Okay, that's the theme done. Continue. Oh, I need to give it the Shopify theme.
So, we'll go to dev.shopify.com. One of the problems with Grove is that um Shopify kind of killed it a little bit with um Shopify AI. I think it's called the dev kit. Yeah, the toolkit. This thing here. This thing basically just killed Grove. Uh you can basically do everything that Grove was doing um with Claude Code yourself, which is probably frankly a better way to do it. Um because you know your business better than AI knows your business, if that makes sense. So yeah, they kind of killed it a little bit. That was kind of kind of annoying, but yeah, it is what it is.
It happens. Okay, so dev store. Just need to log in here. There we go. Okay, this is the dev store. And then while that's doing that, let's just do apps here applications app. Everything is in Italian. Apologies for that. Um, yeah, they kind of killed it. Kagila source. They kind of killed it. Um, yeah, it's just a better way to do it because obviously you know your business. I don't know your business. AI doesn't know your business, but you know what you want to rank for, what you've got a lot of stock of, what you, you know, what you're trying to sell, what you're trying to focus on, what you're trying to do.
So, yeah, the Shopify AI dev kit is or AI toolkit is super powerful. I've been I'll I'll use it in this video most likely as well. Um, okay. So, we need to give this scopes. I think product scopes and meta scopes. I will be using that in this series at some point to do all the collections like instead of using um Grove. What we doing today? So I am rescuing eyesuit. A lot of you may remember this website. It was actually the company I worked for in Italy originally and how I got my start on YouTube was basically growing this website and another website uh from scratch.
Oh, not from scratch. ISU wasn't from scratch. TM was from scratch which is the one that I made. Uh but basically the owner of IU has come to me and said look my I I need you to save my website. Basically we're not selling enough. And the reason we think is um the website's just slow as [ __ ] Like like I just clicked those shoes twice. You see what I mean? Like people do not have time for this. It's even worse on mobile. Um it's just a mess. It's made on Magento. Um, it's not ready for the AI era at all.
ChatgBT, Plexity, all that stuff. So, what I'm going to do is I'm going to rebuild this entire website on the brand new Shopify Agentic system with some pretty interesting things that I think people are going to really, really enjoy to see. So, that's the plan for today's stream. Um, and yeah, buckle up. Okay, so yeah, like I said, um, they have also released the Shopify AI toolkit, which I highly recommend people go and check out. It's super super nice. You can basically like have a chat with um with your AI system, with your Shopify store, and you can say like, you know, like what I did was I connected search console for a store and I looked through all of the stuff they're ranking for or that they're almost ranking for and then told it to make those collections, right?
Told it to make collections based off um and that worked really, really well. It worked really well. So like yeah, Grove was amazing and stuff when Shopy AI toolkit didn't exist basically. Um uh so what is this? I need the password. So password. You can follow along with this guys. This is basically everything that you need to know and to do uh for this entire process. Okay. So let's put the password here. Million-Dollar AI idea agent that scans your website stock reviews and testimonials and rapidly rewards a lightweight twin for your store with SEO type six implemented.
Yeah, that is actually something we're offering like you can see just here on the uh on the stream I have this rescue your own site basically we're offering that. Yeah. Um also Harbor Build is coming soon which also will offer that. One sec guys I need I need a new slayer task. Don't ask. If you don't know Runescape, very hard to explain what I'm doing right now. I'm not doing cures. [ __ ] that. I should not have been doing this on stream. Actually, I'll probably go fish or something instead. Worms. Pretty easy. Yeah, I'll go fish cuz it's just easier.
So, hang on, guys. I need to set this up. I can't be XP wasting if you don't play Runescape. Very hard to explain. Uh, do cloak. Come on. Kam that and that. Drram that. Put that on. Bank that. Teleport. Almost done, guys. Sorry. [ __ ] I want to fire. Yeah. So, that is kind of what we're thinking as well. Uh, ambed. We're We're going to start building that for people. So, look, we have our theme here. Um, we have a local theme. So, this is super interesting, guys. I didn't really know much about this until yesterday.
Oh, [ __ ] Uh, just went off that. I need that. Yeah, I just discovered all of this yesterday. Basically, let me just uh release this. Um, so yeah, you can have like a local theme that you can work on, but it's not just that. You can do so much more with it because what I'm doing now is I'm connecting to my store, right? Actually, I just realized we don't even need we don't even need the app here. We can just use the Shopify AI toolkit, I reckon. I'm just going to install this. Uh, does this just install like that?
No. Um, install with agent skills. Okay. I just wonder if this can do all the thing because I don't want to mess around with all this crap. Like I just want to I want all of them. So yeah, I would definitely recommend adding these skills. And this is also the Shopify AI toolkit, which is super useful. I don't know what's going on here. Sure. These store clones going on ATM are insane. The red ocean capability to copy and steal market share is mental thoughts. Yeah. No, for sure. I'm not doing that. I'm not black hat or gray hat.
Probably black hat. I'm doing I'm doing this in a legitimate business manner. But you're definitely right that that's, you know, yeah, it's crazy what people can do now. You can easily just copy a store, you can drop ship their products, for example. I don't know. It's gray hat, I guess. But if you're doing it in a black hat way, then, you know, personally, I don't deal with black hat um ever. I had I had an experience when I was very very young, when I was like 12, of doing some pretty black hat things that we're not going to get into.
Um, that had something to do with Runescape. Uh but um yeah, I learned my lesson. Um I actually had a really crazy experience with that. So uh let's see if that connected then. So did I manage to install the Shopify uh plugin properly? Like do you have access to So yeah, I'm not sure how this works outside the terminal. It works really, really well inside the terminal. Uh, what's it called? Crer. Sorry guys, I can't XP waste. Shout out to the no [ __ ] boys. Yeah, I don't know anything about that. But yeah, but I just installed this.
Wait. Oh, maybe I need to do skill. What's it called? Uh Shopify runs a validated ad against the specific store using I added this plugin and skill though, so it should work. I I'm I'm kind of worried about using MCPS. I'd rather not use MCPS. This MCP is what I used to build Grove. It is really really good, but Oh, no shipping, right? Yeah. Okay. I see. I see. Interesting. We'll be drop shipping soon um as well. That's the next thing I'm going to build. Uh we'll be we're basically we're potentially anyway going to have a deal with uh a company where we can sell their goods basically and take a percent.
skill access. My god, the terminal in there is super annoying. It's not the same as the Mac one. I don't know why. Okay, perfect. That's what we needed. Beautiful. And then that opens that up. And then hopefully I don't need to call anyone. Okay, beautiful. Install. This is the Shopify AI toolkit, guys. I've just installed it now. How do you go about getting a drop ship deal with a company? It's it's an old it's an old contact, right? um either you've worked for someone that sells something, right, and you have that good relationship because you've shown that you're, you know, whatever, capable, smart, whatever.
Or you can kind of approach local companies and be like, look, I think you could sell nationally or you could say like, you know, I think you can sell internationally in some cases if they're a national company. just show that you know obviously that's selling and it's frustrating and it's annoying and you have to do a lot of calls and stuff but you know I think a lot of people will also just have a random contact um that sells something that they believe in that they've worked for in the past right and you can contact them and just be like look I want to work I want to I want to help you sell online more because I can see that you're like struggling or or whatever and you know I have this new system I can use AI uh what is this yeah that worked should now be connected.
Okay, so now look, I'm going to connect on the side on the right. Oh, wait. I don't know if you can see. That's a really bad place to have me actually myself there. Is that better? Yeah, probably. Dev server. Okay. So, I need to get the dev No, no, I need to get the dev server running. It's this one. AliExpress. No, it's not going to be AliExpress. I think with AliExpress, drop shipping is a bit risky cuz nobody wants to wait 30 days. So, with AliExpress, unless I don't know, I don't know enough about it, unless there's some kind of quick ship or whatever.
Um, I would say with AliExpress you have to do um warehousing or something, right? I have a friend actually. I don't think he'll mind me talking about his his thing. I have a friend who uh Light Bike these guys here. They're doing really really well just with ads, right? And they just have I told him to remove this, man. What is this, bro? Oh my god. He kept the [ __ ] MP4. It's still loading. I told him to remove this. Just use Oh my god, dude. Anyway, um yeah, these guys do really well, but they they don't do drop shipping.
They work with a company and they perfect whatever it is they're trying to perfect. Like, you know, they get samples, they keep getting more and more samples until it's perfect and then finally they make an order of, you know, 50, 99, 199, whatever. And then they sell them, right? Maybe because of the people will understand. I don't know what you mean, Jesse. Sorry. Uh, okay. So, look, I should be on the left here in the middle, we have the CLI capabilities and on the right, we have the theme running, right? So, watch this. Um, create me a list of meta.
Create me a meta uh what is it? Meta is it object? No, not object. I've forgotten the word. One second, guys. Um, metap field. That's it. Create me a metap field system. Um, using Gemini. 7 to 10 days usually from Ali. Yeah, the problem is is 7 to 10 days is too much for some people. So, what Light Bike do, again, just to go back to Light Bike for a second, is they're a British company who sell in Britain. Um, and they just do fast shipping, right? They just do the standard shipping that you would expect in that country.
So like depending on what country you're in, you order them, you warehouse them, you know, the warehouse can be your [ __ ] house, right? It doesn't have to be an actual warehouse. And then you sell them, right? And you do one day shipping or whatever. Most people don't want to wait 7 to 10 days in 2026. 99% of the time they would rather just go to Amazon, right? And just get like next day shipping. I know I would personally. So um create me a meta field system using Gemini. So normally you'd have to give API. So um yeah basically what I do is if I'm adding Gemini and I use Gemini for a lot which might sound weird but it's Gemini 3 flash is one of the best cheap models right?
So let me just go here. Uh wait I should probably just quickly show my beautiful face instead. Hang on. That's scene. Scene two. Hello. Hello. Okay. I don't know. I can't Whatever. I I was going to block it, but uh which one is it? Is this one? Hey, I'm Motorcycle Performance Store. Previous name. I'm watching all your videos from start. Hell yeah, dude. Welcome back to the uh the SEO stuff. It's been a while. It's been a while, guys. It's been a [ __ ] hot minute, I have to say. So, yeah. Basically, what you do is on the top right here, there's um Gemini 3 flash preview.
So, what you select whichever model you want to use, I'd highly recommend Gemini 3 flash preview, not Flashlight for this kind of stuff because flashlight's just [ __ ] Press get code and then uh you can just copy this, right? And then you put this into uh clawed code. It should already have my API key um from before or just in in my environment with Harbor and are there any security risks connecting your WordPress site? So, I worked for an extremely long time with Claude to ensure that there weren't. But as I'm not a developer, right, I don't really claim to be a developer.
I never have. I cannot absolutely guarantee that there would be no security problems. But the way that Claude explained it to me is that like there's a there's no way for it to enter because it needs to sign the secret both from Harbor and also from the plug-in. Most plugins that have security issues don't have like an API key inside the plugin that has to match the one inside Harbor to to do anything, right? So yeah, I again I can't guarantee you. So I use Codex app. What do you think about that? I think Codex is really good as well.
Yeah, 5.5 CEX is extremely good. Okay, so create me a meta field system using Gemini um and also the CLI to add all the meta fields. Okay, so watch this. This is previously something that would take 20, 40, an hour, 2 hours just adding all these meta fields. But I think if I'm not mistaken, we should be able to just run this. I'm working on a lot of projects as well on the side as you can see. Super super exciting stuff there. How important is GEO really? Well, how many times have you man have you ended up on a website um from Chad GBT recently or from Google?
The top of Google, right? I think you know it happens a lot more nowadays I would say. I don't think it's zero click yet. I think a lot of people freak out about this zero click thing, but I mean, I've definitely seen a drop in blog content, like just kind of certain blog content that we did a long time ago has definitely gone down. Um, but yeah, I don't know. Harbor content seems to be ranking extremely well, though. Okay. So yeah, what this is doing is it's basically creating a system for meta field generation. So this is important and very very interesting as well because basically Shopify has added um a lot of agent stuff, right?
I I can't show you at the moment cuz this is a new store, but um they're going fully agentic, right? So I'm preparing this website for that fact. Now it happens a lot more. But do people buy directly? We don't know. Yeah, we we don't know. But the the best thing about that is Shopify works with Google and also with chat GBT to automate like the buying of products, right? So if I go to meta fields here, this is the really interesting thing. I haven't done anything in the admin. Remember that? Uh where is it?
Yeah. Priority. Here we go. So, it just added these, right? Uh, snowboard length. Oh, these are from these are the what they called. Okay, perfect. We need a product. So, I'm just going to quickly jump onto let's go on Two Men just uh men. You guys might remember Two Men from a very, very long time ago. Uh, let's just go to a product here and let's just do this page, I guess. So exporter cors. Oh, I forgot about Runescape. No XP waste. Oh man, I love this game. I need more cram bams though for sure.
Don't ask, guys. If you don't play Runescape, just you know what? Where's Zenaris? Oh, I'm in Zenaris, obviously. Okay. Uh, that should be done. So, let us go back to VU and then go to I'm sorry that this is in Italian, guys. I don't know how confusing that is. Let's just get rid of all these back in. I don't want them. So, let's just get rid of them. Where's delete? Okay. Just annoying to have like they're just kind of stressing me out. If anything, I'm going to try and stream around the same time every day, guys.
So, just be wary of it. It might be like an hour before sometimes, but yeah, just generally I'm going to be streaming every day. Um because yeah, I I've missed it and I really do enjoy it and also it's a lot of fun and yeah, your English is really good. I'm from the UK. I was born in Yorkshire. I just uh I lived in Italy for for years and years and years. Uh oh yeah, I'm from I'm from the UK originally. So I'm from Yorkshire. I've just lost my lost me accent. I've lost me bloody accent.
So I have I do miss I really do miss the Yorkshire accent. It's one of the best accents I have to say. I love it. My family now live like in Newcastle. So yeah, most of my family. It's where my dad's from originally. My dad's from the northeast, the true northeast. Leeds. now not leads but pretty close to leads. I'm my closest uh I'm from the east coast of um literally like 5 minutes from the beach. So I'm just adding these products here just to um have like some some products to work with, right? And then I can show you maybe some Oh [ __ ] [ __ ] Runescape.
Oh, it's still going. Okay. Okay. Well, that's still going. That's fine. We can uh see what's next here. So, um let's do this. I need a new terminal. Oh, yeah. That's pretty interesting. Okay, good. And then there we go. Perfect. Do you have a Gemini key? Don't tell me what it is. Just tell me if you do. Okay, I'm just going to quickly do API key stuff, guys. Um, just make it easier if I just turn the stream off for one second. I don't know how to How do I Can I copy this? When I'm on full screen, I'm not sure if you can hear me because for some reason it's not showing the audios.
Oh, dude. Wait. Hello. I still don't know if you can hear me. Whatever. I'll just grab an API key. Okay. And then okay, that should be done. Um, okay, that should be done. Can you try generate meta fields for me? Okay, let's see if this works. So basically what this is going to do is it's going to generate all that juicy juicy metadata for for AI basically for LLMs. This is like top cutting edge stuff guys. All right. People do not show this stuff on anything. What I'm trying to do is I'm trying to make this a massive success.
So like I'm talking like 10,000 clicks a day from Chad GBT or something crazy. So, I'm uh I'm doing a very specific thing here. Do you plan run AI locally? I I would if I could. I wouldn't use it for this necessarily, but I would use it for experiments of my own. I really want to fine-tune a model on Harbor, right? I want to like specifically have a model that is designed to code with Harbor, which is my kind of my baby. Um Harbor is like what I'm putting everything into right now. Okay. So, yeah, this is what it does.
So, clean extraction on a real product, fabric, 100% linen, fit, regular, occasion, casual, smart. This gives me the opportunity to then start to scaffold all of these in a second, right? Uh, do you need brand to like how do we assign brand to the brand pages? Also, please make the rent pages. Discuss first. I like to say discuss first when I'm not sure what it's going to do or what it's done already, right? It's um it's it's pretty important, right, to discuss cuz I I don't know what it's thinking or what it knows right now, but I've spotted a gap and I I want to understand how it was planning on dealing with that gap, like how it works, right?
But basically you can see this is AI generated information here about these products that I just uploaded. Right? So what I'm doing is I'm adding um meta data but like aentic metadata to these products right to help them rank in the future. So separate from the a okay brand the vendor field every product has vendor kit on. C brands reads the distinct vendor values creates one brand per meta object per vendor and Gemini the editorial description plus SEO title SEO description for each. I got to this stage by having a long chat with Claude last night to understand how I was going to do all of this and then I got it to prompt for me.
Um but like it's it's basically I just fought with Claude to to get to this point, right? How a product gets assigned to a brand and ninth metap field custom brand. Okay. Okay. So now what I'm doing is we've put like the structure in place of having a system to generate meta field information for each product. Right? So now what I'm doing is I'm adding that I'm I'm like rendering that meta information on Shopify. And as I said that I just had an idea of also making like pages for each of these. Also I think these can be used as filters.
I'm not actually sure how these can be used, but I'm going to do some mad [ __ ] with this. Right. My idea is to eventually have some some kind of like aentic like uh chatbot. Maybe not chatbot, but like more like, you know, what are you looking to buy today? So So yeah, I'll show you my vision for this. And obviously my my old boss who I'm building this for will absolutely love this, but they So you open this. No XP waste. You open the site, right? Bang, bang, bang. It all looks the same. And then you get to here and there is a there is a like, "How can we help you today?" Or like, "What are you looking for?" And then you write like, "I'm looking for a suit or whatever." And then it says, "Okay, what kind of suit, like what material, what size, what, whatever." Or you just say, "I don't know." And then it just shows you AI generated or like AI results based off of meta fields, right?
So I'm going pretty deep with this concept. I'm trying to make this like a fully AI ready website. The reason for that is because I want people to know like what we can do and what also what you can do by just following what I'm doing as well. Okay. So, they're all kit on. That's fine. Countless thing. They're all kits on. So, yeah, I've got a lot of ideas for this. I'm going to try and make this like I'm going to try and return this website to like a powerhouse of Italian fashion. And in doing so, you know, we can maybe find more clients.
I know that this guy he knows a lot of people who would be interested in a website that you know is fully agentic and ready for the the era of agents let's say is it difficult to create an API with claude that will be integrated B2B I wouldn't say difficult it's difficult to maybe do it in a scalable cheap secure way but it would be very easy to build something right it's just whether or not it would be secure for B2B is is one concern. Okay. So step one create the brand meta object definition 10 fields plus online store renderable punish publishable capabilities URL handle brand gives the pages/brand handle URL pattern brand definition created meta object definition.
Okay, now the custom Oh, it did it already. Okay. I love how Claw just does things. Oh, wait. I told her it to discuss and then just said get on with it. Still working on programmatic SEO sites. Yep. Definitely. This is something that we're trying to get back into just because I think like I think there's a lot of opportunity for Shopify especially right now because Shopify is like AI ready. If you looked, they have like an entire, if you go on dev.shopify.com, they have this three-prong system and one of them is agents build agentic shopping experiences powered by Shopify merchants from product discovery to checkout.
So like my idea is to do some of this in this project so that a I understand it myself, b I can replicate it for other people and c people can see what you can do and what we can do, right? So, either you can copy what I do or you can work with us, right? That's how I've always done things. Um, you know, I've always shown pretty much everything. Even Harbor, if you look at Harbor 3 years ago, I made a stream where I showed everything that I was doing for Harbor. Literally everything. So, like nothing's really changed, right?
I've always kind of done this. I've always kind of shown what you can do yourself and then if you don't want to do it yourself, you can come and work with us basically. And that's the same But yeah, programmatic websites for sure. It's something that I've been wanting to it's just what I enjoy. You know what I mean? Like I love AI and coding with AI and stuff, but like my true passion, my true passion is like Shopify websites. I don't know why. I don't know what it is about Shopify, but or just selling stuff, right?
I love helping businesses sell things online. I've always been the ecom guy to be honest. So, I want to just get back into that. The only issue is every time I put SEO or anything in the title of a video, it just flops tremendously. So, yeah, I'm not really sure about that, but it is what it is. I mean, this stream is doing fine. So, probably the answer is just to stream uh this kind of stuff and then just continue with my kind of video that I've been doing recently anyway. But maybe I'll just do more SEO videos anyway because it's just what I enjoy.
It's really hard though. You get kind of locked into this like I need to get X amount of views per video otherwise I'm a failure kind of mindset. But it's not true. Like I I don't I hate to even quote Alex Horoszi cuz everybody quotes Alex Horoszi, but I was watching one of his videos and he was saying like their best kind of converting videos have 500 views whereas the the ones with 600,000 views just don't really have that good of a conversion. So it's it's it's food for thought because you get so locked in with the numbers, but the the numbers aren't what are important.
and it's like helping people and giving people, you know, free things and then if they want to work with you, they work with you kind of thing. So, yeah, I guess I kind of lost that along the way a little bit and just got obsessed with like, oh, I need 8,000 views per video or or whatever it is and at at that moment cuz it changes as well. When I'm doing well, I'm like, "Oh, now I need 15,000 per video." And I don't know, it just it kind of gets obsessive. Thank you. If I were you, how would you build architecture avoid security security breaches?
Start with a massive conversation with Claude saying you have no idea what's going on. You need to completely rely on him. You need him to do deep deep deep research into everything. And then um only when it's confident that it could build something that is completely secure should it start building or something. I don't know. But even then it's like it's like saying please don't make any mistake. Please don't make mistakes, bruh. It's kind of I don't know. It's a bit troll. Yeah. I don't know. It's um Yeah, it's like saying please don't make any mistakes to AI.
It's kind of like a meme. It's hard to know for sure that there's not going to be any mistakes at all. Oh, I put it here. Stop. Yeah, it's I don't know. You're kind of relying on AI to not not do something completely wrong. But yeah, with Harbor, I I I feel fairly confident because like I was re It's not that complicated making a WordPress plug-in, right? It's quite simple code and I was fairly confident that it knew that it wasn't just like leaving the door open to to hackers or or whatever it might be.
So, I don't know. I I I I can't guarantee anything because I'm not a dev and maybe I'll have a dev look over it, but um I'm pretty confident with Harbor that that it's not an issue. So if I open this page, we should have nice. Okay. So let me just inspect this. There should be metadata. I just actually don't know how to see the meta field. Meta name meta description. Twitter. Twitter. Yeah. So, look, this is what it becomes, right? Instead of just being a P, it's brand page description RTE. And then it has a link to kit, right?
I don't know. I just this way of building is super super interesting. Setting up a skill agent for security can name it probably is more effective than trying to have Claude act as a scene and dee do everything in one session. Yeah. Again though it's like you you are a security expert. Make no mistakes. It's it always comes for me it always comes back to like it will probably make a mistake. full stop, right? When it when it starts to get super complicated. So, like when you're doing certain types of VI coding where I mean, you're not even really checking what it's going to do before it does it and things like that.
I don't know that that's just my opinion, right? I don't think I don't know if AI will ever be able to, you know, completely smash that kind of stuff, but I I don't know. It's hard to it's hard to put into words the way I think about this, but okay. Um, that worked. Can you kill to see if the meta objects are there? Yeah, there are no guarantees even with people things. Yeah, exactly. Like there was that thing where they set mythos or mythos on and um it found a security vulnerability in curl which has been there for 15 years or whatever.
So yeah, even humans make mistakes. Exactly. Exactly. Maybe it is a case that like magically methos is the answer to all of our problems and you won't have to write not make no mistakes bro but like I don't know it that that all seems like marketing as well but I mean eventually AI will probably be at that point so whether at that point is now with methos or that point is um in the past. How did you get your first customers through your SEO tool? Obviously through YouTube and your reach but through ads or uh cold calls etc.
It a lot of it is just YouTube. I'm going to be completely [ __ ] honest with you and say, you know, I would say 98% is from YouTube. So, there's a lot of that on YouTube where it's like using the audience to get to the goal of M. I'm not going to call anyone out or anything, but like it's it's almost disingenuous in a way, which is why I don't do it, right? Like I could be sat here with like in my title n 9 I think it's n it's like 7.5 7,500 a month MR right for my vibe coded app but like it's just at the end of the day it's like that 99% of people from my audience so it's not like really a realistic way for most people but what I will say and I I I will stand by this anyone can upload to YouTube right anyone can upload YouTube shorts anyone can upload long form YouTube videos, tutorials in your niche that help you push that tool, right?
And I' I've always said that as well. What are your tips of growing YouTube channel? Hey, Fat Jay, how you doing, man? Uh, growing a YouTube channel, I'd say focus on uh Google. Uh, focus on Google and YouTube search at the start until you get like a a decent audience and then you can start to think about like, okay, I need to go viral, right? Okay, so I'm in the process of launching my SAS, but unfortunately I don't have a YouTube channel or anything like that. Just get your phone and just make videos. I'm telling you, it's anyone will tell you this, right?
The best way to get through to people is sitting and talking to them, right? Like I am with you guys now. It's the, you know, anyone can do that at any time. Just grab a camera, get a decent microphone, and just make content in your niche helping people and then subtly advertise the product as well. Okay. So, look guys, this is what I want you guys to fully understand. We've now created this page here. So, slashpages slashkiton. Uh, don't know why that got [ __ ] up. It was working before. Hang on. Oh, okay. I would highly recommend um even you could even do faceless stuff, right?
It's just video is how people communicate now 100%. VPN ads. Okay. So, yeah, what I want to show you guys what we've done so far is we've now created a system where every time we add a new product, we run a script. And I could I could automate all of this now. Like I'm at the point where like I can get, you know, a worker on Cloudflare to trigger Shopify flow which will every time a new product is uploaded see if there is a um a brand a new brand associated with it. It then generates all of the metadata, right?
Which you can't see, but this is what it sees, right? Meta description JSON LD blocks. So two Dawn's default plus our schema for the brand. This is what AI will see when it scans your page, right? Your thi this particular page. So all of that metadata is then fed and used by chat GBT thus increasing your chances of being cited by uh chat GBT or Claude or you know perplexity whatever it might be. Are you working alone by coding or have you a partner or team? Are you working with the knowledge? I'm new here so I'm asking because I don't know.
Uh I mean we did have quite a big team in the past. Now it's basically just me vibe coding I would say pretty much. Uh but we did used to have a big big team basically. But yeah now I'm just doing most of it myself to be honest with you. Okay so we are now at the point where every time we add a new product this will not done yet. Enrich product run request all 50 products present back the page. Oh so it just did one page. Oh no. Okay. Okay, let's do five products with enrich or not.
I just want to see how this works because I want to see what we can do with these meta fields, right? Because that's the next thing. Yeah, most things is just me now. I I do have a business partner. Um, but we we have our work split. I do most of the dev stuff. the vibe coding stuff, etc. Basically, so yeah, just so just for a quick um reminder of what we're actually doing today. I'm basically attempting to revive this website. You can see how slow it is. Jesus. Isuit. Basically, is full of problems and the owner wants me to fix them.
So, that's what we're doing. I'm basically moving over everything over to Shopify instead of where it is now on Magento. So, and I'm also fitting ramblons. Okay, so this should run a cat's just meowing. Classic. Okay, there we go. These are now enriched. Okay. So now I want to try something. Oh, okay. Uh yeah, do this first. Do this first. This is all background SEO stuff that will help the business rank extremely well, right? Um, so yeah, it's it's it's I haven't done anything kind of on the front end yet, but I'm just setting the bound like the the foundation for a really really strong agentic ready Shopify website.
So, this should be pretty exciting stuff in just a second. By the way, guys, if anyone wants to work with us, uh, if you've got a website, you know, mainly ecom, I would say, and you want to either move over to Shopify or have a more modern Shopify website built, just come and book a strategy call with us. And um, yeah, we we'll be happy to work on on your project. I like that you're just playing Runescape in the middle of it all. Yeah, dude. Someone's got to fish these bloody cramlams. My gear is nuts, by the way.
Now I played. Look at my stats. For [ __ ] sake. I got 999. We got 15.8 mil attack XP. 76 slayer. Jesus. I've been playing way too much recently, guys. I've just been vibe coding like mad. I've been obsessed with vibe coding recently. Absolutely obsessed. 404 not my liquid. The product doesn't resolve like the product published on my store. Let me check. Okay, that sounds possible. Yeah, need to publish them. Okay, so now I'm going to publish them. Oh, right. Fair enough. Jordan now, which means update. Okay, that's done. Okay, that's done. Okay, it's just publishing those.
So, how's Art Harbor MMR going up? Um, it's not really going up anymore. It went really well at the start and now it's just kind of staying the same because I spend so long making sure that the product is like perfect. I have like a really quick feedback system. I'm constantly replying to people. I'm constantly improving it, constantly thinking about how to improve it. Um, you know, I've spent like hundreds and hundreds of hours making like really solid tool. So, people aren't really leaving. Like we probably bleed like maybe 10 customers a month, which is still, you know, a lot, but it's quite a low percentage of churn now.
Whereas I mean you know if you if you're familiar with the law of harbor um originally when it first launched it was doing like 30k a month in in its first month and then we churned like I think 90% over 3 months or whatever it was because like the product was just not product managed at all. There was no product management and now I'm just completely obsessed with product management. So it's interesting how things changed. I wish I knew then what I know now because yeah, I mean it would probably be a million dollar product.
But yeah, it is what it is. These these things happen. I'm just glad that I went back to it and um kind of improved it. Why is this taking so long? say I suit and two men do it. The [ __ ] Okay, so there should be metadata here now. Thanks, So yeah, again guys, I'm just building the building blocks of a really, really strong website here. I'm showing you everything so you can follow along if you ever need, you know, to to do whatever it Okay. Beautiful. So five products enriched with custom meta fields but okay um okay but quickly I don't want to re okay so these should be associated with kiton just automatically now I'm not actually sure what that looks like um but Yeah, also their titles.
Oh, these are being rewritten though, 100%. I can just tell this isn't how they write their This isn't how they write their descriptions. I just need to see this. Oh, it is. What did you see the figure live stream that is going on on the figure Robo just working? Honestly, looks crazy and should scare people. I haven't seen the I don't I don't know what that's a reference to, but that sounds pretty terrifying. As if what? I see them too, man. So, they've changed how they write their descriptions. Weird. Um, right. So, we now have this.
can we add bread to Let's see how easy it is to add breadcrumbs. What is that figure robot? Oh my god, dude. What? What? That is crazy. What the? Nah, they would make it 8 hours as well. Obviously, they made it 8 hours. That's crazy. That's so [ __ ] weird, man. It's scary. What the [ __ ] Obviously, they do eight hours. They're so classic, man. This is coming for your job. hate that. God damn. That is terrifying though. For sure. Absolutely terrifying. Let's see what the uh thumbnail that got cooked up. I didn't make the thumbnail yet.
At seven is you see them switch. That is terrifying. Honestly, how is Amazon not already doing that? Okay. No, not breads on the brand page now. pages brands kit on or brand. maybe need to like push the code. I thought it was a live reload. Got to keep these fishies going, guys. Okay, so let's see. This should now have breadcrumbs. I guess I have to be on local host. There we go. I can make this look a bit better. Okay, that's pretty cool. So, yeah, again, just building the the the base SEO stuff, guys. I'll start implementing like the actual homepage shortly.
Um, but yeah, we'll see. We'll see. Yeah, Codeex is good for sure. I just I use Cloud Code because I think it's the best harness. Um, but I I I do understand that Codex and 5.5 are good and 100 plan is much more coding than 100. Oh yeah, even the $20 plan you can get a lot done. Yeah, I don't know. I just I prefer I prefer cold still. Let's see how this thumbnail looks potentially. I don't know. It's not really what not really what I wanted, but that's fine. It does look like my thumbnails are supposed to look.
Where's edit? One second, guys. Just do this. I use clock for basically everything at this point. Okay, nice. That actually looks a bit better. Oh, [ __ ] sake. Yeah. No, I I do like uh GBC 555. I use cloud code for now just planning and writing and Codex for coding. It works really well. Also, Codex is nice. But only hit the limits. We No, I don't hit the limits at all. I I don't really use sub agents. I do everything like I'm showing here. I don't do too many projects at once. I don't do big sweeping changes normally.
Um I do everything a bit more measured and I think that's why I don't hit the limits. I don't even really use um sub agents to be honest with you. Okay. Nice. Look at that. Very beautiful. again. Just slowly but surely building up this uh site. You'll start to see everything coming together very shortly. How is what Okay, there we go. I might add like brands here. That'll be quite cool. maybe a video. Could definitely do a video. Okay, beautiful. Nice. That's really really cool. I really like that. Uh render the products or some products all about that brand on the No, actually maybe not.
Maybe not. Okay. Beautiful. So brands home catalog. Click here. Look at that. Bang. Beautiful. Beautiful. Beautiful. Okay. Um, let's see what we've got here. Okay, so let's maybe start. Oh, no. I wanted to check one more thing actually. discuss one more thing with me quickly. How can we use these meta fields to generate pages? For example, like a one page. Discuss before continuing. Guys, you got to remind me about the fish. I must say next week Google show some new stuff, but I don't have high hopes that Yeah, I don't know. I hope they release a new um cheap model.
Google uh Gemma 27B and 31B are very very highly regarded in the open source community. So yeah, I don't know. Maybe some more of that would be nice. I don't think they're going to catch up with coding anytime soon. So I think they should probably just ditch that. Spark collections with meta fields. Yeah. Okay. ads are going aggressive on this live, man. Oh, damn. I can uh I don't even really want ads. Thanks for telling me. Um that should be good. I didn't know that I use YouTube Premium. So, I just I didn't even I don't even think about ads to be honest.
Okay. So, let's try and kind of tie everything together. This is what I've been kind of building to. I'm gonna switch to Brave. Yeah, fair. I put it on low anyway. But Brave's good, too. So, it's basically just using Python for everything, which is pretty interesting. Oh, wait. No, no, no. Wait. I don't What do I generate? SC. Yeah, I guess it's fine. Okay. So, yeah, we'll get a collection going here. If you're unfamiliar with collections, they're basically just uh like collections of products. So, if we go here in a moment, we should see something appear.
[ __ ] Yeah. So, it's trying to enrich everything basically, but that's fine. High demand again. This keeps happening. Gemini 503. I'll have to use GPT Nano or something. Okay, so this should tally up uh all of the Okay, I think it did it. Let's see. Yeah. So, this is kind of a complicated bit here, guys. It's kind of hard to explain what I'm doing, but I'm basically just trying to make sure that I'm not giving AI too much of a box. Not being able to see the full chain of thought was the start of the end for me for Claude code.
Hated trying to correct behaviors I can't see with Opus 4.6 and above. Yeah, know that's fair. Yeah, I understand that for sure. It's kind of like it's it's it's really hard to get Claude code to not just use Python, right? Like it just wants to use Python, but I want it to use Python plus its own brain, right? So, it's often times you're just trying to find a way around it trying to just use Python or just code or There you go. Good news. It's looking like open source should be open 4.5 level in the next two months.
Yeah, I I agree for sure. I think Deep Seek um V4 uh was the step up that the other ones needed and now they're going to use that infrastructure to build I reckon Kimmy 3 will be Opus 4.5 level. Yeah. And not just in benchmarks. I think it genuinely will be Opus 4.5 levels. We don't know yet for sure, but um No, I do agree with you and I would love to be using open source models. I probably would still be paying for Claude code. Um, but yeah. No, I I I do totally get your point.
Yeah, I know what you mean by this as well. I can't even see what it's thinking. Emo 2.5 Pro is actually very close, too. Oh, I didn't know that. I'll have to test that again. Open source is three months behind which is crazy. Yeah. No, true. I didn't know Mimo was good. I tested Mimo. It seemed really bad, but maybe maybe I just did the wrong test. I'll definitely check that out again. I'm the curator here from the tally. Here's my plan. Five collections to occasion based. Look at that. Beautiful. Smart casual. Okay. Beautiful. Beautiful.
Beautiful. This is the way to do this, guys. I'm like, I can't explain it. I'm doing this with the website. This is going to be absolutely crazy in a second. Took a while to get used to, but I love that model now. Yeah. Nice. Interesting. I'll I'll check that out for sure. Okay, so we should start to see collections appearing. Let's just jump back to here. Refresh. Here we go. So, we have casual, smart, casual. So, let's see. Bang, bang, bang. Look at that. Beautiful. So, this is a much more accurate way to do this, actually.
Yeah, look at that. They're all very very smart casual for sure. Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful, So despite there being I think there were some swim trunks, right? It hasn't put smart casual in the swim trunks. So that's or it hasn't optimized them yet. That could also be the that could also be the case here, but okay, summer. Let's see what's here. Okay. Yeah, they're it just did shirts then. cotton. What's the SEO? Men's 100% cotton clothing collection. Beautiful. Everything about this is perfect. So, let's see. There we go. It's so good. It's so so good. It's so so good.
Finally, can we use this in a filter tagging system? So on collections, they can select the meta fields. I think that's also possible. That would be the last thing I'd want to do. So that obviously there's a really really good um what is it like a good uh system uh filtering, right? Uh let me just do here. So right now there's no filter system. Okay, beautiful. This is an app admin. There's no clear admin graph to make a mess field store. Enable filtering. Install the search and discovery app. Okay, beautiful. So, let's do that. Adapt to different harnesses better than most.
Interesting. Search and discovery. Okay, so this is apparently the way to do filters. Let's just see if that's true. Should be fully wired, it says. So, let's install I don't mind installing an app for this. It's just if it's just going to make my life easier. Installer. Installer. How do you say that? Okay. Personalize filtery. How can I automate this? Oh, I can. Oh, okay. I see. Oh, I see. I see. Can it not automate this for me, though? Would be really nice. Just do it myself. guys. There's no public API. Okay, beautiful. Okay, so I just need to add these quickly.
May as well just do this now. color. Yeah, beautiful. Look at that. A This is really really nice actually. Color family. Country of origin, Italia. I don't know if that's a good idea to put on. I have to delete that one, but it's fine. Uh, fit fabric. So, fabric fit. By the way, how often do you use skills or I I I use skills sometimes. It depends what I'm doing. Actually, I do use some skills. I was going to say that I don't really use skills, but I do use some. Okay. Beautiful. Uh so now if we go to a um a collection so product and then visa visa.
There we go. Beautiful. So if I just want beige. Wow. This is so easy. Have you tried compute use with codecs? biggest feature for me so far in 2026 is top one for automation. I use Claude Cowwork for that a lot. Like a lot. I use it to post blogs. I use it to do loads of different stuff. But yeah, I'm sure Codeex is just as good if not better. Uh Claude is a bit [ __ ] actually sometimes. But yeah, I I I'll definitely check that out. Thanks for the thanks for the tip. Do you make your owns?
Because I start working on the MDs and teach my clanker skills and put the Yings in the main MD. Um I kind of just use a lot of out of the box stuff these days. I I use connectors as well for sure. Um but yeah, okay, that's done. Pretty nice. So filters are done. That all we got. I've barely used any context, by the way. Barely any context has been used. So, summer summer clothing and lightweight essentials. How do I hide this? Okay, let's make these a little bit sexier as as they say in the biz.
Um, the way this works, by the way, guys, is I've added test product. I'm going to do rigorous like making sure when a new product is added, X happens, Y happens, we create brands automatically. All of these collections are done automatically or semi-automatically. And then we just upload all the pro products and then we run the scripts that we need to run and it should theoretically build everything. So, oh codex version is leagues ahead of the screenshot thing working CC actually moves at human speed. Okay. Damn. Well, interesting. Thanks for that. Interesting. Thanks. I'll uh I'll definitely check that out.
Kind of got a bad headache, guys. Happens a lot, actually. Thanks for that, J2XX. Uh, that's actually really interesting. I'll I'll definitely check that. Definitely check that out. Yeah, it's Mac only. True. I have a Mac person. Okay, there we go. We've got the things on the side here. Let's see. Color should be swatch. It's still not swatches. Uh, all right. They already found this. I don't know how it found this error, but very very interesting stuff for sure. Oh yeah, look at that. Oh, really nice. I love it. Damn. Really really nice. Okay. Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful, beautiful.
Okay. So, what we've done is some really, really good stuff here. Um, can you add some collections to the home page? and write some copy. Okay. And then we'll go to suit. We'll start grabbing stuff. So, let's grab copy image address. Okay. actually. I kind of I want the thumbnail of this to be different to my normal thumbnails. Otherwise, I'm just going to get confused. Okay, let's see if that worked. Okay. Really nice. Okay. Look at that. Really nice. These will then change as well. Okay. So, now I'm just going to recreate the header so that you guys can start to see the power of, you know, everything I'm doing.
I'll I'll make the header and stuff later. The what is it? The menu. It might not seem like I've done a lot today, guys, but you'll see probably tomorrow just how much we can get done in such a short amount of time. I've only got a week to kind of complete this project, so it's going to be quite intense, but I'm going to be streaming most of it. Safari. Okay, let's see. So, this should now be done, I would guess. Hello. Do you think Opus is still better than GPT or have you changed your mind?
They're probably as good as each other, honestly. I don't know which one's better necessarily. The harness is the important thing as well, I would say. Don't ask what I'm doing. By the way, Okay. So, we should see in just a moment what I'm trying to go with. We made pretty good progress, I would say. So far, the question, what are you doing? I missed the start of the stream. I'm uh kind of saving Iceuit. So, if you remember Suit from a while back, basically he's asked me to remake the website. So, I'm I'm doing that basically, but in a really specific way.
There we go. There's the logo. So, you're redoing the Shopify theme? Well, I'm rebuilding the entire website on on Shopify, basically is what I'm doing. Everyone looks shocked for the thumbnail. No way, bro. Okay, there we go. Beautiful. From my personal experience, claw code has the better harness and open air has the better models, although it was still pretty far ahead of being lost straight. Yeah, I would agree with that. I don't know. It's hard to say which I prefer to be honest. I just I I use Cloud Code because that's just what I use.
Okay. Um we're starting to get things coming together. It's really fun editing your site with um Cloud Code. Honestly, it's great. Uh can you center the logo and put the menu under it? So yeah, we've actually done a lot today. Um, it might not seem like a lot, but I've done a lot of the base work that will make everything else a lot easier going forwards. Um, I should, if I'm not mistaken, be able to complete the website in just a couple of days. Uh, which is completely mad. This is like a 30,000 50,000 product website.
I don't know how many products it has. It has a lot of product. I need to do the redirect as well. I can't forget Okay, beautiful. That looks kind of like this. Obviously, it doesn't look exactly like it, but it it's getting there. Um Oh god. Cheers, mate. Yeah, I've learned to pick a harness I like and stick with it since the best model for a certain test will change with tweak. Yeah, I just use claw code. I I I don't know. I'm not a very complicated guy. I I like claude code. I use cla code.
I've always talked about Claude Code since it released, right? I was I was coding or vibe coding whatever like with what was it GPT pilot and all that [ __ ] all that you know Klein and Rue and and then Claude Code came along and it it just like felt like I was using a whole different system like I was just like okay well this is this is what it feels like to actually be able to do [ __ ] I guess. I'll send this to um to Pier, the guy that owns later. Um yeah, start to start to basically show him what what we're working with.
Yeah, super exciting times, guys. I'm going to be doing a lot more of these kind of builds and things. Um, we I've got another build coming up as well, which is going to be pretty much the same thing. Um, yeah. I love claw code but the constant above excuse break my pipelines. Yeah. No, I understand that. They're vibe coding a bit too much. I would say I'm not. Yeah. I don't know. I'm not a fan of how quickly they're shipping stuff either to be honest with you cuz like how how can they really know that it's all fine?
Oh, I'm not sharing. Sorry guys. That wasn't on display anymore. There we go. Right. Beautiful. Oh, there we go. Okay. Okay, that's good. Um, still doesn't exactly look like uh I suit obviously, but I am just kind of doing like a proof of concept right now just you know get this off, ship this off and get him explain what we've done. Um, so I do want to just in that vein I do want to continue. Let me see what is here. Okay, they don't have a video anymore. Interesting. Okay. So, let's get um I'm just going to kind of be recreating this section by section.
So now recreate this section including the bum header. Oh, this is not an image. I need to physically put these inside the right folder. I don't know. Clawed code is a bit weird with that. So, these two need to be inside those. Yeah. I was dem excited for constant updates at first, but now I wish they made them stop. Yeah. No, I I totally get that. I I think they're shipping way too much as Oh, you can't even see my YouTube plaque. Oh, rip. I finally put this up, guys, from two years ago, three years ago.
I can't remember how long ago. A long [ __ ] time ago. Finally got it put up. So now I'm just going to recreate basically step by step or layer by layer the homepage. We've done basically all the SEO already. Just need to obviously like get more products on here. When you get around to testing Codex computer use, I recommend having it farm resources in RS. You'll be No, I I can't bot. I can't bot. I'm not allowed. I've been banned for botting so many times when I was a kid. Like, I just don't bot. There's no point botting the game.
If you're going to bot the game, you might as well just not play. Um, that is speaking from experience for sure cuz then you start to not even play the game anymore. I'm sure it would be very very good at it though. Okay, I'm just going to go to toilet guys. One sec. I'll be back. Um, I need a new scene. Okay, I'm back, guys. Hang on. Okay, this looks terrible. Yeah, know I got banned loads when I was a kid on Runescape. So, it's just not even worth it, guys. I'd literally rather just play the game.
That's the whole point of this game is to know how to AFK this game. Oh, okay. Sorry. Oh, the trust is above. Okay, there we go. Beautiful. That's kind of looking like ice, right? I need to start building a harness around OBS being obsessed with turning open source software into agent harnesses lately. Yeah, I mean I can get that. OBS is super annoying to use. Uh I would love to have like a multistream my own one so I don't have to pay for reream. Uh but yeah, no for sure that is definitely something interesting. Oh man, it's good to be back streaming.
I'll be streaming as much as I possibly can. Uh, probably every day. I want to get this project underway. So, bear back, guys. One sec. Okay, I did it. So you you guys can hear me now even though there's no screen. Okay, perfect. Okay, guys. I am here. I'm just uh I just had to do something quickly, but I just thought I'd let you guys watch what's happening. I'm back. got the slider pattern build section now custom cars reusing slider component. dude. Okay, so this should be the new featured image section, which should look like the uh the eyesuit one basically.
So, we'll see that in a second. Oh, okay. That's interesting. Still looks the same. restart. There'll be something wrong there. they just won't have uh put it in the right place or Oh, sorry. No, it doesn't. [ __ ] sake. Okay, so we are kind of getting there. It does take a while this stuff actually even with claw code. I thought this would be faster honestly. But yeah, I mean we've got a lot done today especially in terms of SEO bit. I've done absolutely loads of SEO work. Um, now I'm just trying to copy the layout that he wants.
Curs's SDK was godlike for making things click in turning software into a harness. Yeah, nice. Yeah, I would love to uh I need to look into OBS and setting up my own uh system because yeah, I don't know. Definitely a lot more that I could be doing with OBS. There we go. No, the issue is this. Does it not understand? This is what's so annoying about working with like Shopify in Cycl code is this kind of [ __ ] I wonder what font they use. I need to get their font as well. If possible to attach a whisper to it and have an agent control your stream once you build out the answer for it.
Yeah, I know. Exactly. Exactly. Exactly. That'd be really Don't ask why I keep changing the thumbnail, by the way. It's just bloody so annoying. Just my head. Let's try that one. Will you just [ __ ] fix it, man? Yeah, I'll be streaming pretty much every day, guys. So, if you want to come chill, you want to come chat, whatever, just um yeah, I'll be here pretty much every day for um the foreseeable future because I've got a lot of work to do and I thought it'd be nice to stream it because I think it will help a lot of people out.
So, I do have to pick my fiance up in about an hour. So, I've got about an hour to to stream. Um I've got three or four hours every day basically the like free. My current project is building a harness for good. It's a shitload of planning to consider, but it's coming along better than anything else I've used. Nice. Yeah, GDAU is uh I've been I've been using that a day as well. Really really nice. Andy, my cat's just going crazy as usual. Okay, there we go. [ __ ] hell. That took way too long. Okay, good.
Let me just let the cat in. Hey, you want to say hi to everyone? Yeah. Oh, I know. I know. Come and say hi. Come on. This is my cat, guys. Candy. I know. It's so stressful being a cat. Yeah, I know. I know. Go on. Go. Go on. Get your ass out my face. She was just going crazy then screaming at the door. Okay, good. Um, really look like this section, but there you go. Okay, so that's all products. What's this one? Shop the latest collection. Collections all right. Okay, that's good. We're getting there now with the homepage.
Still needs a bit of work obviously, but God, I got banging headache. I hate that. Haven't streed in ages and I just get banging headache for [ __ ] sake. It's classic. Getting worse and worse headaches recently. This one. Come on. Where the hell go So, yeah, I have a really good feeling about this project. Um, it's going to take a little bit of work. Quite a lot of work, actually. But, um, I'm fairly confident I can get it to work. Yeah, it's just doing screenshots, which is kind of annoying. Yeah, you're right. They're all blue, white, beige, brown.
Okay. So, I need to add that as well, the the popup. So, we'll do that. I just [ __ ] get on with it, man. So slow. I almost want to use fast mode, but yeah, I'm not doing that. It's way too expensive. Way too expensive. Okay, whatever. Whatever. Let's just keep going. Yeah, know these are all just sections I can add another time. It's fine. This is going to take a lot longer than I thought to be honest with you. Let's get the footer done just cuz I guess that's like quite an easy one to do.
I need to not change the thumbnail when I start streaming, you know. I should have just left it. Note to self I don't know. Claude seems to be really slow today. I probably should have used codeex for a lot of this. Come on, dude. Let's see if I can get it those files. So you can do this guys which is a pretty good tip for anyone wondering. You can normally no. Okay. Uh paste to markdown. down. Why is it so slow today? What is going on? It's on medium. Crazy slow. I don't know. It's not normally this slow, I'd say.
seems to be massively overthinking things. I should have got a lot more done today, but like it it's been really really slow all day actually. What's it thinking for a minute for here? Yeah, mega mega slow today. I don't know how you guys are finding Claude code today, but it it's been really slow for me. again. Just it's done a terrible job. I don't understand. Oh, okay. Never mind. It did a fantastic job. Okay, beautiful. And then I can just remove these two sections. Okay. Well, I mean, we've got a lot done here. Um, this is a pretty good first day.
Uh, we've done a lot of the SEO ground work. So, we've we did meta fields with AI. Um, we have a way to create collections. We have filters on the side of the website. Now, uh, on the side of the collections, we have breadcrumbs, we have metadata, we have aentic first uh, commerce. or that's at least what we're building eventually. Um, and then yeah, I mean, I'm pretty sure we can send this to the the owner and say, "Look, this is what we've got done so far." Um, I guess these are links that I see which they shouldn't be.
No, it's completely stupid then. Oh, it is completely stupid. I left video. Why I told you to remove it? Let's just see if we can add a video on youtube.com. Just search for ISU. See what they've got on videos. Nothing. Sure. Let's just put this for now as a placeholder. Um, so where's the admin? Here. Yeah. Oh, I haven't pushed. Can you push? Why does it take so long to think today? I don't know if anyone else is experiencing this, but it's been really really slow today. Oh, is it because it's like a development theme?
Of course. Oh, it's not. Okay. Yeah, just now. Perfect. Oh [ __ ] Mobile is [ __ ] I didn't even think about that. Oh no, it's not. Oh, it is. Wait, the whole thing's [ __ ] How is that possible? What is that? Oh no. That's weird. Maybe it takes some time. I wasn't expecting it to be completely broken. That's definitely not. What the [ __ ] okay. That makes sense. Yeah, it pushed it to horizon which causes a a mismatch between the settings.json and config files basically. So that's fine. That makes sense. I should have known that was on Horizon. I guess Horizon is their latest one.
I didn't even know. Probably should have checked. Okay, so we should push this to Shopify admin. This is the wrong one. Definitely don't have 42 orders already. Um, no online. Okay, there we go. Perfect. So, let's Okay, beautiful. Now, let us just quickly add that video. Okay, now when we go here, we should see that video. Oh, didn't work. Yeah, they need to get Elon's servers working. True. I didn't know what you meant at first, but Okay. So, obviously that's for team member. That doesn't matter. I'll just explain. There we go. Beautiful. Okay. Okay, so we're pretty much there.
We can um send we can ship this off now um to um yeah to the to the owner basically and say look this is what we've done so far. Obviously, a few colors, font, etc. need changing, but we've done the base of the SEO for sure. Like, these pages are going to be super powerful in the future. Um, yeah, so far so good. I think just in terms of me having a headache, guys, I think I'm going to maybe stop there for now and I'll I'll be back tomorrow to kind of finish this off. um especially with the uh with the owner saying whether he likes it or not or or whatever.
Um but yeah, the real important thing here to take away is the SEO. So, if you take anything from away from this, it's it's definitely the SEO. Um I made an update on the ad. I didn't added the video I wanted, but the local code doesn't have it. One of the things I'm going to do probably tomorrow is the redirect. Um, obviously extremely complicated. I'll probably have to use Python for it, I would guess. Yeah. Well, I mean that's just Elon, isn't it? Pretty standard. Okay. Beautiful. Okay. I'm really happy with the progress there, guys.
I will definitely be back tomorrow. I promise. Thanks, mate. didn't drink any water that entire stream. RIP. Okay. Uh yeah, but guys, thank you for tuning in. I really do appreciate it. Um especially if you've ever tuned in before or if you're new as well. Just thank you so much. I'll be back on tomorrow. I'm going to go um hopefully get rid of my headache because it's pretty bad. But um yeah, I'll be back tomorrow to continue working on this. I'll try not to do too much work off stream. If I do do any work off stream, I'll uh I'll make a note of it and kind of go through it tomorrow.
But yeah, I'm going to stop just for now because I've got a banging headache. But I I'll be back on tomorrow. And yeah.
