Key Takeaways

Okay, guys. So, since yesterday, I have changed over 40,000 lines in Harbor, this is what I'm trying to tell you guys. Go and build with Opus 4.7 because while it's at its best point, this is the best time to build. Let me just show you a little bit of what I've been working on. So, this is the current harbor website. Looks fine. Sure, doesn't look terrible. If I log in here, this is the current dashboard. the discovery tab, the clusters, etc. Right, I had Opus 12.7 go through absolutely everything and unify the entire design to look like this. Now, this is the new homepage. Um, the homepage looks amazing. I think I might change a little bit further down, but just generally speaking, I think this hero section looks incredible. Now, it's remade this thing to give us an amazing little onboarding right here. But then, let's just go into the dashboard. You can see everything looks more unified. It looks like it's created by the same design. If I just scroll through everything, you can just see maybe what I'm talking about. Everything just looks way better, I have to say. The font is amazing. The colors are amazing. Just everything here just fits perfectly into the design system. And honestly, this is an insane redesign. This is literally hours and hours and hours of work by Opus 4.7. I left it running last night just to really really start to push it. And this is the result. Like an entirely redesigned harbor, right? It's still doing the connect page right now. SEO results. You know, I'm going to run through this as well. And then another thing I did, absolute craziness, is I remade the entirety of the agency. Okay, so there seems to also be an error here. Yeah, basically what I'm trying to do is I'm trying to make a hub where people can run their agencies or multicontents multi like multi multi-sightes using Harbor. So this is kind of what I've been working on uh since yesterday, right? If I click on two men for example, you know, you can do client setup and then once that's fully set up, you can minimize this. You have your branding. This is the business name, the website. You can write articles, run discoveries, competitor scans, everything inside the agency dashboard, right? You can see live and recent work. And you can even get a copy to a portal link, for example. Um, you can make the portal reporting, collaborative, or self-s serve, meaning you can resell Harbor to your clients, basically. And then further down, we have the article pipeline right here. I connected this up to well Opus 4.7 connected this up to Google search console as well to find things like decayed right so these are things that used to rank very highly so ten cocktail home is um like cocktail attire for men right in French I think yeah it's French so this used to get 37 clicks a month over the last 16 months now it's getting two this page used to perform worth a refresh fresh, right? So now you can literally press generate article and that will send this I think to the writer. Maybe it's not perfect just yet with the keyword, right? Yeah. Look. So 10 year uh whatever. That's pretty damn cool I have to say. Then we have like cannibalization as well. So like if you have multiple pages ranking for the same keyword, you can start to you know redirect some of these pages so that you're not, you know, overco competing for the same term. A lot of this is foreign language sitemaps though. But this one for example, um, you know, we could de-index all of our rough rough table of contents items, right? As an example of something that we could do, uh, based off what we have on this page. All of this is only possible because of the power of Opus 4.7. I'm telling you, this thing is insanely powerful. We probably only have another week or so of this power. So, if you are watching this video guys, stop watching this video and start building instead, unless you're building at the same time, in which case continue watching the video. So, yeah, it literally will just run for hours and hours and hours. So, it's now been running since I woke up. It's been running for 40 minutes without any I haven't, you know, told it anything. It's just literally just been running. Super powerful stuff, guys. I've basically completed two other projects that were blocked for a long time just because I wanted to wait for this moment. And like I keep saying guys, this is the best time you can actually build right now today, right? Because Opus 4.7 is in its best spot that it will ever be. It's the most intelligent model we've ever had and will have until, you know, the next one is released, something like GBT 5.5 or whatever it might be. So, this redesign of Harbor is going live probably today. It's pretty much all done. Agency is also going live today. And uh so yeah, if you do want to check out Harbor, guys, Harbor SEO.ai. I'll leave a link in the description and in the pinned comment. I'm trying to make this the best damn tool possible. And with this redesign and with these new features, I'm starting to actually believe that that is possible because of the power of Claude Opus 4.7. Now, one thing I will say, guys, this model will not be good forever. So, make sure that you do go and use it as much as possible while it's still fresh while we while we still have decent usage limits as well because eventually these usage limits will also disappear. This is currently the best in slot model. It's the best model uh worldwide, right? It's just confirmed pretty much. Um, so it got 70.4 four on a genting index, 86% on bench telecom, all of these amazing results that it's getting and I can confirm that it is an insanely good model. It just works. I I don't know how I don't know how else to put it other than it just works. So, now we're just doing a redesign of the connect page right here. This is basically done now. As well, I added a new smart search console tracking system as well. Just all of these little things that I've wanted to do for a while, but just didn't have confidence in Opus 4.6 because of the nerfing that had happened. I was literally waiting for this moment. And this is a PSA. Stop waiting. Start building, guys. Go and build whatever it is that you wanted to build in the past because you will never get a better time than right now. Also, shout out to the Claude app. In my opinion, they've done an amazing job. I know a lot of people talk crap about it. I'm not really sure why it is getting so much crap talked about it to be honest with you. I mean, it just has everything all in one thing. So, I have the terminal here. I have a preview of the website here, right? Although it doesn't seem to be running right now. And then I have the task list here. You know, you can do something else I learned. You can do by the way and then say something. And this actually opens up a chat and that chat will can make changes, right? So if you see an error early on and you don't want to wait for the main agent to finish, you can do slash by the way and then be like fix this error and then paste the error and it will fix the error while this main agent continues to run. In my opinion, this is a huge upgrade to just using claude code in the terminal. I have to say I never ever ever thought that I would stop using claude code in the terminal. However, they have managed to win me over with this amazing app that they've made. In my opinion, this is a huge upgrade to using it outside the terminal. Uh inside the terminal, another reason is because you can jump through different projects very easily. Like while I'm running this, I don't have to alt tab or, you know, click through or whatever. I can just click here and I can start making my thumbnail for the video that I'm currently making, for example. So while I'm doing other things now, I feel much more comfortable making new projects on the side. Now, one thing I have to say is the usage limits are pretty crap. So you might have to invest a little bit of money. If you don't know, you can go down here, go to settings, go to usage, and then scroll down and activate extra usage and add some money here. Right. In my opinion, this is currently necessary because the usage limits are not that good on Opus 4.7. I have to say, I'm paying $200 a month. I get a decent amount of usage out of it. If I'm working on one project, it's totally fine. If I'm working on several projects, there is a problem and I have to sit and wait for a few hours. So, if you do find yourself waiting, definitely check out some new extra usage instead because otherwise, at the end of the day, you're just going to be going way too slow. Overall, I'm super happy with the result of the redesign of Harbor. I think it looks absolutely amazing. And this will be live later today. I just think this looks cleaner, better. Everything about this, I I just like everything about this to be honest with you. I have a few more changes to make before I push everything to main. But I'm pretty confident that the changes that have been made have been made in such a way that I can literally just push straight to dev, give it a little look over, and then push to main later today. Overall guys, this has been running for 44 minutes. Um, overall it ran for about four to five hours uninterrupted. It's just last night I I my I closed my laptop. Oh, sorry. I left my laptop open, but the laptop basically ran out of battery, so it couldn't continue. Otherwise, it would have it would have literally run all night doing this change. This was 30,000 lines of um what is it? JSX remapped and reconfigured, changed completely and also refactored. Right? So now I'm in a much better position going forwards when I create a new piece of content for Harbor. I don't have to worry, will it look like the rest of Harbor? Of course it will, because now we have a set design system built into the entire application. Claude 4.7 has access to that design document. One more thing guys, in my opinion, they're also going to release Sonic 4.7 within the next few weeks. As soon as Opus starts getting nerfed, they always jump over to their next model, which will be Opus 4.7. I'm hoping they will also release something like HiQ 4.7 because in my opinion, the only thing these guys are missing is a cheap model. So, if they can do all of those things, Claude is back on top for sure. Stop watching YouTube. Start building, guys. You can build literally anything with this system. And Opus 4.7 is an absolute beast. I'm going to leave the video there, guys. Thank you so much for watching. Go and check out harbor seo.ai if you feel so inclined. If you're watching all the way to the end of the video, you're an absolute legend. And I'll see you very, very soon with some more content. Peace out.
