The speaker introduces Claude Opus 4.7 and frames it as a smarter, more capable tool for coding, agents, and vision.

Claude Opus 4.7 hits hard with stronger instruction-following, better multi-modal support, and real-world memory — and the creator says it’s a week-long window to build, not watch.

Summary

Income stream surfers’ host dives into Claude Opus 4.7 with palpable excitement and a practical mindset. He tests the update directly, noting that Opus 4.7 builds on 4.6 and hype around the release may be loud, but the real value lies in getting hands-on and shipping. He demonstrates that 4.7 is generally available across Claude products and highlights how it improves complex, long-running tasks, coding, and multi-modal workflows. The host checks the Claude Code and Claude Co-Work interfaces, observing that 4.7 isn’t yet fully live everywhere but is accessible in chats and some tools. He flags memory improvements, stronger instruction-following, and higher-resolution image support as key upgrades. The video doubles as a practical call-to-action: forget the hype, start building within the next week to leverage the moment before nerfs or changes. Throughout, he pushes viewers to move from watching to shipping, even weaving in a plug for his Harbor SEO tool using Opus 4.7 to boost real projects. He also compares Opus 4.7 to other ecosystem moves (Mythos rumors, Open Router, Open Code) and keeps a skeptical eye on benchmarks while staying focused on long-term impact. The tone remains unpolished but relentlessly actionable, balancing hype with concrete steps for developers to try 4.7 in real-world scenarios.

And there it is, guys. Claude Opus 4.7. Introducing a smarter, more capable opus for coding, agents, vision, and complex professional work. This is going to be a completely unedited review of the news. I'm going to try and set it up in Claude as well. And I'm going to show you guys all of that process just to see because we all want to work on this together. This is not going to be a polished video. If you like polished YouTubers, go and watch a different YouTuber. Let's jump into things. So, I'm just going to press read announcement right here, and we're going to read this together. As you can probably tell, I am quite excited for this. However, I do want to quickly preface this with one thing. I literally just ran an entire test using Claude Opus 4.6, right? And it was absolutely incredible, right? So, like people that are saying that, you know, this is like the biggest update ever, whatever, it's all hype, right? What they did was they took Opus 4.6, They nerfed it and now when they released 4.7 and everyone's like, "Oh my god, it's back everyone. Quick, go and use Opus 4.7." I will say if you're watching this video, get the hell off YouTube and start building something. This for the next week is your best opportunity to build an incredible product because Opus 4.7 will be at a very, very high level for a week and a week and a half and then they will nerf it again. Do not sit around waiting. Go and build. Stop watching YouTube. I'm just going to quickly do brute upgrade cla code and see if that give us gives us the 4.7. But let's just have a look. Our latest model, Claude Opus 4.7 is now generally available. Opus 4.7 is a notable improvement on Opus 4.6. Yeah. Is it though? Or did he just nerf 4.6? I reckon what people say is this is 4.6.01. So just like a slightly better version of 4.6, but they're calling it 4.7 for the hype. They want to bring everyone back to clock code. In advance software engineering and particular gains on the most difficult task, users report being able to hand off their hardest coding work, the kind that previously needed close vision to open 7 with confidence. Open swab 7 handles complex longunning task with rigor and consistency. Say pays precise attention to instructions. I'm sure it does today. I'm sure it does today, next day, tomorrow, next week. Don't know. So, they're still going on about mythos mythos. I don't actually know how people pronounce mythos. Um, is this being released as well? I don't think so. Right. There's nothing about Mythos. No. Okay. Uh, so yeah, we're still just in the Opus family right now, guys. And whatever they've got over there at Anthropic using Mythos, that's probably what they've been using to ship. So, these are the benchmarks, right? Aentic coding. Aentic coding. Yeah, I just I gave up on benchmarks a long time ago. I don't really care about benchmarks to be honest with you. I don't really care about this news post to be frank. I'm just going through it because, you know, that's the content. Opus 4.7 is available today across all Claude products. So, let's actually just open Claude uh because it's normally available inside the Claude desktop app before it's available inside Claude code. The reason I'm doing this guys is cuz I want you guys to experience trying to get this on your systems too. So, maybe I can help people actually uh also use Opus 4.7. Let's just see if this is. So, we're still on 4.6 here. Let's just see inside the app, which is normally the fastest thing to update. So, we'll just try this now. Testing opens 4.7. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Then, wow, it's so good. Wow. Wow. Wow. Blow some highlights. Okay. Instruction following. I do believe this to be honest with you. It might be a little bit of a step forward with their ability to follow instructions. You could feel that with Opus 4.6 six already and now maybe with a little bit more with Opus 4.7. There it is. Opus 4.7 inside um Claude Cowwork and then Claude code right here. This is so nice. This is also the new Claude code interface which I actually have not used yet. Okay, interesting. So when you actually click code right here, it changes back to Opus 4.6. So only inside co-work and inside the chat it seems that it's actually possible to use 4.7. Very very interesting stuff though. So let's keep looking here. Improve multimodal support. This isn't a surprise. Um finally they seem to have fixed the image problem that was that caused me more than a few headaches having to reset an entire conversation because of images. So hopefully this is completely fixed now. More than three times as prior claude models. Okay. Real world work. This is all the stuff that they've been going for recently. The whole like we can replace your entire business with AI agents, etc., etc., which if anyone can, honestly, it would be anthropic to be fair. Memory. Opus 4.7 is better at using file system based memory. This is all just, if you actually read this, this is all the things that people have been um hyping up on X, right? I've I've recently been getting into X, guys. Don't judge me. I do it for the channel. I don't do it for myself, to be honest with you. And it's it's addictive. I have to say it's super super addictive to be honest with you. The algorithm algorithms they have over there are absolutely crazy but instruction following number one right that people are always talking about this skills etc. Improved multimodal support so open claw paperclip huge you know replacing that real world work so co-work can replace your whole team and then memory the whole obsidian stuff um that I saw recently that everyone is talking about. So these things here, it kind of just reads like a trying to go viral on X playbook more than anything that I actually care about here. Again, like I said, I've said this many, many times, people are always waiting for the next model. You don't need the next model. The models are already perfectly capable to build pretty much anything that you want. One thing that would be interesting would be Methos, though. I am quite excited for Mythos. I know that sounds stupid after what I just said, but yeah, we'll see. Anyway, also launching today. So, more effort control. Opus 4.7 introduces a new extra high effort between high and max. Okay. On the Claude platform API as well as support for higher resolution images. I do like this. We're also launching task budgets in public beta, giving developers a way to give Claude's token spend so it can prioritize work across longer runs. In Claude code, the new ultra review slashcomand produces dedicated review session that reads through changes and flags bugs and design issues that a careful reviewer wouldn't would catch. We're giving prone max flawed code uses three free ultra reviews to try out. In addition, we've extended auto mode to max users. Auto mode is a new permission option. I don't really care about these things. Again, uh I don't need to migrate because uh I'm not using Opus outside of Claude Code because I'm not completely crazy and I don't want to burn through more cash than anyone in the world has. Okay, so this is cool. Blah blah blah. Go and build, guys. Stop watching YouTube. I'm telling you, get the hell off YouTube right now. Go and build. Stop. Stop watching videos. Stop procrastinating. There's nothing any of us YouTubers can say to you that is better than going and building this model. Right? When Opus 4.5, Opus 4.6, when they first dropped Sonic 4.6, it felt like you were working with a a PhD level student. Within a week and a half, it felt like you were working with an idiot. Right? You have a week and a half right now to build your wildest dreams. Get off YouTube. Stop watching YouTube and go and build. Just before we continue with the video, guys, huge shout out from our sponsor, me. This is harbor seo.ai and it's something that I've poured my heart and soul into for the last 3 months and previously before that for a couple of years. I am trying to make this the best SEO tool on the market. It's not just an SEO content generator anymore. It's now an AEO, GEO, SEO tool all wrapped into one. It has site health scans. You can one-click fix your metadata for any website. You can connect your CMS. You can actually see results from your work that you've done together with Harbor. So, for example, look at this guys. I don't know what is going on here, but 160 pages published, 55,000 impressions, 580 clicks. This is data from people's search consoles. This isn't my data. This is data from Harbor users anomal anonymously displayed on the pricing page because that's what Claude told me to do. Basically, I have a lot of plans for this guys. I have been waiting for today for a long time to basically upgrade Harbor by running Opus 4.7 over it and trying to improve what you know what we have here. Right now, we have an amazing tool, but with Opus 4.7, for the next week and a half, I'm going to be coding 12 hours a day, 16 hour days, making this the best possible tool that anyone could ever imagine. So, go and check out Harbor right now, guys. There's a free trial. You don't even have an excuse to not sign up. The link is in the description and in the pin comment. And I plan on making this the best SEO, GEO, and AEO tool, and possibly even social media, too. and just everything all wrapped into one for a price that cannot be beaten. So go and check it out guys. Let's jump back into the content. Okay guys, so basically I like to look at things in a few different places. So now let's have a look at 4.7 through open router. Opus 4.7 is next generation of anthropics opus family built for longunning asynchronous agents. This is very interesting. I think this is the this is what they're going for. They're going for the we will replace your entire workforce for less money because it's AI and not human, right? bit messed up. That's their whole thing, right? It delivers stronger performance on complex multi-step tasks and more reliable agentic execution across extended workflows. It is especially effective for async uh agent pipelines where tasks unfold over time, large code bases, multi-stage debugging, and end-to-end project orchestration. Beyond coding, Opus 4.7 brings knowledge uh work capabilities from drafting documents and building presentations to analyzing data. That's their co-work stuff. It maintains coherence through very long outputs and extended sessions. That doesn't surprise me. Uh, let's see the pricing. So, 5 mil input token, 25 output token. Isn't there something weird about that pricing? Isn't it always Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait. Oh, no. It's always five times. Okay. Yeah, I just thought that was weird for a second. So, if you do want to try Opus 7 right now guys, you can use Open Router and Open Code for example, obviously I wouldn't recommend that because that will cost you a lot of money, but I will probably do a test like that with that just to show you guys what you can expect. I'll probably be releasing that video today as well just because, you know, it it's big release day everyone. I'm going to keep an eye on things as well because I think Chat GPT are probably also going to release a model uh around the same time. Nothing yet. Maybe Google. So, Gemini. Let's see. Gemini update. Google just told me to have a grand day. Okay. Amazing. Uh, doesn't look like there's anything from Gemini either, guys. So, literally, Opus might have a clear run to possibly the most viral it's ever been. Now, let's go through the classic. Let's go through the classic x.com and let's see what is uh what it what is showing. I'm not seeing anything specifically from Claude just yet. Let's have a look if they posted or would it be anthropic? Actually, it probably be anthropic. Oh, here we go. Interclude Opus 4.7 on most capable model yet. Okay. Blah blah blah. So, now this will just basically lead to everyone retweeting this with videos. It It's just It's every single time. I don't know what it is, honestly. It's so funny. Overall, guys, like I said, stop watching YouTube. Get the hell off YouTube. Go and build. I'm I'm just currently waiting for Claude Code to basically update here. Let's see. 4.6. So, I'm sat here waiting for that. Um, I'm probably going to go make some videos. I might try it through Open Code just to see how good the output is. And if I do, I'll make sure to make a video for you guys as well. Thank you so much for watching, guys. If you are watching all the way to the end of the video, you're an absolute legend. Get off YouTube and go and build. And I'll see you very, very soon with some more content.
