Paperclip + Claude Code Just KILLED OpenClaw (IT'S OVER)
Chapters8
An introduction to using Paperclip to run multiple AI tasks autonomously with user guidance, including examples like a Google Ads audit.
Paperclip + Claude code unlocks autonomous AI agent orchestration to run real ad audits, SEO content, and end-to-end tests with Harbor SEO, and it’s both mind-blowing and imperfect.
Summary
Income stream surfers’ video showcases PaperclipIP riding on top of Claude code to automate complex PPC and SEO workflows. The creator demonstrates launching a CEO agent and multiple specialists (ads manager, engineer, product manager, etc.) to execute tasks like full Google Ads audits, ad copy creation, and even testing landing pages. He highlights using Gemini 3.1 Live and Claude Sonic 4.6 for prompts, Remotion for video assets, and a live GitHub repo to run tasks end-to-end. Harbor SEO is plugged in as both a showcase and a product plug, with a note about upgrading its writer using Claude Sonic 4.6. The workflow emphasizes creating tasks, assigning them to agents, enabling Chrome, and letting the system generate issues and test funnels autonomously—while also cautioning that human oversight remains essential. The footage stacks real-world results: PMAX ad edits, new ads created by AI, SEO articles ranked on Google, and ongoing process improvements driven by the CEO orchestrator. The message lands as a revelation that you can build a modular AI organization with agents, memory, and a central orchestrator—yet it acknowledges limitations and safety concerns. Finally, the creator teases viral potential for auditing holes in onboarding and PPC funnels, then ends with a call for feedback on PaperclipIP and Harbor SEO developments.
Key Takeaways
- PaperclipIP sits on top of Claude code and extends OpenClaw by not just logging jobs but actually performing them end-to-end, including creating and assembling assets for campaigns.
- Gemini 3.1 Live is used as the prompt engine for ad creation; the user shows six ads being generated after swapping from Gemini 2.5 to Gemini 3.1 Live.
- A CEO agent orchestrates other agents (ads manager, engineer, product manager, etc.), and you can attach local repos and paths so agents know where code lives (e.g., users Davidson Harbor V2).
- Harbor SEO’s AI writer quality improved by migrating to Claude Sonic 4.6; the presenter demonstrates output like long-form SEO content and video assets.
- The system can perform end-to-end testing of a landing page using Chrome and temp emails, and then automatically generate issues for each discovered problem, assigning them to the right agents.
- The workflow shows real-world results: ads created, ads added to a PMAX campaign, and SEO content ranking on Google within a day, illustrating speed benefits when the agents are well-configured.
- The video warns against fully autonomous operation without oversight, stressing that human monitoring is essential to avoid runaway tasks.

Okay guys, so as you can see, this has run over 66 jobs for me fairly autonomously. Not completely autonomously, but with some input from me as well, which I would definitely recommend, especially when you're first starting out. And all you have to do is just say new issue and say, for example, do a full Google Ads audit with all the new ad campaigns we've made. And then you just assign it to, for example, Ads Manager. Then you say, "Please do an entire audit. Use Google Chrome plus this link." And then paste the link. So all I do is I just copy a link to the ad campaign that I'm working on and then go back and then give it the link.
Literally then press create. Now watch it work in real time. So this is paper click guys and I've been using it for the last couple of days now and I've been really really enjoying it. Okay, so watch. It'll put that link from before and then it'll actually start working on it. So this is completely nuts, guys. I have a lot of use cases for this and I'm going to show you exactly how I'm using it today. Let's jump into things. Just before we jump into the video, guys, quick shout out from our sponsor me. This is Harbor SEO.
Which is a tool that I've been working on for about 2 years now and is packed full of features. We just massively increased the quality of the writer by moving it over to Claude Sonic 4.6. Just look at the tables that it creates. Look at the blog posts it creates, the images it uses. Everything is literally perfect for the article. And you can now get a free trial of Harbor for 3 days where you can generate content and then if you don't like it, you can cancel. So, it's a try before you buy guys. Just go top right, go to Billings and plan and start a free trial today.
Thanks for your attention. Let's jump back into the video. There's a link in the description and in the pin comment to Harvard. Okay, guys. So, this is Paperclip. Now, I'm just going to give you a quick rundown of what I've been doing and I'm going to show you exactly how you can start using this today. Now, a lot of these tools like Open Claw, etc., I always had a big problem with them because I just didn't know how to get into them. I didn't know how to like visualize everything. But the really cool thing about Paperclip is it does that for you.
So if you just go on Google and type paperclipip GitHub and then click the first one here. This is paperclipip, right? It's actually an open source project. So you can take it, you can do whatever you want to it. You can change it. It's basically linear built on top of clawed code, but instead of just having jobs, right, it actually does those jobs. So that's the really really insane thing. Now, it's not perfect. There are many many problems with it which I'm going to talk about in this video, but overall it does seem very very strong.
So, let me just show you a couple of examples of things that I've done. So, let me just show you this one. Create longer video ads with transcription/captions for Google Ads. I then gave it the new Gemini 3.1 live code. Look at this. Here's the problem with SEO today. Writing quality content takes hours. You need hundreds of articles to rank. And every day you wait, your competitors get further ahead. Harbor SEO is the AI powered solution. Write one. Okay. So, hopefully you get the idea there. That is an advert purely made by an AI agent.
Right. There's nothing special going on here. I didn't give it any special instructions. I literally just have it set up with Remotion and then I added Gemini 3.1 Flash Live just as prompts. Right? Literally, all I did was say so you can actually look at the whole conversation, right? So in this case, this was actually the CEO passing the job on and creating the job and then passing the job on. Right? So honestly guys, this is mind-blowing stuff. So this was autonomously made. I all I said to the CEO was, "Can you do a breakdown of everything we need, look at the agents you have available, and maybe look at what we can do next." The CEO create this was created by the CEO, not by me.
This job was created by CEO, right? First of all, it used Gemini 2.5 Flash, which didn't work. So, I went back. Well, it worked, but I didn't want it. So, I went back and I gave it the updated code here and sent it from AI Studio. I sent it the new Gemini 3.1 Live. It's now using Gemini 3.1 Flive preview and it created six ads for me. That's not all, guys. I then said, get these ads added to the ads campaign. I gave it a link just like I showed you at the beginning of the video, and it added the videos to the PMAX campaign.
If that's not mind-blowing, I don't know what is. That's just one example. So, what I've been really enjoying doing is basically you set up the base process, you add agents as employees, you give them certain things in their memory, right? Like use reotion, you give it certain skills, and then you use the CEO to orchestrate them. So, let's actually talk about how that's done. So, what we can do is we can add a new project here. We'll just call this harbor V2 and what I put in my mission goal was grow to 30k MMR through any means necessary let's say and then next.
So we hire a CEO. I'm using Claude code. I probably wouldn't recommend this guys unless you want to potentially you know get banned by Claude but honestly it's kind of at the point now where I would rather be doing this than you know Claude code cuz this is just completely insane. This is a whole new workflow. I can always move over over to Codeex or use a different account if I do get banned from Claude Code. So just press the little test button there with Claude code. You could use Codeex if you're less worried about getting banned from Codeex.
I would use Claude Sonic 4.6 as well. And then this is the first thing to do, right? So hire your first engineer. I don't need an engineer. I need a CMO and create a marketing plan. In fact, let's just leave it like this. This is fine. We do need a C. We need an engineer. So let's say next here. out. So, one thing I would recommend doing, which it I don't know why it doesn't do this out of the box, right? You're going to hire an engineer, but you don't even know what you're working on, right?
So, what you can do is you can say you have access to GitHub. This is the repo. Ensure the engineer always has this. Plus, uh the code can be found locally in users Davidson Harbor V2. uh verify this path for the engineer. Okay, so we're basically creating an agent here and then we'll just give it the repo here as well. Uh this I won't even say anything else. It's fine. And then next and then create an open issues. Now watch this. The first thing it will do is it will hire an agent. But because I've done this already and you guys are watching it from my future perspective, I've already worked out that you need to give it certain things.
like it will try and work on things without having all of the information. So, ensure that you give it all of the information from the very beginning. So, what it'll do is it runs through this fairly quickly. Um, and then you can basically start doing whatever you want. So, you can let let's just let this run. So, I've checked out the task. The task is hire a founding engineer, write a hiring plan. I don't need the hiring plan, but that's fine. Okay. So, now I understand the project harbor is here, the local path is here, and it appears to be a SAS application.
The company goal has grown to 30kmr. Okay, this looks like an SEO content generator. Beautiful. There's just some ideas that it's had. Now, it will actually it it will hire an engineer, but the engineer will have all of the information that it needs to actually get done instead of just being, you know, for show. A lot of these things are for show, but if you think about things and really, really refine this, I can start to see why people were so obsessed with OpenClaw now, to be honest with you. So, we'll see here in a minute the CEO will finish um hiring, right?
It it seems a bit weird to hire and whatever, but you just got to let people have their wow moment, right, at the end of the day. So, there we go. We have our engineer. So, what I would recommend doing immediately is just clicking on here and just checking the instructions. Okay, so this did not give it the uh the local code can be found at users Davidson Harbor V2. So we'll save that. See what skills it got. So no skills. That's fine. Configuration. Okay, there we go. Oh, there we go. Working directory. Beautiful. Okay.
Um and then that's pretty much everything. You can press test here. Make sure it's actually connected. Let's say that we want to use sword uh Claude Sonet 4.6 again. Beautiful. Okay, so that's pretty much everything you have to set up. Okay, so this is still doing something that I don't want it to do. So I'm just going to click here and then press cancel. I don't really need the hiring plan. It's not really that important right now. Okay, so the engineer is there to fix issues, right? But you need something to find the issues. So let me show you something very interesting that I think should go viral, but it it it won't.
But like this should go super super viral because this is insane, right? So new issue, please hire a product manager. Okay, so assign this to the CEO. Uh get rid of that. So the product uh hire a highlevel product manager who goes through the application particularly as a PPC user and finds any holes or leaks in the onboarding slash um PPC funnel. The agent can use uh temp email to do this. So then you can just give it a link to attemp mail. Uh make sure to train train the agent plus give it the knowledge to always use this.
The agent should go to harbor seo.ai uhlp. That's landing page. That's something that my my paperclip made for me yesterday. I'll go through that in a second. Um, and N2N test it for holes leaks in process / LP is the landing page specific for PPC, right? So then we'll create this issue. Okay guys, so they're both done. So let's just approve both of these. So that's one approved. You just go to inbox each time. That's two approved. Um, there is a setting to not have to approve all new hires, but I I can't actually find it right now.
Um, but there is a setting somewhere. And then another thing you should do for sure is enable Chrome right here uh in all of them. So I'm just going to enable Chrome save and then engineer enable Chrome save. Product manager enable Chrome save. So now the CEO is trying to do the other one again. I'm just going to cancel that. I don't want I don't need a hiring plan. So what we can actually do is we can uh right click or we can click here and just put this as done because if a task is to do if the agent runs heartbeat it will do that task.
So just be wary of that. Uh because if you don't want it to do something you have to make sure that it's put as done otherwise it will try and run that task. Okay guys so from here what we can now do is we can say please do an end toend test of harbor seo.ai I find /lp to find any issues, leaks. Then we'll put the same thing here. Assign it to the product manager and then say use chrome plus temp email and then create issue. So now what this will do is it will do an endto-end test using Chrome to see what issues the landing page might have.
One thing I could have added there actually is um like create issues for anything um any issues that you find, right? But it will just give me at the end of this it'll give me a summary. And then yeah, you might see where I'm going with this, but what you do then is you say to the product manager, please make issues for each kind of issue that you find with Harbor's flow funnel. And then you assign each of those to the engineer, right? So you can actually kind of make an entire AI company. Okay. So you can see it's managed to get the temporary email here, which is right here.
Okay. Is that the right one? Oops. Let's see. And then it's basically just going to run through Harbor and see how the flow is. Okay. Okay, so just while that's running, guys, let's just go back to my actual harbor one, right? And then this will pop up with a notification when it's done. You can just see I've just been repeating this process over and over and over. And once you've got a good base of agents. So you can see here, these are my agents. I have the CEO, I have ads manager two, CMO, email outreach specialist, engineer one and two because oftentimes there's quite a few engineering tasks to do.
So it's better to have two. This is just a fancy word for coder obviously. product manager, video creator, and analytics. Right? So, I always pretty much have something running. You can see that I haven't run anything recently, but I've just been Oh, it did. This is now finished. So, let's see what it came up with from the prompt that I gave it right at the beginning. So, you'll remember I said do a full audit. It's now done. These ones at the bottom are the ones it made. This one here is the one I made. These conversions, in my opinion, don't count because they come from the keyword harbor, right?
So, budget €10 a day, impressions 129,000, interactions 3,700, CPC 0.06, maximize conversions very low. CPC suggest mostly display YouTube. Okay, let's see what it actually came up with. So, purchase conversion action is misconfigured still. I don't know how that's still an issue. Uh, which is crazy. This should not be an issue anymore. Three search campaigns have zero impressions. I don't think that's actually true. Poor overall conversion performance. I don't need to be told that. Secondary issues. There's some secondary issues here. What is working? Sales forms one is eligible, active, and generating volume. Enhanced conversions are fully active finally.
So, that took me about that took me all of last night, but eventually it managed to fix it. And it managed to fix it. Not me. I didn't do anything, right? Absolutely crazy. Honestly, this stuff is so interesting. I can't believe like how much I can get done. So just last night like I did I can just find an update from the CEO here. So let me just see engineer 2 is failing. Wait CEO. Um oh sorry just guys another one. Publish next batch of SEO content. So like I published load of articles or load of content yesterday and it's already ranking on Google.
Look look at this. How to rank on Plexity. What? This was written by my agent yesterday and it came up with the keyword, right? It's literally number one. If you remove Okay, number two. This is number one technically, right? Because these are this is AI overview. Uh this is sponsored. These are videos. This is number one. This is number two. Literally, the AI agent went and just made this entire page yesterday. Absolutely insane. Like, look at the quality of this content. It it's it's crazy really. It really really is. I can't believe it's ranking already.
Okay, guys. So, this got this got a little bit messed up because uh I was still signed in as a previous user. But this will do an end to end test. It will then create issues, right? It even wored out in the end that I had accidentally stayed signed in, right? So, imagine this. you have this running every single day doing end-to-end tests, creating things, tasks. You have to look out over them, right? I'm not saying you should just let this thing just run autonomously. In my opinion, that is a very, very bad idea. And people that are telling people to do that with Open Claw and this and other things that just wrong, right?
There are certain things here that it it added placeholders, it did this, it did that, etc., etc. There was some problems with this, right? It wasn't perfect. So it does need a little bit of watching etc. But to be able to get this many jobs, like we're on HAR 69, of course already, right? In 24 hours, we've done 69 jobs on Linear, right? And some of these are really, really big jobs as well. We've moved over to the free trial, etc., etc. So, this is definitely worth your time. Guys, I'm going leave the video there.
Thank you so much for watching. If you want more videos on paperclipip, let me get let me know. Check out harbor seo.ai. AI and I'll see you very very soon with some more content.
