Resident Evil: Requiem - Part 11
Chapters5
Leon contemplates leaving the police station for good and sets up the choice to explore either the gun shop or the parking garage.
Markiplier deepens the arc battle, juggling weapon upgrades, puzzle skews, and a plunging dive into Ark while Grace joins the fight for a path to Elpus.
Summary
Markiplier returns as Leon in a sunken, weapon-filled crawl through Raccoon City’s maze of ruins. He frets over a briefcase code, upgrades a shotgun with a cute bear charm, and fights off brutal enemies with a mix of parries, space keys, and impulse reloads. The action shifts from tight gunplay to an underground, labyrinthine Ark facility where a brutal boss fight meets clever environmental tricks. Alongside the action, the narrative threads pull Grace deeper into the mystery of Elpus, the password, and the fate of Raccoon City. The setting evolves into a sterile-but-menacing lab with a nuclear-scale threat, revealing Umbrella’s profits and the twisted logic behind bioweapons. Markiplier comments on level design, weapon choices, and his habit of saving the big guns for bosses, all while plugging in brief lore about the Arklay facility and the pandemic’s reach. By the end, Grace and Leon are separated, with Grace racing to confront Elpus while Markiplier teases higher stakes and a lingering question: how will this blood-soaked saga resolve?
Key Takeaways
- Upgraded gear and inventory decisions shape each encounter, like swapping to a bear charm that increases mid-range power while sacrificing close-quarters performance.
- Briefcases and passive notes hint at broader world-building, including Ark’s role in Umbrella’s bioweapon program and the money-driven motive behind their experiments.
- Leon’s combat relies on timing parries and strategic reloads (space mechanic) to counter strictly timed enemy assaults and traps.
- Underground Ark sections introduce a new threat type (crawler-like enemies and human adversaries) that shifts the pacing from zombie chaos to tactical gunfights.
- A significant boss encounter with a gigantic plant and a later Nemesis-like confrontation demonstrates the game’s shift toward high-octane, creature-heavy showdowns.
- Grace’s storyline advances the password mystery and the Elpus plot, hinting at a password-dependent safeguard and a cliffhanger about Ark’s ultimate purpose.
- Dialog and world-building blocks emphasize Umbrella’s profit motive and the ethical abyss behind bioweapon development, even as the action continues.

Hello everybody. My name is Markiplier and welcome back to Leon's Adventures in Raccoon City. I'm about to leave the police station for good. Probably never ever return here ever again. And I picked a lovely fight with a very large fellow and that went all my way and I didn't uh do anything that uh uh made me look bad at all in any way. That note about the parking garage. There was a note about the parking garage. There was a note about the parking garage. Oh, [ __ ] Go off sticky [ __ ] keys. Anyway, is that something that I actually need to pay attention to or is that an old note pertaining to what it was before?
I have no idea. Anyway, no, the gun shop out back. I remember it said something about that. And I'm going to circle around left just for a second because I believe that's also the parking garage. So, what first? Gun shop. Parking garage. What seems more like a way forward? I'm going gun shop. I believe when I went to the gun shop before, there was no other way out of the gun shop besides going in the gun shop and then coming back out, man. Everything is devastated. Wow. That's crazy. Gun shop. It hasn't changed. I mean, yeah.
Why would it have fully looted by the looks of it? I mean, we even when I came through here last time, it was fully looted. Do I remember that? Is that Do I remember it? Oh my god. Oh, I do remember that. Oh, yeah. I completely forgot. It was like the gun shop owner's daughter or something like that. I Man, I forgot. Terminate. Yeah, it's my [ __ ] daughter. You're a cop. You're supposed to know something. How did this happen? Those [ __ ] things are what they did to us. I am so sorry. Never again. Okie dokie.
That is Tom toy toy. Toy uncle. Oh, is that better though? Is that better? No. Weirdly enough, it's not better. Huh. I should use this. I could use more shotgun shells now. This is crazy. Okay. But it does look like there's a way to continue on. So, I'm actually going to go back and I'm going to go in the parking garage cuz it did say that there was something else there as well. And didn't it say that there was in the the building? It said somewhere on the second floor. There was still supplies there. There was a briefcase.
There was a briefcase. There was a briefcase. There was a briefcase. I forgot about the briefcase. Wait, then what? What would be the code to the briefcase? I almost went away without the briefcase. I knew I forgot something. I knew I forgot something. I knew it's okay. I don't know what's up with Tofu Man. I don't get that. But I'm not going to leave the briefcase behind. I forgot. That's why I opened the gate so I can go a quick way back up here. Okay. But there is a briefcase. And even if I have to guess it, which I could do, wouldn't be that bad.
There's only so many combinations, and I'm guessing that it probably makes sense. Briefcase. Okay. My god, why is this so hard? What? Okay, I can up and down. It just takes so long. They probably did it so people wouldn't brute force it. R R Oh, it's sunglasses. Charm for Reququum offers limitless bullet penetration and increases the firepower of the last bullet in the cylinder. You know what? Why not? Why not? I'll take it. Is that for the movie RR? They wore a lot of sunglasses in that movie. I'm not going to lie. They did. I don't know if that has anything to do with it, but you know, they did.
All right, so I brute forced my way through that. I don't know if I needed to, but I did. And so, I'm going to apply that charm, and then I'm going to move on with my existence. All right. Oh, wait. No, I need to sell that other shotgun because it's it's just not as good. Like, maybe it is, but it seems to be the same one that was there before, and it just doesn't seem to have the same oomph as the other ones. Plus, I've already upgraded the other one. So, other than for, you know, nostalgia, I don't think that there's a reason for it.
So, anyway, do I have the charm? Yes, I do. Sunglasses for some reason. So, last bullet in the cylinder. I don't think that there's a way to only keep one bullet in there cuz it's not like I can unload it at any time. But maybe I could reload and then cancel for when there's only one bullet left. But, you know, such a rare occasion gun anyway. And I know I'm I'm being a stubborn jackass when it comes to not using my machine gun. I will. I'm just saving it. That's the thing. I'm saving it as my reserve weapon for when I run out of everything else because that way I always know that I'm going to have something waiting for me at the end of it all.
And that way if there's a big boss fight that needs a lot of bullets, which I'm sure there will be, I'll always have what I need. Can I open any of the trunks of these? No, doubt it. Oh no, not this time. But there is a met injector somewhere. Right in front of me. Okay. Oh, hey. All right. What's up, man? Ah, I knew it. Damn it. I kind of let that happen. Could have done anything to prevent it. Uh, both of the times. God damn. Perfect. All right. Hey, wait a minute. Oh, good lord.
No. Oh, [ __ ] off. They're just feeding me all the machine gun ammo I could ever possibly want. All right. Silver finish scope. Classic 70. Scope boasts of high optical performance making ideal for hitting long-range targets. Again, not really what I'm looking for though, cuz I That's the classic 70, which is the boltaction version of the gun, which is fine to have, but again, not what I was going for. And the other charm that I have kind of necessitates me do Oh, cute bear charm. What the hell? Increases mid-range firepower, sacrificing close quarter potency. I mean, that's fine.
That's good for me. I don't mind. That was That one was very easy to miss. It's like a tiny splash of color just in the darkness there. But I got it. And I think for this shotgun anyway, because right now it has like, you know, the red dot site, it seems to have a tighter grouping than the other one did. I think it might actually be more beneficial to have that charm because then I can always keep things at an arm's length anyway, which I kind of try to do. doesn't always work out as was evident in that last fight there.
But you know, I try and trying is all we can do and so long as I'm trying my best, no one can ever ever fault me. Right. Right. Right. For sure. Definitely. All right. Cute bear charm. All right. That's nice. Let's make some progress. Where are we? All right. Let's move. Let's go this way first. It's weird just catching a glimpse of uh Claire there. It's locked from the other side. There's nothing I could possibly do about that unless it's open over there. Or if the depth of field work tricky. Super tricky. Was there no other reason to be over here?
No. Okay, this is all blockaded. Oh boy. Hi, pal. Don't do it. You're always doing [ __ ] like that. [ __ ] me. Good lord. Pretty sure that would have atomized me no matter what. Even if there was a car in the way. Hey, that's not my pistol. I don't do it again. I know you could. And this would be like a There's no way out of this. really seems like there's I can stop bastards like you. Yeah, I think so. There we go. I remember that boss fight where that was exactly what I needed to do. Oh, yeah.
Look, it's you. Okay. Oh, press space when the enemy attacks. All And space. Y. That's what you deserve. Space parry. Oh, you Whoa. Where you going? Hey, where you going? Oh, no. You fell down. You went out here. Whoa. [ __ ] Oh, I thought I spaced it. Space sharpen that bad. I'm trapped in a corner, please. Thank you for letting me out. Oh my god. Don't do it. Space. Wow. Surprising, huh? Really surprising. Space. Oh my. Ow. Wait. The backhand. Wasn't expecting the backhand. All right. Let me just W. There we go. Oh, how how did you do that?
Space. All right. How about some of this? Uhhuh. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Do it. Do it. DO IT. SPACE. SPACE. OH. OW. WELL, it didn't hurt too bad. I said it didn't hurt too bad, Leon. I said it didn't hurt. Not yet. Space. Ah, [ __ ] Doesn't work on cars. Aha. Yes. That's what you get. Oh, yeah. Yeah, yeah, yeah. You son of a [ __ ] Okay, hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on. Let's not do anything rash here. Watch this space. OH, YEAH. Let me reload this bad boy. Then I get my medium range efficiency.
Ah, space didn't work. Space didn't work. Space didn't seem to work. Oh, no. No. My space didn't work. I space really hard. All right. Come here. You space. You missed me by that much, buddy. That's what I thought. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Ow. Oh my god. should keep your heart on the inside. All right, I'll stop you as many times as I have to double tap. No, come on. It just made sense to do that. What the [ __ ] Get out of here, man. Weird. Was that there in the other? I don't know, man. All right, I got to put the shotgun on the shelf for a little bit.
There's some more rifle rounds. That's good. I missed that one. Something in here. Meta injector. That's good. All right. Machine gun ammo. Yeah, that's probably a good idea. Uh, let me Yeah, let me go ahead and open that. I don't know why I would need to backtrack, but I feel weird not opening doors that are clearly locked for a reason. So, yeah, at least there's something I could backtrack on. Okay, there's another box over there. I'll kill you again. One of those things was also killed by the dude with the Oh, my arm. It's too big.
My huge huge arm. It's too huge. That guy, you know. Oh, no. Big arm. Do you remember? Yeah, that guy kind of just ripped him right in half, which is pretty impressive. I can't remember which one turned into the swirling like You know the thing on the train station that you know you needed the minigun for. Oh, the orphanage needed. Oh, there we go. Good thing it's still intact. Kind of. All right, let's go in. Hi, Needley. Ho. I'm at the orphanage, Sherry. There's not much left of it. Heading underground to look for Grace. Yeah.
Is this not accessible? Most likely not. All right, down I go. It's going to make it a little easier. All right. Oh, wow. Okay. Yeah, direct shot. Well, before I do that, let me triple check that there was nothing up here that I could do. I know I was pretty fast about that. So, that's quick there. This door I can't seem to get to it. Oh, no. I No, I couldn't. It was impossible. But it says there's some kind of door. No, it's the front door. I saw blue and I was like, "Oh, something I haven't accessed." But it was the front door that I just came in on.
Okay. All right. Here I go. Hey. Well, this isn't the nice clean Umbrella Corporation hallways I remember. Interesting. Okay. Let me go off side path here. Okay. Nothing here. A weird non-script completely useless side room in a sewer. Oh my god, it's dark. Holy [ __ ] it's dork. Oh man, it's quiet, too. Beautiful. Beautiful. Beautiful. Beautiful. Whoa. It's doing the thing. It's doing the thing. Oh, wow. Reminds me of that uh one of the opening levels of Doom. Uh Eternal. Super. This where the whole cityscape was destroyed. Fun way to design levels. I think you just get to see a side of a city that almost no one ever actually gets to see in real life.
It's like the idea of Whoa. What the [ __ ] I MEAN, I know it was a nuke, but Jes didn't know this was here. I I remember seeing the scar on the map, but I didn't know that actually was like a new canyon from a big old fault line. Damn. Damn. All right. Anybody see a raccoon? Nope. Okay. Carrying on. Keep your your heapers. Your peepers or your peepers peeled? But your heapers. Do you keep your heapers peeled? Keep your heapers peeled, everybody. Your heapers. Your heapers. Your heapers. Your heaps. Oh, back in the subway. Spider.
H. I should probably try to craft something. Nope. Can't. No scrap. Yeah, I've been kind of lacking for scrap. And unlike Grace, Leon doesn't have a way to turn other items into scrap. Oh, thought I saw a humanoid figure. Uhhuh. Back out to the Corvos. Ah, it's the thing I was hoping we'd get over here. I mean, I kind of knew that we would almost inevitable. Whoa. Crazy. Very cool. Extremely cool. Nice rifle ammo. That's good. I have been so impressed with the level design and the way everything seems to be working together. Holy [ __ ] How did I not see that from the other angle?
Okay. I wonder if that's what I think it is. So, the whole thing the Resident Evil 7 was kind of building up towards Oh my god, that's crazy. was this fungus/plant kind of life. Just really really uh Uh-huh. really really cool. um like black tenderly growth. Village kind of uh looked into it a lot as well. Damn, that looks so cool. So, it seems to be growing in this. I don't know if it's what caused the crack or maybe it made it worse or maybe it just took advantage of it and started to grow while there was still a crack to be had.
Okay, everybody calm down. We're just going to gently and carefully make our way without any issues. What's I'm running. I should Oh, hi. Welcome to the party. Why? Thank you for st Oh my god. Oh, that's not good. I thought you were stabilizing in the first. I thought you were doing me some kind of a favor. Oh, there it goes. Climb. No. Jump. Sorry. My first instincts are never right. Leon, don't listen to me. Climbing would have been a bad idea. That was actually your move was right. This is messed up. Oh my god. Just my knees can't take this much slapping.
Leon, I can't keep slapping them like this. Oh, all right. Careful, buddy. I don't know. I missed that. I didn't miss it at all, but it seemed I almost missed it. And so, I was calling myself out for behavior that you guys wouldn't have been able to interpret. So, all that you were left with was confusion. Huh. Weird. Scrap. Finally. Okay, I can make something with scrap. Uh, nah, I'm going to wait. Okay, I just hopped in here. Check my map real quick. Okay, nothing I left behind. plant. Lots of plants, which is good. I feel like I used to be able to make med injectors, but was that just with grace and the blood?
might have been. So anyway, the black tendril growth seemed to have some kind of a feed me Seymour. I forget what the name of that actually. The plant thing um mouth on it that I done did shed. Whoa, that's so cool, man. That's so cool. So I'm guessing Okay, so Elpus sounds vaguely familiar. I'm not sure if it was from the village series or something like that. Chris Redfield was part of that. I don't know why. I don't think it was ever made clear what his objective was. I I'm not saying I don't know why isn't it's a mystery or it's like improperly told.
It just wasn't said. God, it looks good. [ __ ] Can't can't say it enough. Can't can't over behind. Well, good for them. I'm sure they're all down there and alive. Oh, am I going to go all the way down? Holy [ __ ] Okay, doesn't seem long enough for that, but here I go. Damn, look at this. Look at all that. It just keeps going. It sure does, man. Oh, that's so cool. that's so cool. I love this. This is so cool. I'm sorry. What the hell was that sound? Finally reached the bottom. This is one very deep hole.
The perfect place to hide something. Yeah, I don't think that they intentionally hit something in this hole. I think this hole is kind of an inadvertent result of everything else and it just exposed it. But if the whole adage is just something very deep, then yeah, I get that. Hi. See you there. What are you doing? So, that's doing literally nothing to those things. So, I'm just guessing you're going to be waiting for me on the other side. All right. I see you. Are you not a thing? You are there. I'm sure glad that they don't spray like acid blood on me or something like that.
That would be devastating. Dork. Okay. Handgun ammo. Is that all I need for this? You think? I'm just kind of low on handgun ammo. I could make more, but I don't know. Maybe I should. Uh, I just have so few scrap. I can make that. Oh, I see a box there. It's kind of a confusing layout, but I think I can go down and around. Okay, so I go that way or I could go up. Maybe not down. Up and around. Nope, never mind. It's a dead end. Thought there was a way to get over Okay, no, just dead end.
So, if I go further, then I'm going take a left and I should be able to get where I need to go. Yep. See? Whoa. Hi. You know what? Actually, I think you deserve a shotgun blast. Nope. There we go. I can't tell what medium range exactly is, but uh seem to have hit it. Yay, more scrap. Yippee. Oh god. What? Hey. Oh. Oh. Hey. Hey. WHOA. OH. OH, you're still alive. Okay. All right. Hold on. Hold on. Wang. Oh [ __ ] Open up. Open wide. Okay. So you can only shoot them when they're actually open.
So got it. Which makes sense. That's pretty much what I understood about everything else. My armor has not been okay for a while. So running out of pretty much everything except machine gun ammo. So there's an achievement for making one of everything. I want to make machine gun ammo because I think that's actually Yes, that was it. Got it. because I need those points if I'm going to be able to unlock uh certain things, costumes and whatnot. I see you. I see you. Okay, that was I knew that you were there. First time it's been just like jump out at me.
Okay, fine. Just trying to keep things topped off. So, they have to open. No. Come on. Nice. Okay, I can switch fast enough to be able to do that. That's good to know. So long as I can spot them before they get to me. and I'll be all right. Okay. Oh, bus. I haven't heard any of the Mr. Raccoon, so I don't think that any are down here yet. Can I see you? I see you. And I see you guys really out of there for me. Ah, [ __ ] Defeat all the plant 43 seedlings. Oh, well that's nice.
Okay, cool. All right. Okay, I did it. I think I didn't know even that was going to be an achievement. So, I guess there's going to be no more. That achievement is putting me in a false sense of security. And I love that. Okay, no more shotgun shells. And we are Whoa, don't like that. Yeah, we're going to be out of the seedlings, but we're going to be into something else. Okay. What do you got? Just tell me. Is it big? Is it going to be big and bulbous? Feels like it's going to be big and bulbous.
Uh-huh. Oh, there we go. Ah, gotcha. Still only one hit needed for this. All right. Good thing they bleed. He sure would be difficult if they didn't. Seeing a BIG BULB IS OH MY GOD. OKAY. WHOA, WHOA, WHOA, WHOA, WHOA, WHOA. Hold on. I wasn't quite ready for that. Uh, that almost got you. All right. Okay. Nope. Mr. herb. You'd think I would be able to spot the green amongst all the the dark gray and black. Ow. Hey. Whoa. Hey. Whoa. Whoa. Whoa. Big boy. No thank you. OH MY GOD. OH WOW. THE [ __ ] I don't know if I'm going to be able to dodge that.
Feels like dead space. Feels very dead space. Oh god. Oh god. Oh god. Miss me. Oh god. Okay. What are you going to do? What are you going to do? Open your mouth. Oh god. Don't do it. This is extremely dead space. Stuff you need, aren't you? Oh, damn. I defeated the giant plant. Not a quickest objective and then done in the history of Resident Evil Reququum. Okay, good. I love conveniently placed explosives. Wow, that's cool. Whoa, this must be it. Yeah, it must be. How the hell I wonder how many of these things are intentional.
You never know with Umbrella Corp whether something's like intentional, like we're going to cultivate this huge plant to guard the ark for when we all fail inevitably and have to nuke the entire place. It's a nuke activated plant. Yes, one of us scientists was It seems like like Cave Johnson works on this kind of stuff. Science isn't about why. I don't think the service entrance. Yeah, this is the service entrance for service for when you need to service this place. This is the service entrance. Of course. Of course. Of course. Yes. Let's get some more camera angles in All right.
Good. Yes, Sherry. I found some kind of massive facility. What do you think it is? I'm seeing supplies with the logos of the usual suspects. Well, whatever it is, clearly wasn't meant to be found. Yeah, you're telling me. Uh-huh. How are we still in communication? This is This is a really good radio connection. I mean, even if it was just through regular old cell service, I'd feel like it wouldn't be wouldn't be this reliable, but it's I mean, I know it's story technology where you're just whatever the story needs and it'll cut out when the story needs it to.
Not everything needs hard and fast rules. I get that. Just observing. What else am I going to do? running low on everything except for machine gun ammo. But don't worry, there's going to be a time when I need that and I'm going to use the hell out of it. So, I got a high pitch ringing. No, not that high pitch, but kind of an annoying pitch. Still kind of hear it. Hello. Oh my god. I've seen this before. This is where lasers come down the hallway. That scene is burned into my brain from the first resident.
Thanks. Thank you. Oh, caution. Compressed gas. Yeah, I'm sure. Okie dokie. Let's see here. Uhhuh. That looks like some kind of a Mr. X type. Whoa. Whoa. Wait. What am I? What? What? What? What am I seeing? Oh, no. That's one of the crawler dudes, right? God, it blows my mind. They've got the reflection here in my way. I'm just like, I can't see. Of course, I can't see. So, those the crawler dudes clearly where they made them. Thank you. Thank you very much. Was this the only way to go? There was technically a door over here.
Let me check here first and then I'll go down the stairs. It's an enclosed room. Yeah. Oh, it's a save room. You know, this place is so clean. But I imagine that has to be by design, right? Because if this is a clean room, like a clean clean room, clean area, like clean facility, clean laboratory. You would have filters and things um working non-stop. There was a disinfectant like hallway when you walk into it to try to clean it out. And if it had its own power source, then yeah, it probably would be built to the point where it could withstand a nuke.
And that was probably the intention for it. Current facility status, autoprocessing green. Network systems, all areas online. Environmental control systems green. Disposal system green. Security level two guards on patrol. H. Area status lab one checking. Lab 2 normal. Restricted area normal. Pandora normal. Now operating at 82%. System access must be performed manually from the restricted area. H. All right then. But that's all Whoa. Did not know that's what that was. Huh. Oh, thank you the BSAA for still having this here. We got some new stuff. Yay. Yay. Yay. Yay. Yay. Alligator snapper. That's the original, right?
I don't need that. Okay. So, this area has an inaccessible door there. So, that means the way down the stairs must have been the way forward. Very cool. Whoa. Server room. Okay. All right. This seems like a slight battle arena. It seems very much like a battle arena. Okay. Who am I going to be fighting here? Come on. Show yourself. I'm ready. Are you ready for compressed gas? Don't like that noise. Hope those things aren't precious. They look like really, really overengineered boxes of some type. So, I know they were probably expensive. Okay. Nothing really.
I guess there's nothing. I guess there's nothing to worry about. Like I said, I'm totally fine. So, the BSAA were already here. Are they is the BSAA just like an offshoot of umbrella? Is it all like layers of shadow organization after shadow organization all because all actually owned by the same things? Wouldn't be surprised. How's that? Well, those are humans. You I've never had to fight humans before. I have a feeling I'm not wanted around Well, yeah, maybe not. Okay, what would be best for this? I think this is where the machine gun actually might come into play, cuz we got human enemies here.
Take You have no idea what you've walked into, buddy. I think I can take some shot. Oh. Oh, [ __ ] Perfect. No. What? Oh my god. Was that all of them? I think I dropped at least one on the way in. No, I just shot them. I didn't get any of them down. I could have sworn. That's what I was trying to do. I was trying to get close enough so that as soon as they opened up the door, I could just lo light up the door and then they wouldn't get through. But none of them none of them got got.
It's so weird to be fighting human enemies in this strange. I guess that's what it's going to be now. This is why I SAVE MY MACHINE. OW. WHAT THE [ __ ] I'M DEAD. What the [ __ ] I JUST POPPED MY HEAD AROUND. WHAT? DAMN, they're good shots. I mean, it in reality that makes it makes sense because if they were just if they were just ready and waiting for me, then they would have there would have been every opportunity for them to just light me up like that. Damn it, man. I'm so out of instinct on Where' they go?
Can I climb this safely? Yeah, I'm coming. All right. Yeah, I should use the rifle, but I just don't have that many bullets for it. So, I'm going to chew through this thing a little bit. I feel like they could shoot up through Who? Who? Who shot me? Oh, right below me. Come here. God, I can't see where he is. Where are you? They are shooting through the grates. I can tell that. Right behind there you are. That's dead. Okay. Where? Where? Where? It's a totally different game. Totally different game when that's happening. All right, that's okay.
I'm up for the task. Just needed some getting used to. That's it. That's all it is. Oh god. Five. Double grenade. Oh [ __ ] You're closer than I THOUGHT YOU WERE. BOOM. HI. I'm going to do something else to you. Oh, [ __ ] off. All right. Interesting. All right. We're at an impass. Oh god. Just going to do that. I can't figure out a way around him. All right. I've only got double grenades. Take that liquor. A what? Oh, wait. No, hold on. Jes. Well, that was uh flawlessly executed. And um and thank God I have editors who can make me look good and definitely did.
Right. Right. Ow. I'm dead. Can I carry that with me? That seems very useful. But what a pathetic, pathetic axe you had there. There we go. Just trying to find all the ammo. I didn't plan for it to be this way to use this like this, but it is awfully convenient that it worked out this way. who else we got? Okay, that probably goes back up to the save point. Honestly, it feels like that. I I almost wish I didn't have the double grenades. I'd kind of rather have twice as many grenades as anything else.
Okay, saved. And did that radio? Let's keep going. Pandora H I remember there was another Resident Evil game where it was some underground facility and there was some elevator and then there was like a final stand on the elevator. Ooh. Here at Ark, your movements will be constantly monitored. Great. Do not leave the designated areas without authorization. The recording and transmitting of information is strictly prohibited. Uh-huh. Wow. Uh this is uh incredible. The artism uh profound and really good. Definitely not um super villainy at all. Why is that skeleton at a different height than the others?
Okay, side room. As previously stated, Arc is focused on bioweapon research and development, utilizing a unique environment of Raccoon City. In particular, experiments performed by infecting nearby zombies with the mutated T-fire strain have yielded a great deal of empirical data. This is also proven effective against the BSAA's attempts to eradicate Ark. The development of a new bioweapon based on this hard data is in the final stages. If said bioweapon is released, we can expect further profit growth next fiscal year. Ark has now become a key bioweapon production up for North America. It will continue to bring great benefits to both us and the United States.
I'm sorry. HOW ARE YOU MAKING MONEY? WHAT IN THE WORLD does that mean? Great profits for the next fiscal QUARTER. WHAT DO YOU MEAN? HOW? But an incident occurred. Maybe it'll read me that. Okay. Garm Umbrella Corporation Cberus has been further enhanced in large, resulting in increased combat capabilities. It can track and pursue targets at speeds exceeding 60 mph for $30 million. $14 million. Liquor Beta 2. Originally an infection anomaly, rigorous experimentation revealed the key to activating the mutation, paving the way for commercialization. Product boasts enhanced climbing capabilities and possesses sharp claws and a pointed tongue.
CXP001 Plant 100 million, a prototype bioweapon developed from a viral plant infection found in the Arklay Mountains and Raccoon City. An incident occurred during the transport of the experimental plant 43 and has resulted in an infestation near the service entrance of Ark. Always exercise extreme caution when transporting bioweapons. Yep, I think that's the note where it leaked. That's so funny. Very funny. God, that's funny. Okay. CMT501 Tyrant, $120 million. A humanoid bioweapon with exceptional combat capabilities. It can execute simple commands such as tracking and eliminating targets and comes with a coat as standard for effective human disguise.
Free coat. FREE COAT. CM ne Gamma 001 Nemesis. Nemesis. Nemesis. Negotiable price. Based on the Umbrella Corporation's parasitic NE alpha, this mass-produced model focuses on cost reduction and performance enhancement. Repeated improvements have resulted in an significant boost to physical ability and recovery regardless of host durability. Wow, that's great. You know, hey, if they're making this much money, you know, maybe it's NOT SO BAD. HOW DO I BUY STOCK IN IT? TO THE MOON. We're going to we're going to be rich. We're we we Oh, hi. Hey, wait a minute. away. Not necessary. I'll neutralize your target myself.
Hey, you look familiar. WAIT. Why do you look familiar? Oh, wow. I'm doing this, too. Pressing buttons. Button. Button. Button. Hey, come on. Don't Yeah, that's me. Why do you seem familiar? Yeah, well, I got a gun and you got a Whoa. Hey, such a big fan. I heard someone else. Why are you able to dodge? Well, not that well, apparently. Well, You know, I'm doing this kind of sick. Bad for someone at death store. Oh, death's door. How sweet. Come on. Oh, two, right? Hey, I Wait, I parried. Oh, you got to stop doing two.
That's not fair. Hang on. Okay, two, right? No. Okay. Melee is definitely the way to do this. Yeah. Oh, now you're back on the gun, eh? Come here. Oh, that's not good. We're not uh Hold on. Hold on. Scary. Stingy bastard. Ah, you do, too. Where you going? Where you going? Scampy scam. Scampity damn. Ow. Let's get a little dizzy. Are we making a mistake? Nothing will hurt. Oh, THERE WE GO. OH, THERE WE GO. OH, you were in the middle of saying something. I apologize. That's actually very rude of me to cut you off like that.
I didn't even mean to do that one. God, maybe I'm more lit. ran into trouble. This guy was one tough bastard. A formidable instrument of death, it has taken council's lives and is steeped in a long and bloody history. Has exceptional parry capabilities. An unassuming design, but when used in the hand of a skilled user, it becomes a deadly weapon. Coming from you, that's quite the compliment. I don't know why he seems familiar. It's like I've seen him there. There are some side missions in a lot of these games where you play as like Umbrella Corporation um dudes, but I'm not 100% sure where or when he would have been seen.
Uh it could have been anything. Same with like the tofu guy. All right, so that's all the thing above here. I didn't do too bad there, but I didn't do too great either. As soon as I realized I need to go hand to hand, which should have been obvious from the get- go. It's a little bit easier. Okay. Also, I've gotten kind of like mine, but this one has a name, so I guess it's cool. Mine has been upgraded, though, so it's more powerful, but we'll see. Should be nearby. Time to finally get some answers.
Aha, you know it, buddy. Okay, this is the hallway that he smashed me through. That's where I came from. And so, this is where I need to Hello. Hi. Damn, that's a lot of clones. Grace, this is where we are. The world is under threat. The technology to control another's will already exists, but it's not efficient at infecting others. I believe Spencer solved that. with Elpus. The connection sealed Raccoon City to save it for themselves, and it's been waiting here ever since. This is as far as we could get. If the wrong password is entered, the ark will be destroyed and Elus will be lost forever.
Damn. So tell me, Grace, what's the password? I don't know. Of course you do. You're the Leon. Don't embarrass yourself, Mr. Kennedy. You can't beat me. Uh-huh. You sure about that? Oh, boy. So, he's not Whisker. I know that, but he's very much like Whisker. Oh. Ah, man. Sure. Sure is glad that he takes his time when it comes to aiming the gun. He He's waiting for the reticle to close in. Can't do anything unless that happens. I notice he has the same infection that Leon does. Don't move. Wait. You still need me, right? Damn, that fell conveniently.
Oh. Oh, yes. I trust you. I trust you. Just what a way to die, you know. Just pancaked. Oh, perfect. I got delightfully perfect. Oh, man. I can't aim for [ __ ] Are you okay, man? Feel like a million bucks. So, I wonder if like the infection that keeps Leon, where does this take us? coughing like that and has all the black scarring is is similar to the uh fungal infection before, but I think it's more T- virus, I'm not 100% sure what the differentiation between the two is cuz on a fundamental level they kind of work similarly, but I know that they're different or the T- virus was derived from the fungus or something like that.
But it seems to give that guy powers in super speed. Oh, nope. There we go. It seems to give Leon um not that. Oh my god. Are we back to Grace now? October 9th, 4:53 p.m. That would be helpful if I remembered what the previous date was. It makes sense. I just needed a nap. It almost looks like biomechanical in a way. There's like patterns to it. Kind of looks like a fossil or something. Oh, it's spreading for sure, though. How long was I out? Uh, wild. Those marks. This T- virus stage three infection. If you're so sick, why would you come here?
This place, Raccoon City, was where it all began for me. When it all happened, I I couldn't I couldn't make a difference. So, I am here now. We can't stop Zeno. He said something about you having a password. What was he talking about? I I don't know. I'm sorry. I back. I'm going to destroy Elvis. I'm coming with you. No, you're not. I don't want any more regrets. Whatever it takes, count me in. If anything happens to me, you promise you'll end this. I promise. Come on. Hey, I'm Gracie. All right. Okay. All right. Oh, I still got the charm.
I think I still have the same inventory that I did before. All right. I don't know where we are. I don't know what's with the goop, but let's go. Leon, you're looking better than ever. Hey, it's kind of like his third person. Look, guys, don't worry. It's Leon. Huh? Leon, lift that thing for me. Just go ahead and lift it. Huh? Look, there's a door over there. There is. Okay. I didn't even notice him. Crane's blocking it, though. H big place. Some kind of recycling scrap heap. And also sewage. Ew. Hey, Leon, give me a boost.
Give me a boost. Leon, give me a boost. Give Leon, give me a boost. Check it out for us. Leon, give me a boost. Guess we're about to find out. Come on. How long has it been since the original like Raccoon City thing? It's been like 20 years, right? Cuz Leon was freshfaced, babyfaced before, and now he's middleaged. Watch out for yourself up there. Yeah, I will. I can't believe they wouldn't have found some kind of a of a vaccine or cure for the the T- virus at this point. I mean, not necessarily like there are still some viruses that we haven't cured today.
Plenty of those, but it's like fictional universe. Even even um Umbrella Corporation themselves, I would think, would honestly be like, "Yeah, maybe we should have a way to do unless they didn't want that because it's like, but that would ruin our profits. There's no getting back up." Is Is that Do I Is it Is that Is that um So, do I need to All right, I'm going. I I don't Was there a Mr. RACCOON IN THERE? OH, I DIDN'T EVEN LOOK. WELL, I mean, there has to be a way to get back down there because because of course there would be, right?
It just seemed very ominous. I didn't like how ominous it was. Ah, good. Yes, of course. Oh, I need a key. System lock. Override key required for reactivation. Uh, is that the key? Oh, [ __ ] All right. How do I do that? Oh, one thing after another. Come on. They're never going to make it easy on me ever. Hya. Ah, glass bottle for distraction. H I guess you know things do change. There's a typewriter. It's a typewriter again. Oh, I STILL HAVE THE HAND. WHY DO I HAVE THE HAND? There's my gun. Okay, this one is her gun.
So, I have that. I have handgun ammo. I'm going to take that. And then I have a molotov makeshift. I'm guessing there's going to be a need for this. And then I have I still have blood. Okay, I don't think I need that. Let's put that there. I think that's good. Map. Oh, And then a lovely typewriter. Perfect. Okay, so that is all the time that I have for this one. We're back in Grace's boots. That one's kind of on the fritzer. And that means we need to We are now separated from Leon. Lyanna is not feeling too good.
A little ouchie in the tum tum. And so, you know, he's going to need to suck it up and get over it so that we can finish this and destroy Elpus, whatever Elpus is. Something about mind control, which, you know, once you become a billionaire, that becomes your one and only thing you want to do ever, forever and forever. So, anyway, thank you everybody so much for watching. Let me know what you thought down in the comments below. And as always, I will see you in the next video. Bye-bye.
