Was it on their English account or I think it was on the Arxis Japanese account. It was Arc System Works. You No, that's not it. Anyway, I can find the tweet. Um, Ark System Works confirmed that they're the ones that did the latest character. It was not, it was not done by Bandai Namco. It was actually that one, you know, it was that one. Um, so anyway, yeah, I'm like, "Holy shit." Okay. So, it's just interesting at that point. It's just interesting. They must be like very busy because there were definitely things that are like a little off about the dude. He doesn't have like the usual uh glitz and glam that a DLC character would. It's just odd, you know, fake controversy. Um, so A plus B does not equal C. Uh, the character's weird. It he definitely doesn't have like the level of polish that would be expected. So, there was a presumption that maybe, you know, just maybe if anybody has the link to the tweet, let me know. Unless that [ __ ] was fabricated. I went to their the English Twitter and it wasn't there. Um, and I can't find the Japanese Twitter. I don't know why the heck it's not showing up. Um, is Arxis PR? Okay, well that makes sense that it's PR doing it. Arside PREA. There it is. Check this out. as of today on the 22nd has been added to Dragon Ball Fighters developed by Arc System Works. The DLC SSJ4 Daimo uh joins the fight. Character incorporates plenty of performance elements from the anime. Yeah, we saw that. Um, as well as features that previous fighter characters didn't have. So, I hope you enjoy playing with it. Published by Bandit Namco. Yeah, all of that lines up, you know. All of that lines up. Anyway, that was that was definitely like that was definitely like interesting, you know. Uh I was not expecting that. So either way, things are just a little odd. Maybe they haven't worked on it in a long time. Maybe the people that have been working on the game are not the same team. Um it isn't a confirmation they didn't. It is. It's an endorsement. Wait a minute. Did I just read that incorrectly? Wait, wait, wait. I I I closed it out. Did I read it completely wrong? Literally developed by Arc System Works. Maybe it's uh maybe we're relying on Grock for a bad translation. The new DLC diamond pack has been added System Works. The game, right? But why would they be the ones saying anything if they were No, it would. You understand, right? Like why would that be weird? Why would that be weird? Seems odd. Um yeah, DBFC is developed by Arcis. No, I get you. Is there a reply? The translation's highly misleading. The accurate translation is to DBFC was created by Arc System. The new Diamond DLC was added. I can even say this is implying they didn't make the DLC. Ah, okay. Damn. You really can't trust Grock for anything. Damn, that's crazy. Even their uh even the translation's bad on Twitter. [ __ ] It's literally a misinformation machine. That's insane. speaking of wild crazy misinformation being treated as factual truth, turns out uh we know the entirety of the Street Fighter 6 next DLC season. We just know it now. uh if we're talking about things that are just being treated as complete truth without any uh verification. Um yeah, so I think we got to I got to reestablish myself um on some of the things that we have been saying in the past and I have luckily experience because I am that old. I am 67 years old. So I'm trying to give you guys a little bit of perspective. Um, so here's the thing. Yeah, I'm calling [ __ ] on all of it, right? Um, I'm calling I'm calling [ __ ] on at least a chunk of it. I think if things do end up happening, I think it's going to end up being conveniently true if something does end up happening. I'm just calling I'm just calling [ __ ] on it. So that number one came from a source that was that was right once but then came back later and did not have any information and then suddenly comes back again and they're like oh I got information again like I need attention. Um which is always a little weird to me. um also doesn't line up with the other stuff, right? There was a complete other amount of info that has been circulating for like just over like 6 months of what the next characters are and none I don't think any of them are the same. So, here's what's fascinating about this, and I'm just going to offer my personal experience as someone that absolutely covered leaks uh of fighting game stuff in the past, whether it was like rumor or leak. Um, and there's a reason why I stopped, and I'm going to dive into that a little bit. So, the number one reason why I don't cover leaks anymore is that number one, you're setting up an audience and it's like your responsibility to give your audience somewhat factual information and you just don't know if it is. The problem with leaks as well is that yeah, I'm not doubting what either I heard or somebody heard about things being real. what I'm presenting is that [ __ ] changes and until actual information is actual information. Um that does not mean that it will become an actual reality at some point. Um, I have heard fighting games that I am ridiculously excited about, you know, being in development. For them to just vanish off the face of the [ __ ] earth and been like, well, that's just not even happening anymore. Like, it would have been really cool to be vocally excited about cool things that are happening over the past like 10 to 15 years of me covering [ __ ] and then they just stop existing, bro. So yeah, it it sort of sucks to build people up to be excited about something that is not confirmed to be actually happening because [ __ ] changes in the in behind the scenes. You know, [ __ ] changes on a dime behind the scenes. So um anyway, that's why I just don't care generally talk about leaks very much. The other issue is um which is something that matters to me is credibility. And if people are looking towards you about like leaks of things and it's sort of like this wishy-washy heard this from this so yeah I can cooperate that and then that does not eventually happen then people start asking later on dude what was all that stuff that you were talking about that this was going to happen like what why didn't that happen? um when it's like when you're actually cooperating things, it's like [ __ ] Okay, this is uh this is this is not good. This is not a good thing. The I and I've personally had in the 10 years ago um I called them bait leaks, which is why what's happening right now is especially relevant. I have had bait leaks where people are out there spreading information that specifically feels like it is to get me to talk about something. Um, and these feel like plants and it's like, bro, okay, uh, this [ __ ] feels like a plant. And I have found out later that through literal inside sources at certain places, yeah, that it was completely not true. and found out, you know, through a a few routes, oh, who the actual like leaker of real information is. So, I stopped taking that bait. Does anybody remember Uncanny Marvel versus Capcom 3? From what I recall, it was a complete bait leak and it was the whole point was to get me to talk about it in video, which we did, and some other content creators to talk about it. And some other content creators at the time had said that, "Yeah, I've been hearing about this, bro. like this is what's happening to validate themselves in some way. Um, and even in other situations where I had heard around the block, you know, you talk to a lot of people about something potentially being true. Here's the part that got me. This is where this is where I was like, uhoh. Um, it was like it was I think it was around either Mortal Kombat X or MVCI. So, this is like nearly 10 years ago. when information got out from some rando or something that nobody was this what this person is saying might not actually be true all of a sudden somebody with a following is like yeah man I and I said this myself I was like I also heard the same thing so that [ __ ] might be true at that point I started reading articles about said information and it was like some rando said something about something being true and then it went to me in the article quoted, "Hey, this [ __ ] who also loves Capcom stuff by the name Maxmillion dude also heard the same thing." At that point, I was like, "Uhoh, wait a minute. Now I'm the leaker. Oh [ __ ] this was some random [ __ ] that was just on the internet saying [ __ ] and all of a sudden now I'm the one that is leaking [ __ ] Now I'm the one where all the eyes are on, oh, this [ __ ] is cooperating this. It's like, uhoh. So that's a lesson I learned really hard. I became the leaker all of a sudden. So that at that point it was like ah [ __ ] Did even that stuff end up coming true? No, it [ __ ] didn't. Things changed. In fact, that stuff got pushed even further down the DLC cycle for some of those games. Um, and in NBC's case got pushed out of the [ __ ] DLC cycle because the game got cancelled. So anyway, um yeah, I just stopped doing that. I just was like, "This doesn't make any [ __ ] sense." I I will talk about rumors and things that I will absolutely not cooperate because I until something is officially announced in my personal opinion, I will not be talking about it, you know? I just won't until it's until it's a real thing. I also think it also sucks the excitement like straight out of the air. It just sucks the excitement straight out out of whatever could have been a cool moment. I appreciate us being in the moment with each other, all on the same equal footing. I don't like being a person that is like that is feeling like I am getting specifically privileged like out of what everybody else is cuz it it feels like I am disconnected from a lot of what you guys are experiencing, which is the whole goddamn point to be connected to your audience in some way. I don't specifically like that, right? I don't I don't like being in that like that situation because I want to experience this stuff at the same point where everybody else does. Anyway, um, so over the past like 24 hours with all this [ __ ] I do not I'm I'm not entirely on board with it, you know? I'm just not super on board with everything that's being said. There's literal two there's multiple different leaks now with images and stuff which are like potentially fake of what the characters are. And I I think it is I think there is something in here that is like, hey, there's a lot of this [ __ ] happening here, right? But there's also this character and this character is the one THAT IS LIKE, OH, THIS is the one that is now getting this is the thing that's going to make front page and clicks and all this [ __ ] And I'm just not [ __ ] buying it, dude. I'm not. So, I think it's just fair to say that we can I I can talk about this with with some because this is very related to me, right? I think we can gather up a bit of like gusto here because this feels like it's almost like calling me out specifically and I'll just I'll just say it straight up. Um I cannot believe that they would utilize this character to like effectively bait all of us into into making front page. No, everyone has this expectation and I think it's [ __ ] that I have been more excited about this character being in anything ever. We've wanted this character to show up in other things. We wanted this character to be a reality like for so damn long. And we all know who that character is and I'm I'm not afraid to talk about it. It's Vega. Vega is like the most iconic Street Fighter character we have ever seen that has not been in Street Fighter 6. And it's insane that if we go all the way back to like Championship Edition, this character is not around. It's crazy. And now we got all this cooperation that Vega is like the big character. And I'm like, dude, we've wanted Vega in Tekken. We've wanted Vega in in six. Vega was [ __ ] in five. He was boring as hell. So, we've been waiting for Vega to come back in some way. So, all I'm going to say is a lot of you guys are seeing all this [ __ ] all over the place. And the character is on not on one leak list, could be on another. And all I have to say is that like this is an all-in kind of situation. We can't be picky and choosy. Oh, if just Vega makes it in, then that's cool, right? It's like, no, no, no. There's a whole bunch of other characters on this stuff that who gives a [ __ ] All I have to say is this is a put up or shut up. Like, if we're if we're out here accounting that some rando on the [ __ ] internet is saying that this [ __ ] is real, then it all better be real. You know what I mean? So, whenever this trailer happens, whenever something happens to show us what's happening, every single character, including Vega, the most requested character in Street Fighter history, is on that list. It better be real because this is then we just then maybe we could learn something here that this we should not just be listening to randos that have no accountability just saying [ __ ] and being like, "Oh yeah, that could be real." Just because it has something extremely appealing like Vega, you know, the number one character from the Street Fighter 2 animated movie. So anyway, that's my take on the situation and that's what I'm waiting for. Like I am waiting for whenever this trailer shows up, Vega is the first goddamn character that's there. He's the first goddamn character. He better be because it's the most popular one. There's a couple other characters in there, don't get me wrong. There's a couple other ones, but unless every single character is lining up with what this stuff is saying, I would be pissed off and immediately accounting to all the people that say this stuff is real. You have to like we can't be wishy-washy. Oh, this kind of came true. This kind of didn't. It's like, no, you said it. It better come true. Everyone's now excited for this stuff. If Vega isn't in it, if he doesn't throw his goddamn mask, I am pissed. I want this [ __ ] This is what I've been waiting for the whole time. And it's clear because it's like the front page of everything. So anyway, unless it's Vega and all the other [ __ ] like it has to be. They It has to be there. How about and and if it's not, how about we just do not take the credibility of leakers anymore because the majority of them are just saying [ __ ] They are just saying [ __ ] Who the hell's Vega? I mean, don't worry about it. You can look it up. I don't want to talk about the leaks too much. I don't want to talk about Vega because he's the number one most requested character in Street Fighter history. I don't want to talk about that. So, anyway, Sony Sony Vegas, stop spoiling. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. It's just it his face is all over the place. We can't get around it. All I'm saying is that if it's not Vega and those other three characters, the most popular character in those three randos, then there needs to be some accountability. Like, what the hell? Um, that's my issue with leaks chat is that uh this stuff is this this [ __ ] just immediately was like this feels like bait. This literally feels like bait and it's doing one thing because it promotes like a fascinating story. People have been wanting Vega in Tekken for so long that now we're just going to put Vega in Street Fighter and it's like really really I feel seen. Anyway, yeah, this is why and this is why I don't follow leagues because until that day happens, whether it's at Summer Games Fest or whatever, until we get the actual confirmation of this stuff happening, people need to be held accountable for like the random [ __ ] they're saying. And if they're coming out and just saying stuff and it's not right, like random dudes on forums and [ __ ] [ __ ] what the hell? Let's never listen to you ever again because all you're providing is [ __ ] If something just randomly lines up, you know, just for the sake of like darts at a dart board. Oh, you randomly were right about Vega, the most popular Street Fighter character, [ __ ] Come on. So, anyway, I don't I don't like and I I don't like building up the sensationalism of the whole thing. I don't like it. I don't like it. I feel like we're all just hyping each other up for something that is privy to a limited few people. Like I don't like it until we're all a part of this stuff together. How about we get excited then? Until these characters finally show up, the ones that are in the leak lists, then then we can start talking about it. And damn, they were right. Legit [ __ ] were right. And they were 100% right. You know, YoungSheldon, they were 100% right. How the hell did Max call Young Sheldon in Tekken 8? Who's his insider? How does he know? He said that [ __ ] years ago and somehow it happened in 2026. I think it's just hilarious that we'll just listen to anybody any anybody that's some rando with 600, you know, followers or some [ __ ] on Twitter is now Oh, look what this person's saying. It's just all [ __ ] with 30,000 likes. With uh 30,000 likes anyway. yeah. Are you interested in Xenoverse? No. What? No. Remember the first leak? Well, the first leak was The first leak wasn't he said, she said [ __ ] No, no, no, no, no, no. That was e everybody, right? That was that was available to everyone. That's a bit different. That is a bit different. It was literally official Capcom art that was accidentally put out. Maybe a marketing stunt. Who knows? The first leak was was crazy. We didn't even know if Akuma was going to be DLC at that point. At that point, everybody's privy to the thing, you know, and it was very obviously Yeah, it wasn't [ __ ] It was real. My question is, how could they be using Vega, the most desirable character in Street Fighter history, as bait to get you on board, to make it clickbait, to make it, you know, on the front of all the websites and [ __ ] If Vega isn't in that [ __ ] trailer, people need to be held accountable straight up. You can't we can't just be getting people excited. The next thing the leakers can do is start start saying [ __ ] like Strider hear you. Okay. And then I'll start reporting on it. I'll start making my my thumbnail accountable. How? This [ __ ] wasn't real. We can't be It's not real. We can't be reporting things that are just [ __ ] I I can make it I can make a trailer right now or a video about Marvel vs. Capcom 5 and start saying some [ __ ] Does it mean it's real? No. We're missing four. What the [ __ ] Like this shit's crazy to me. that feels like we're living in a fantasy world. I don't [ __ ] get it. So anyway, it's not real. Like also you have to assume after how many leaks have been happening at how many companies in the past like especially at Capcom over the past few years. This is not without any insider information but you have to assume that these dudes know about this [ __ ] And why is there multiple different leaks from credible sources that have completely different rosters? Why is one way more sensational than the other? Well, because it features Vega, you know, getting a little weird. This the same people that called this stuff before 6 months ago saying there was a leak is now also saying that it's four completely different characters. So, it seems to me that there might be legit effort going on behind the scenes to put fake [ __ ] in there from sources that are credible, right? The people that initially put this [ __ ] out on forums and [ __ ] that were right people like to connect the dots and [ __ ] and they were right in the past like to to get some advant advantageous information, but now there's like multiple different ones, you know? There's multiple different ones. There's there isn't just one leak DLC season. There's like two or three from people that are apparently they were right before and it's like well Jesus Christ dude. So I don't know man. I'm just like is this all [ __ ] I mean could it is it all is it all just I don't know. You baited us with the FF super super with Alex? If here's the thing, if Vega is legit in the game and he is an actual part of this roster moving forward, which is a huge deal, then yes, you should be looking to those people as credible sources of leaks 100%. If it's Vega, cuz he's the most requested character and it's like, okay, this is obviously a big deal. If if that is true, then yes, all these people that have been saying whatever and reporting and whatever and cooperating whatever and whatever, that is what we should be doing. So, it's really weird to me to see maximum effort because she looked fine in the old game. She looked fine, but she was she felt extremely uninspired, you know? So yeah, that's what Cold Holder is. she this she was technically the main character of a once canceled Capcom fighting game and then they put her into the next Capcom Fighting Allstars which was Bunk which was Capcom Fighting Jam. Uh anyway, that's her that's her history but not like this like this version of the character this [ __ ] her being this wild inter interdimensional being and stuff. Here's the thing I really appreciate about Street Fighter is that for as much as you don't like maybe jive with the game because the game just has not changed that much over the past four years. Uh JP as an example, JP is a character that historically has not been super easy to use in like the first little bit, even though you figure out how to play Street Fighter 6 a little easy, bro. Depending on the button you press, how long you hold it, I can charge at speed and angle. The overdrive, what does that even mean? Version of sunshot adds more hits and more force. She's fourth wall breaking. I just realized that is that she's actually she's actually fourth wall breaking in Street Fighter 6. Huh. She's almost like like Street Fighter Deadpool. Yeah. Cool. I like it. You just noticed I just made this observation way faster than any of you did. Okay. Uh the best thing about OD sunshots is that you can fire them with regular shots and are lingering to create a stunning display of lights across the screen. And that's your cue to ooh and ah. If a ball of light seems fleeting at you, then behold sunflare where you shoot a beam of light towards. Before I explain, I want you to let you know a little power mine called sun crests. Oh my god. I infuse myself with the power of the sun and can have up to four of them at the same time or at a time. Use the light version of sunflare to see me do a cute cosmic girl pose and one to store and to store one sun crest. Hold the power down to store them faster. Dude, she's a chores character. Sunrests increase the number of hits, range, and follow-up potential for heavy and OD versions of Sunflare. Up to two Sunrests are used at once. What in the hell? Little like Jury. Yeah. Um, in your dimension, the sun comes from above. So, I have an ability called Solar Burst where I shoot a beam of light across or downward while in the air like a sunflower, the light version in the air and the sour sunrest. And this is turning into mush in my head. Bro, you're funny. Terran making a big deal out of sun appearing every day. So, I named this next move Sunrise. A spinning attack akin to my past move set. The light version is a great anti-air. Uh, the medium version useful for combos and can be cancelceled from light attacks. How much money do we have that she's going to have a completely invulnerable wake up? are we going to assume that she's just going to get an invincible DP of some kind? Or is she going to be like JP where JP has to use a big old meter? She doesn't. Do they confirm it? Uh, the heavy version requires a bit of finesse, but if it connects, you can follow up the moves like Solar Burst. The OD version is safe on block, and the third attack of the move can cancel into a super art. You'll have trouble landing a hit on my glorious form with Sunvil, a counterattack where I nullify an attack and drop your tush back where it belongs, away from me. While it can absorb projectiles, it won't stop super arts or any attack that hits multiple times. The OD version comes out much quicker and is a great option after getting knocked down. In case you're wondering, I'm letting you knock me down. Funny. One last special. Dude, there are so many. Uh, the dramatic vanishing sun. I can teleport with three options to really keep you guessing. So, can you do it any direction? Press forward teleports me forward with a kick and is safe on block. Pressing down teleports me above you where I unleash a downward attack. It's not really that fast coming out. But the flip side is it's plus on block. What? Pressing back teleports me away so I can observe. She doesn't need like anks or anything to teleport to them. She can just go to it. Huh. Yeah. So, she technically has like neutral skips. Huh. Cool. Okay. onto my super art. Level one, shining sun is where I set a series of magical kicks. It's invincible and startup of course as many level ones are. Best part uh is I'll expend one sun crest to power up the attack, but I have multiple stacked up only button down. So, it seems like yeah, if she's talking about this one being invincible, which is obvious that this might be the one thing. It might be the one thing means more damage if you end at the other side of the screen. And it's a screen carry super. Okay. Order of the sun. Uh the hammer of dawn into the sky depending on the button pressed. A shower of solar power rains. The sunrest stock. Holding down the button will result in increased amount of shooting stars. After firing this move, stage is set. The audience is seated. It's time to see how well you dance. See if you can block all my hits. Wow. Level three cosmic ray. Very fancy. She looks like a demon. And I thought I thought Ken was was in the same way that Ken played Third Strike better, Ken was also playing Street Fighter 5 better at the time. We're going to take your style and your animation look and we're going to try to emulate it for ourselves and we'll do it ourselves now instead of you. It's like that feels a bit that feels a bit weird if that is the case, you know? So anyway, I still think it's a decent effort. I still think it's like I would be down as a consumer of just more characters like this because what does that mean? That means that the game has a future. It has a functional monetizable future where we can actually get things like maybe new stages, actually get things like crossplay, like those kind of things. The actual expansionary elements that we've sort of been asking for for a long time. I think I think that's where I'm down with it because it means that there there could be a future of Dragon Ball Fighters as it continues on and we don't get a DBFC 2, but they just continue making more of this game and refining this game. I'm down with that, bro. I'm completely down with that. In fact, I think that's maybe one of the better options if you don't have Arcus as a developer anymore cuz that's the way it seems. Just seems like ASW is too busy. You're not really convinced it wasn't Arcumatum. They have to tell us if it is. But on Twitter, there's a pretty interesting tweet in Japanese that was translated that made it seem like they're not the developer anymore. So, I don't know. It's just that some things don't line up. Some things are a little odd. It is weird. Now, don't get me wrong, it is weird, which is why it's like a little BME if it if it is true. It's odd. Um, it says in translation that they've been added to Dragon Ball Fighters, developed by Arc System Works. Okay. So, it's like, oh, so Arc System is the developer. But if you read the first response, the person that's from Japan says the translation is misleading. The accurate translation is that to Dragon Ball Fighters, which was created by Ark System Works, new Da DLC was added. So, it's not saying Arxys was the developer of the DA pack, the new DLC. It's more saying that they were the developer of the core game itself. Could be one guy. I mean, sure, could be, but still, it's it's a mystery. Even if it isn't a thing that is like cut and dry, Arxis did it, then there's some weird things. If Arcus did it, there's some weird things. Um, if Bandai Namco get it, I think it's actually pretty high quality. That's where that's where my conclusion is. If B&E is the one that were able to do this and they were trying to emulate the style, then yeah, to me it feels like B&E has done a pretty good job.
